I Love the way my feet feel and look after my Pedicure.

My first visit here. I was disappointed with my manicure and pedicure. I asked for the American French. My first experience with the powder. My toes were painted clear with a white tip. Staff was very friendly. Great facilities. They had special pedicure chairs for children. But if I were to go back Ill just have a polish.

Its been a week since Ive had these nails and theyre the worst nails Ive ever had. This was my first time there and Ive never had a nail tech make me move seats multiple times or rush through my appointment. I have short white acrylic nails and they all have cracks in them and theyre very thick. I just scratched my head and one of them broke in half. I normally do not leave reviews at all but this place was just horrible. These nails were most definitely not worth $50.

This was my first time ever getting my nails done. The ladies seemed very nice, but the customer service was not very good. While my nails were getting done, I had asked the lady (who I will not name) to fix a few things. She proceeded to ignore me, and upon my last request, she made me go ahead and pay before she was done. I wasn’t sure if this was common or not, but I went ahead and did it. Ultimately, the nails ended up looking terrible, and four of my fingers were bleeding because she had cut my skin multiple times. Some of the nails were sticking upward, others were misshapen, the edges were chipping, and the sides of my natural nail were completely uncovered on some fingers. The polish was left on my fingers, as well as a good amount of glue, and the shaping was terribly done. I showed some friends what happened and they strongly advised me to go back and ask for a refund. Needless to say that when i went back, they refused a refund and barely listened to me because they were too busy talking amongst themselves in front of me. They said they would call me back later when the manager was there, and only offered to redo them or give me a gift card. I never returned to get the gift card because I don’t plan on ever going back. I had them redone somewhere else, and the new nails turned out beautifully. The cost to get the nails removed and redone, was equivalent to the poor service I received at nails USA. When I walked into the other salon to get my nails fixed, multiple customers there commented on how terrible my nails looked (which was extremely embarrassing(, and the salon specialists agrees that it was very badly done. I will not be going back, and I strongly recommend that y’all read reviews before you attend a nail salon. Yes the ladies here seem kind, but you won’t get your money back whatsoever. Something to keep in mind.

I love this place. This is my new nail shop. They have more options than any nail salon around this area. They also have complimentary drinks. Service is friendly and I really like the chair massage while Im being pampered. This nail salon is number one in my book.

I genuinely love the service that they give from the moment I walk in. It’s kind of pricey but super worth it. Definitely coming back later !!

The lady that did my pedicure made the designs look awful. I asked her to redo one to look like the other and she made it even worse. So I said forget it and came over to Tow Tone nails and they fixed her horrible job. Paying twice for something bc she was in a hurry to go home is very frustrating. Ill never go there again.

I absolutely love this place! The people are always friendly and welcoming no matter how busy they are. I have been helped by different people and never have had a bad experience. They care about you and hold actual conversations and keep up with how youre doing (if you go there often enough). Overall, a great experience and I would recommend them to anyone.

My sister and I go there. We enjoy our time there. We get the many pedys and the nails we do the dips. Our nails are beautiful and are longer and stronger. The ladys there are good. They know how to do there job very well.

The first time I came here everything about the service was great and my nails looked great. I came in and asked for my acrylic nails to be removed and get fake gel nails. I picked out a light pink color. I ended up with my regular nails being painted pretty much clear nail polish, nail polish stuck on my skin, and uneven natural nails. They don’t look awful but most definitely not worth the $40 I paid for it since I could’ve done it at home with $2 clear polish. Of course I have a hard time being rude so it is also partially my fault for not complaining when I left.

Im not sure why they dont let the host do more pedicures and manicures. she did mine when they had a full house and she was amazing!!!!! my toes were exactly how I wanted them. she was very friendly and I was able to have a nice conversation with her while being pampered.

Was unhappy with my dipping powder but I was just not going to return. My nails were uneven, sides were lifting day after because she didn’t fully dip the nail. When I went to a new salon I found out I got fungus on my nail from this salon I’ve been doing my nails for over 15 yrs and I’ve never had this happen.

Very clean. Nice atmosphere and gr8 customer service. Services are A+. Complimentary drinks are a bonus!!

My experience was nothing short of terrible. Im still reeling from my visit. I went in for acrylic nails and a pedicure. Despite me explaining what I wanted, my nails came out stubby and misshapen. The tech did not want to even them out and actually charged me extra to refile them. I guess that happens from time to time but the worst part was after my pedicure, my toe nails became yellow and brittle. Im STILL paying the price for my visit trying to fix the damage to my poor nails. Obviously, I will not be going back here, or anywhere near for that matter!

