Ive been here previously for pedicures and they were great. Today I had acrylics and she did a really good job. I didnt want my nails too long and she was great to keep cutting them until I was pleased.

Will NEVER return…first and last time. I stopped by for a pedicure. I was welcomed and sat down. One employee yelled something to another and shortly after, an employee walks over to me and says, “We only have two people working today….”. I didn’t even give her the opportunity to tell me she wasn’t interested in taking my money. She apologized and said “Yeah, we only have two people working and we have two customers right now.” I’m positive there was someone else in the back. It’s clear they just didn’t want to do it. This was an hour and 10 minutes before closing time. It wasn’t the most updated place either.Edited to respond to their super professional response:First of all, L O L. The fact that you find your response appropriate and professional is laughable. Your response is reflective of your establishment and customer service…TRASHY and childish. You don’t have to ever worry about me returning. It wasn’t what you said, but how you said it. You made it very clear that even though I came more than an hour before closing, you had no interest in my patronage or money. Please work on your delivery, your staffing matrix and the overall appearance of your staff and establishment. It would behoove you to humble yourself and take notice of the MANY updated and visually appealing nail salons in your immediate vicinity. Take the trashy handwritten signs on the wall down and get some new, fresh polishes of quality. The pics posted of the work that you do are clearlyfrom people who don’t know any better. It’s NOT good work! The bad reviews about this place aren’t lying! RUN!

This was my first time going here. I got my nails chrome dipped. The young lady that did my nails took her time and did a really good job. Ill definitely be coming back.

I read reviews and went to see Lily. I didn’t really care for the work she did.. my shellac gel paint ripped off my acrylic nail like it was cheap (I get my nails done a lot and that has never happened to me).. I also thought $40 was expensive for a nail FILL. Will find another salon.

I moved to Tx from Louisiana and I visited 3 nail salons before I visited this one. After my 1st visit I’ve been back every since. I have a very crazy work schedule and Lilly always works with me around my availability. She is very kind and awesome at what she does. Visit this nail shop and I promise you won’t be disappointed. You’ll keep coming back just like me! You should also try the dip. She got my nails back very healthy.

Lily is very nice and recommended me dip which is a lot more better for my nails than acrylic. Her staff is always nice and helpful. I love coming in and listening to their relaxing music which calms me. I will always come here and I highly recommend it!!

There are four hardworking skilled ladies in here. They are all good and Im picky. My boyfriend said these solar pink n whites were best hes ever seen. They are very accommodating, they understand most English very well and are the best for the price. You can easily make an appt same day. Very nice people. They remember you and treat you like they are happy your there.:-)

I love the ambiance and the work is amazing! I wear the dip and I rock my natural nails which are very long and the owner Lily does them patiently and unlike at other nail salons I’ve gone to her work lasts at least a month! After my very first visit I haven’t went anywhere else. I also love Lin doing my pedicure, my feet stay so soft and my polish lasts at least a month. This place is amazing and you should try it!

Worst nail salon ever!!! It was so hot in there and the lady used dirty nail drills, files and brushes. I went in to get a French tip manicure and they were awful. All different sizes acrylic was everywhere she made my nails bleed it was hands down worst experience ever. Wouldn’t recommend it

I came in Friday and let them know exactly what I was looking for and at an affordable price, and got exactly what I wanted. Everyone was super nice and fast and always asked if I like their work. I love this place, I drive about 25-30 minutes just to get my nails done by them. I definitely would recommend and have recommended them to my friends, and now my friends come here as well. The service here is great, they want you to be happy and they make sure to do their best to give you what you want. Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed!

They have very high prices for very basic nails. Less than a week the paint has already begun to chip and I’ve lost two nails already 😂. Completely not worth it for that much money. Although the place looks really nice :)

I am new to the area from the Detroit metropolitan area. I when I entered the shop they were courteous and I was very surprised that they were able to do exactly what I asked them to do. I enjoyed my pedicure to the utmost as well as the nail technician been capable to provide me with the nails and the art design that I desired.

Hadn’t been here in forever but came today with a friend and I have to say I thoroughly enjoyed it. They play relaxing music and I felt pampered. I got a full set and pedicure with gel and I liked they way they came out.

It’s a nice shop and everyone was very nice..They even offered me something to drink as well, however they’ve lost me as a customer for life 😩, I got my nails done and they didn’t even last a full week.. After 5 days they were popping off like press on nails. I’ve never had that experience before.

On my previous visit, my experience wasn’t great. However, the owner, Lily, assured me that she would take care of it personally. And she did! She explained everything and made my concerns feel heard and understood. I will definitely be returning. Thank you again, Lily!

I have been to this place several times, and the service is great. All the technicians are very friendly, know a lot about their products, and do the best gel manicures! They pride themselves in being extremely clean and meticulous when it comes to applying the color. I always get compliments on my nails after I visit this salon and the polish lasts longer than most places who just rush to get the job done.Im pretty picky when it comes to filing and these ladies always get the shape right. I forget why I dislike this place until I come again! The owner not sure of her name is LAZY! She always has been. Long story short she could have helped me out or another lady instead of just sitting there. She said she only does full sets. All I needed was a manicure but she doesnt do those. The staff however is great, no one really talks to you and Ive NEVER been offered a drink either. Manicure was nicely done by an older lady.

I love this nail salon!! I have been coming to see Lily for over 4 years now and can not say enough good things about her services. Lily is passionate about what she does. She is sooo flexible with scheduling an appointment, or even when you walk in she is able to work you in without a long wait time. I have never found another nail tech that will leave my nails looking so prefect, thin dip powder, natural looking (which is VERY rare) and it lasts forever!!! I definitely enjoy my visits at this salon. Highly recommended it!

