Came here for the first time and am so happy I did! Danny was wonderful, I told him I was getting my wedding nails done and he was SO helpful picking out my color. He took such care making sure everything was perfect! I will absolutely be returning!

The first time I’ve been to this place I had a really good experience, I did dip powder with a young lady that unfortunately I forgot the name. This time I didn’t schedule to go but they were able to fit me in which was great, the problem is I chose to do normal manicure with the person available for the day, and the result wasn’t very good, the gel didn’t come off completely and I told the lady which apparently didn’t really know how to take it off completely. The result is that my nail came out uneven after nail polish applied, plus a bunch of bubbles appeared after I left the place. I was uncomfortable to tell I wasn’t satisfied with the lady job at the time, but I wouldn’t pay $35 for a result like this ever again.

The quality of the service is impeccable! The creativity of the staff is amazing! I am always welcomed when I arrive and offered refreshments. I am the type to stay loyal to the nail tech and hair tech when I find the right one! So in this gem I can tell you I am always at Dannys chair! The creativity in his work is amazing! He is always innovative and up to date with the newest trends! The quality and detail of his work is the best I have come across in the 10 years I have been getting my nails done. There are never cracks, nor polish chips, nor is there any lifting when I get acrylic full sets! I would typically have to go in every two weeks for a refill to avoid lifting however with Dannys work I can wait 2-3 weeks and still no lift! I get compliments all the time! The pedicures are always relaxing and again quality is always there! Needless to say this gem is one of a kind defiantly worth every dollar- which is fair priced as well!

Stopped in with a friend to get mani pedis. We both wanted acrylics, and the guy said that he would be able to fit us in. They did my friends pedicure while they did my nails, and the nail tech was checking his phone the whole time he was putting on my acrylics. He was being so rough filing and buffing my nails that it was very painful, and it was like that the entire time he was putting them on. By the end my fingers were sore and my cuticles were actually bleeding. He also was in such a rush the entire time, and wanted to do my nails at the same time as my pedicure, so I was sitting in the pedicure chair (the woman doing my pedicure was wonderful!!) as he was applying the acrylic. It was so uncomfortable and awkward and I couldnt enjoy the pedicure because I was too distracted and in literal pain. He then moved my back to the station to finish my set, continuing to be rough and making me bleed even when I told him it hurt. Then he stepped on my foot from under the table and messed up my pedicure!!!! Not even the nicest nails ive had, despite having been there for 3 hours! They look rushed. $120 for average acrylics, a stressful pedicure and half of my day. Will not be returning.Update! Contacted the salon about my friends infected toe and my busted cuticles. Havent heard back! So unprofessional. These are my cuticles still busted almost a week later

My new favorite nail place.The manicurist took her time, was very detail oriented, and did a great job. Definitely going back or trying out their new location in league city. Definitely recommend

My nails and pedicure LOOK good, but my toe is literally infected and the guy who did my friend and I’s manicures was so rough that my friends cuticles are totally destroyed and she bled. He was so stressful and made her get her manicure WHILE sitting at the chair getting her pedicure. Like was yanking her arms over her to work. And did I mention I have an infected toe. She like performed surgery on my feet basically, like I know my feet were janky but now I’m infected. And the guy who did my manicure used a weird scraper thing to get the excess acrylic off my nails, used the tool on him SELF to get it off of him, then proceeded to use it on my hands again.

Super friendly and make.you feel very welcome. They offer the best service and very welcome environment. I would recommend this jewel to all my friends.

I had a great manicure here today. The chairs and stations are really nice. Danny did an amazing job on my fresh set and did really careful and detailed work! My nails are perfect.

Walked in thinking we were just going to get a simple pedicure and walked out with these beauties! Everyone was so hospitable and friendly. The one down side is that they dont have a separate area to dry your nails so your drying time is competing with people getting their nails done.