The people are always so nice and friendly and The lady at the front desk is always helpful and smiling. I get pedicures done here once a month and no regrets.

I have yet to leave disappointed. Theres a 10% discount Monday thru Wednesday. The wait can be long on Sunday, but the complimentary wine helps.

They treat you like family and really take the time to make sure you are comfortable and happy.

When I first went the ladies were nice, and as I explained what I wanted they kept changing the price (which doesn’t bother me because I wanted to have nice nails). When I had finally decided on what I was getting I was introduced to the women who would late be doing my nails, I began to try and talk to her making small talk and she ignored me and just kept working on my nails. I asked for powder nails in a certain shade (I forgot the shade number), that were matte, and the style to be square oval (or as some nail salons call it squoval), oh yeah and on my ring finger I asked for a ombré with red and black. When she first brought the nail color I immediately noticed that it looked different from what I had originally chosen (such as there were sparkles and it wasn’t as deep of the color I had chosen). I left her continue doing my nails with this color because I didn’t mind the color change, so she started to dip my nails in the powder which really confused me because I didn’t ask for dip powder nails and I have never seen that before. Once again I let her keep going because she has the degree in cosmetology not me. Now when I was asking about the ombré she had someone else come over and talk to her about it (I could not understand what her and the other guy were talking about because it was in their language, but they said the word ombré 5 times). As she is doing the ombré it looked werid, and actually that’s me just being nice it wasn’t an ombré at all it was half black and half red and you could see the black underneath some of the red. When the lady was done with my nails I asked if this was ombré and she said yes. It looked really odd so I asked my friend what she thought and she said it was nice so I ignored it and payed anyway but I was very uneasy about the nails. but when I got home and showed my mom she told me that they were ugly and that the “ombré” they did was sloppy and unprofessional (my mom went to cosmetology school and graduated so she knows when something is wrong). I went back to the salon the next day and when I presented my receipt and asked if they could take my nails off because I didn’t like them and I had wanted a refund the manager told me that I could their policy does not allow refunds, so I asked my mom if they could do that, my mom said she wasn’t sure so we would have to hire a lawyer. When I told the manager that the ombré is what and ombré should look like she told me that I didn’t pay for an ombré but I had paid for a design, then I explained that I had told the lady who did my nails that I wanted an ombré and she had said that it was ombré. The manager refused to give me my refund until I said I wanted her to see her manager and she said that she is the store manager so I told her I wanted the owners phone number and the manager said she won’t give it to me, so then I told her I want to know the owners name. Once again the manager refused to tell me and then she kept yelling “I am the manager!” “our policy say no refunds!” I told her that if she is refusing to give me her employers name I would contact the police and she took my receipt and walked away. When she came back she told me that they will take my nails off and give me a refund. I have never had a problem with my nails and had to have them taken off and get a refund. So I’m sorry that I caused a seen but I did not like my nails and so I came back and handled it. I’m never going back her because I was disappointed but mainly I was disrespected.

I have been coming here for over three years twice a month to get a pedicure and my nails done. Over the last few months there has been inconsistency when it comes to the quality of work done. I went yesterday to get my pedicure and my nails done and I asked for the ombre design on my nails. First off Ive been told more than once that you can do the dip in ombre design. which is what I asked for yesterday but then my nail tech said no we have to do it with acrylic. I said okay fine as long as it looks like the design that they had on display. Well at first it looked like it was coming out nice and then at the end it did not look like whag the display had instead of it looking like ombre it just looks like half one color and half another color. $50 later I went home and decided to come back the next morning to complain. I was then told that it looks fine and that sometimes its due to the colors we pick as to why the design does not come out correct. all they did was put an extra couple of coats of clear nail polish. One of my nails is extra lumpy. I have been a good faithful customer and I really wish they would have handled me. They didnt offer to fix it and they didnt offer do any refunds or do anything other than try to brush me off. I will no longer be coming to this nail salon.

Three of the manicurists spoke to each other incessantly and very loud during my entire pedi.I go to have a pedicure/manicure to relax in a serene atmosphere, not to listen to a foreign language and loud talk.also, the young women who performed my pedicure did not do a good job. Very disappointed