Initially: Awesome and quick! I have my own nail chick in north Arlington that I go to pretty religiously but I was restricted to the area and there were good reviews. Im glad I tried Nail Center because they did a great job and I was in and out with a new set of dip in an hour. Looks so good and was only $35.Update: four days later Ive had three nails break. Im not saying MY nail broke, the actual polish broke. Ive had dip done for over a year and never had it break. Its why I pay the extra for dip.

I was looking for a nail shop to take my sisters and cousins, then I came across this nail shop. The owner herself did some of our nails and treated us with care and patience. She even offered us free drinks and made us feel very comfortable!!! 😊😊

Being a limo driver I always have time to kill. Last week when Arlington had the big college championship game at AT&T Stadium, I was stuck in the area for 10+ hours with nothing to do. Thought I should pamper myself and get a pedicure. Very manly I know. Most guys wont admit it but getting a pedicure is very relaxing and a stress reliever. Where I was parked I saw Nail Center and decided to just walk in and hope they have a spot open for me. Turns out they did and were very hospitable. My nail specialist was Ms. Lily. This lady definitely knows what she is doing! She took her time on my feet and trimmed my toenails exactly the way I liked them and even asked if the water temperature was to my liking. This is why more people should shop at small business. You wont get this kind of treatment at a big chain store. The biggest surprise of this place? They had free wine. I dont drink wine, but how cool is that? Entire experience left me fully relaxed and refreshed. Anytime I am in Arlington I will be giving these folks a visit.

I have been a client here for over 3 years. They know us and Lily knows what color I want on my fingers without asking. They have always provided a great service at a good price.The staff recognizes my daughters, granddaughter, and me and ask each if one or more is there without the others. I think Lily was as proud of our oldest daughters finishing nursing school this year as we were!I was disappointed to find them closed today (Sunday of Labor Day weekend) but its good for them to close on Sundays and have time off. We will come back another day instead.

Best nail shop in the DFW area and Ive tried so many. Its hard to find a good nail shop and the owner Lily is the BEST. Shes more like a friend than your nail tech. Her and Hannah both far exceed my expectations even when super busy. Perfect gel mani, straight and even white tip, every single time. Even had to get acrylics done the last couple of times because my nails broke and they literally came out flawless. Dont go anywhere else!!!!

I only went to this salon twice, each time for a pedicure. The first time I went, I asked for the Deluxe pedicure which is $35. I got my pedicure done by a very young 18 year old girl who is very unprofessional and inexperienced. She probably isnt even licensed. She cut my toe nails crooked and did not do everything that you are supposed to get with the Deluxe pedicure. She rushed and all she cared about was talking to me and asking for advice about her boyfriend problems. I am not a therapist. The second time I went, I got my pedicure done by someone older but also very inexperienced who also rushed. She was very rough. That time I only got the basic pedicure and I only went back to this salon the second time because it was right next to a store I was going to anyway and I needed a pedicure before vacation and I was going to be sure I didnt get the same young girl as the first time. Thankfully I didnt but the other girl was not any better. Come to find out after having the nail polish on my toes for a month, when I went back to the nail salon I was using before this one, when she took the nail polish off, I had black fungus under my toenail. They do not sanitize properly and are obviously very nasty. When you rush to get customers in and out, you cannot take the time to clean properly before treating each customer. I will not ever be back to this salon and if the black fungus doesnt go away after treating it, I will most definitely take it up with a lawyer. Ive been having pedicures for 15 years now and not once have I ever been given a toenail fungus. Beware ladies, just because a salon looks nice, doesnt mean it is! Take your $35 and go to a high-end salon.

Walked in to get information about there service. I’m not slow, I was getting information because I was getting services done for my daughter. So yes I’d like to know what I need to pay for and what not. But as I walked in as friendly as can be, the service wasn’t quite happy. The young lady who was sitting at a spot was helpful until another lady walked out from the back who appeared to be carrying a pair of balls. She came out like a hungry lion and I was a piece of meat, geez I guess my face said something different because she was rude and felt like she was doing me a favor with answering them. This is ridiculous on how these companies can treat possible future clientele. I walked out shocked and no thank you, I’ll take my hard working money and my daughter else where.

Yesterday I was in the Parks Mall area and really needed to find a decent place to get my nails and feet done. I randomly googled a place near me and and ended up at The Nail Center!!!!!! For starters it was an AMAZING EXPERIENCE ! The people greeted me as soon I walked in. I was told that I had to wait an hour which kinda threw me off because I was so anxious to get my feet and nails done. So to say that hour wait was well worth it, I got the best experience from two amazing woman Lynn and Lilly who made me very comfortable. I honestly did not want to leave but they were closing so i guess i had too lol. I got the best pedicure and massage from Lynn that i could not stop telling her how good it felt. I probably was a little difficult because i want make sure im getting my monies worth and Lilly made sure all my needs were met from my pedicure to my full set and even to my eyebrows getting waxed. I LOVE YOU LADIES and ill forever be a faithful client as long as i live in TEXAS. This is my new Nail Homes and if you havent been i definitely encourage you to go and get the experience I got because it was outstanding. They made me feel so comfortable that i would even just go on my down time to just chat with the ladies. AMAZINGGGGGGG!!!!! Thank you ladies once again!

They do a good job, I usually go every 2 weeks. However, every time I go there, their prices have changed (if its not listed on the wall). Theyll just give a price to reach their budget for the week, I guess. My advice would be to ask for pricing before they began. Ive had enough, not returning.

Went there for dip color. Left with it all over my cuticles. She cut the sides of my nails with cuticle nippers so she didn’t have to file. ALL my nails are different shapes, and the dip is so uneven. The price is cheap and so is the service. Yes they are nice but the quality is trash. I would rather pay more and be happy.