I have had nothing but painful, rushed experiences here. The first time I came into get my dip polish taken off, the nail tech literally ripped it off my nails with tweezers (which was incredibly painful). I just took this to be a one time event, didn’t think much about it. The next time I came here (out of convenience to my apartment), I got my eyebrows waxed and a dip manicure. The waxing was so painful, yet again, and I got wax in my hair and had to cut it out because I couldn’t get it out. The manicure was very very rough, and not enjoyable at all. I had picked a specific color, and got the wrong color put on and when I asked the tech about it he said it just showed up darker because of my skin tone but that was definitely not the color I had chosen. At all. I keep giving this place a chance and regret it everytime. This time, the last time I’ll ever go back, I got my eyebrows waxed and was left in the room alone with scalding wax on my forehead while the tech left to go do something. I told her I had wax leftover and she yanked it off roughly and continued to rush through the service. I understand this is a business and they have many clients to tend to, but I did not have a good experience any of the times I went. I will not be returning again.

I finally found my forever nail salon!! I am so pleased with the establishment and service. My daughter even switched to 21 Nail Lounge. If you are particular about your nails you will not be disappointed.

Great service!Went here on a Friday afternoon after making an appointment online about 45 minutes prior. Its a nice clean place. I arrived about ten minutes early, but after I picked the color I wanted I was seated right away. I got the stone massage pedicure and a classic manicure. What most impressed me was the complimentry glass of wine (or other drink like soda or water) and the hot neck pillow. Definitely a relaxing experience. Additionally they did my finger nails while I was sitting in the pedicure area so I wouldnt have to get up to go to a table. The only weird thing us that they only accept cash for tips. Theres an ATM inside, but it would be a lot more convenient if I could just put it in my card. Not a huge deal though.Overall very relaxing experience. This is probably going to be my go-to place while Im in the area.

So I went in on Feb. 13 for Valentines day. They closed early the lady said that she would still do acrylics and a pedicure. Instead of telling me that she needed to go she insisted and did a poor job. The acrylics was not in the shape I wanted. The acrylics were really thick and the nail design was poor quality and she didn’t do anything to push or care for my cuticles. Then she charged me $115 for a poor rushed quality. If you don’t have the time or if you’re going to rush then say you can’t do it. Don’t accept it and do a poor job

The quality of the work is so/so. My pedicure was below average (barely any massage or buffing). A little overpriced for the quality of work. The reason I am writing this review is because this place is not clean. The instruments do not seem to be sterilized and it looks like they barely clean the place. For the price I expect a good pedicure in a clean environment (even in a non covid environment). No measures besides a few pieces of plexiglass at the manicure chairs. I will not be coming back. If you want below average service in a dirty setting at a high price this is the place.

I come here every other month to get my toes done. This is my guilty pleasure. The staff are super nice and helpful. They have a great color selection and different types of pedicures to choose from. Ive tried the lemon peel pedicure and loved it!!

I took my younger sister there to get her nails done for her 15th birthday. However for a set of acrylic nails we ended up paying $55.The reason for the low stars is that she wasn’t given any drink (at least water or soda) when other customers were offered that much.Also the service provided wasn’t much more than what I’ve seen in places where one can pay $30-40 for a set.I’m glad she’s happy with her nails but for her future birthdays we’re going somewhere else..

I do not recommend this place. The people are nice but it was quite overpriced for the work done. My mother was charged $66 for a pedicure and a manicure. For the pedicure, the nailpolish was all around the skin on her toenails, and her toenail was chipped after we left. For the manicure, they didnt actually paint her nails (she asked for clear). It was $33 for a file and a buff, no polish or cuticles.I was charged $78 for acrylic tips with gel polish, my cuticles dont look clean, and one of my fingers is bleeding. The shape of the nails is nice, but I $78 is a lot, even for around here.

This place is a nice little place to go to get your nails done if you just want a quiet place to relax. Morgan is now my usual tech, and she is very detailed with the work she does! She pays attention to detail, makes sure youre comfortable, and really makes you feel welcomed. A little pricey, but definitely money well spent!

I get a pedicure here once a month. My feet get so callously but the pedicurist always spends the time to scrub them, plus the leg/foot massage feels great. Id recommend making a reservation but often I can call about an hour before I want to come and they squeeze me in with only a short wait.

Went here for the first time because I was close-by. The place is nice, but the service was terrible! Ive gotten my nails from different nail salons and this was the worst Ive ever been to. I came in for full-set acrylics with regular polish ($38). The lady who helped me, didnt even introduce herself nor talked to me at all. She then started to work on my nails.1. I told her three times that I wanted longer nails but she just went on with her own length.2. The machine she used for the acrylics, she put too much pressure on it and even scraped my cuticles.3. She put the polish in quickly, like she was rushing to get it done. It was terribly put in that another lady saw it and had to re-do it.4. They didnt clean the cuticles up. They said it would cost me additional $18 just to trim the skin out. Ive been to a lot of nail salons and they all trimmed the cuticles out.Overall a terrible experience. Im NEVER coming back.

I came in for my first pedicure ever on my birthday with an appointment (I told the lady this) it was very impersonal and felt a little rushed. She didnt greet me or offer me anything to drink. I had to ask near the end. She didnt offer to let me use the massaging chair, again I had to ask. Other than that I loved that massage and pedicure and the gentleman tending the front desk was very nice. I did slightly mess up my toenail color as I was getting up, (I didnt understand where she was telling me to go.)She didnt offer to fix it and I didnt want to ask at that point. I guess it just depends on who you get? I asked and her name is Nada.If thats the kind of service you get on your special day, it makes me wonder what Ill get other days. I was very sweet to her regardless. Thats too bad, I was really hoping this would be a nicer experience.

The place is nice, but the service was terrible!!!The lady that did my nails kept receiving text messages and taking phone calls, her nails weren’t clean when i asked her to stop using her phone she gave me attitude then she asked me to pay upfront which never happened to me before and when she was done she left without saying anything. Never will set foot in this place again !!!

How am I the first one to review this? This place is great! You can make reservations online and it is reasonably priced. They serve you wine and have food to snack on in case you are hungry. I cant remember her name, but I have had my nails done by the manager on numerous occasions. Each time, my regular manicure has lasted over a week and a half, which is a feat for me. This isnt the most convenient for me to get to, but with a free garage next door, I never have to worry about parking.

Clean space with clean tools. Friendly staff (for the most part) and gold selection of Essie and OPI colors (reg and gel). Prices are standard for the area. Cash tip only. Requires reservations if you are going on a weekend.... And you still might have to wait. The cleanliness is worth it to me...much better than the Chinatown salons.

Everything was great, I had Bebe and my nails turned out very well done. I don’t see anything wrong with the salon, they offered drinks and had massage chairs with fair prices👌 Everyone was also very nice.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! They reuse tools without cleaning between people. I dont think the techs are licensed and you will walk out realizing you wasted your money and will have to go somewhere else and pay for it to be redone. RUN AWAY.

Worst manicure of my entire life. I came in with acrylics and asked them to be taken off and replaced by a simple manicure. First off, she did not understand that they were acrylics, even though I repeatedly said so, and started removing the polish instead of removing the fake nail. After correcting her, she began removing the acrylics in the most painful, disorganized, sloppy manner I have ever encountered. She left pieces of acrylic on my nail and painted over them, and when I told her so, she begrudgingly removed the new polish and scraped off more pieces, yet, days later, I am still finding chunks of acrylic stuck on my nails. During the removal process, she clipped my natural nails and cuticles several times so the edges of my nails were jagged and my cuticles were a mess. I could go on about this horrible manicure - how uneven the polish is, how it cracked hours after I left the salon - but you get the point. The service and quality of this salon is garbage. I will NEVER return.

HORRIBLE customer service! $30 for a pedicure and it only took the lady about 15 minutes. She did absolutely the worst job on my toes. Do NOT recommend this place.

Angry that i wasted my money getting a manicure here. I had to put my hand in front of an awkwardly placed mini fan after each layer. I hit my pinky on the fan and messed up the polish. Instead of taking the polish off and redoing it, she painted over it, leaving a raised bubble-looking area. I then sat under ultraviolet lights drying my nails for a loooong time, plus sprayed them with fixative.I would say there are over 300 bottle of polish on the large shelf, not in any color arrangement. I must have chosen an old bottle of polish, because 4 hours later, I looked at my nails at the polish was a total wrinkled mess.

Ask for Hunter: hes wonderful! Found this place randomly when I was on a business trip in the Arlington area. It was closest and had great reviews, if only four. Free parking (yay!), walk-in friendly (yay!), and they gave me Hunter (yay yay!). He was fast without making me feel like he was rushing. He took off ancient, yellowed shellac. Then he did a perfect American manicure (not as bright white as French). The place is super clean. The service was impeccable. The prices are reasonable. Will definitely come back when Im in the area.
