I normally always get white tips, but I have event coming up so wanted something different. I’m a really understanding person, all they had to say was they couldn’t do it. However, as a business owner I feel they used a “deterrent” tactic on me. There were 3 people I could see not helping anyone- all sitting down. However, he said they were all booked up and couldn’t do my nails only my toes. Who goes somewhere and only gets their toes done & not nails to match? So of course I left.As a fellow business owner, if you don’t care- it will eventually effect your bottom line. I know I may not have “looked” like an ideal customer in sweatpants, and a t-shirt- but I get my toes & nails done every 2 weeks bc otherwise I get ingrown toenails. Be kind to everyone & try to work with people if you can. Someone may have felt stereotyped, it’s 2021 Black lives do matter I would hate for anyone to think that of the establishment that supports so many people, and makes them feel beautiful.

On a Thursday I went in and got a full dip set along with short tips. Paid cash and gave a 25 % cash tip because the nails looked good and they were nice. Unfortunately within two days all but two of the nails had cracks in the middle of the nail. They did not break on the end as if I had caused them to break they would have. I called on Saturday because I wanted to make sure and let them know ASAP.The man that did my nails said it was ok to come in Monday afternoon and he would redo them. I called Monday afternoon and he then told me he had no appointments available and neither did anyone else except for a 6pm appointment. I couldn’t do then because daytime appointments are always my only options so I won’t have kids with me.They didn’t have any appointments the next morning either and said I had to work with only his schedule and couldn’t see anyone else. I told him I needed to get them redone soon and he said if I didn’t wait until he had an opening then when I came back next time he would only do a SMALL discount. Not redo them even though they didn’t even last two day. I told him he lost me as a customer and he then hung up. I wouldn’t recommend anyone go to them and I even stayed calm talking to him trying to work it out.

I love coming here! Ive been a regular for about 2 years now and everyone is helpful and nice. My nails always come out how I want them. Almost everyone has worked on my nails 😂 Mindi will NOT let you leave if its not up to her standards and I love her for that.

I was going to the place over an year ago. I stop going because my dip powder nails kept coming off after a day or 2. I got tired of going back for them to re do. I decided to try them again this past SaturdayI asked for my shape to be oval. He only made one them of them oval Also they were very thick. Also he was very rude to the people who didnt have an appointment. My nails looked like a beginner had did them. I went to have them re done at a different nail solonThey even asked if a bigginner had did my nails.

The White gel polish that was applied to my nails came out terrible, it had lumps and black specks. The lady responded that it must have been the polish. I just asked for sparkles to cover the flaws since I was already there too long. Once I got home and checked my nails over, I realized that they weren’t painted all the way on the sides. The lady was nice but she did not do a good job.

Best nails in a 50 mile radius! Pam was amazing, professional and took her time. I had jewels put on and was a bit pricey, but absolutely worth it! You get what you pay for. You can tell everything is clean and sterile and good product. Which is obviously important. Made my next appointment already! Excited to see what I’m going to get next! Thanks Pam!

Second visit and same excellent results!Ask for Jenny for pedicures. Her massages are the best!I’ve been following this salon for years now but never drove all the way over. Trust me it’s worth it! They did the very best pedicure I’ve had in years! I came with a friend and we were both very pleased.Jenny did my feet and took her time. She didn’t rush through and half way do it.Her leg and foot massage was the bomb! My feet still feel good two days later! I chose their top of the line pedicure and it was worth every penny! My skin hasn’t had that many lotions and butters on it ever. It’s still soft too!I’m an “extra” kind of girl so I got nail art. I had Fifi do my art. As you can see, she did an amazing job. I won’t say it was cheap to get the design by any means. You definitely get what you pay for though. I was very pleased. I felt “fancy!”The salon was clean, beautiful and well decorated. Its a girls dream! I was told they rotate the colors by season and I’m sure they do. The friendly staff offered me a beverage right away and a pedicure menu. I had a dress on and they put a plush large fluffy towel over my lap for comfort. I didn’t ask they just did it. Great customer service!The salon had a large staff. Don’t go here. I went to get my nails done with my best friend less than a week ago for my boyfriends graduation and our nails are awful. I have two nails that are crooked, my best friend already has nails lifting, and our nails are extremely thick. They did not clean up our cuticles nor did they place the acrylic back all the way so less than a week later we cleaned up our cuticles on our own and our nails look like they are over two weeks grown out and my nails usually grow normal to slower and I don’t have to get fills for almost three weeks and these are awful.

I have been getting my nails done for 15 years and I’ve never been to a place that does this good of a job! The people are extremely nice and quick. I told him what I wanted and exactly what I had in mind! I live in Fort Worth and will be making the drive from now on! Thank you!!!

Dont do it!!! Anika rushed through doing my dip and was very rude. One of the other techs came over, whispered in her ear, Anika pointed at me and they both started laughing. She didnt clean my nails up and she didnt shape them the way I asked. Horrible customer service and rushed job. This was my first and last visit. Dont waste your time or money.

It was my first time there and I ended up with this really nice girl that did wonderful to my nails. But the boss man/owner is the rudest man I have met. He put my girl in tears for talking smack about her IN FRONT OF THE STAFF AND GUEST MIND YOU. but she was strong and still did a great job with me and I will love to come back just for her. But that man working there needs to learn some manners and respect for his staff.

They will rush you. A bit pricey but they do great nail designs. They listen to what you want. I will go back.

I love coming here! The staff are always so welcoming and greeting me by name as soon as I walk in the door. They always do exactly what I want and if I have no clue what I want, Mindi always has the BEST ideas! Very talented and my go-to salon!

I have come to this nail place before and the girl that did my nails did such an amazing job. I went in this past Thursday to get a French manicure and pedicure. The girl that did my nails tried her best, but unfortunately she decided to file my nails after she was done with the entire gel manicure. It’s Saturday morning and 4 nails are already chipping/peeling. I am SO angry! They charged me $102 for a gel French mani/pedi. Wayyyyy more than they’ve charged me in the past (which is only about 4 months apart). I have a wedding tomorrow and I can’t believe my nails look like this. The wedding is out of state (in FL) so now I’m going to have to visit a nail place when I get there tonight (or tomorrow morning). So this is going to cost me even more than what I already splurged! Really disappointed and I feel ripped off!

I went in there today after going twice in the last year this was honestly my last choice . I have on solar nails currently and just wanted a fill in on the set that I have . The rude lady in the front I think her name was mindy told me a price based on what I wanted I agreed and then she switched up and said oh well if you want a new color it’s going to be $45 ! As I was asking her questions in depth about why the price would be higher and trying to explain what I wanted she caught an attitude and said “ I don’t think this is the place for you” !!! I walked out the staff here are so RUDE ! I will never step foot in this place again not to mention last time I got my nails done by Danny the nails were crooked ! So disgusting don’t spend your money here !

This is a hit and miss nail salon. Sometimes the nail tech is great the next time she is horrible. I rate them a 3.5

The workers are nice and friendly and can do designs but unfortunately do not check 100% to see if they have everything you want for a design. Then when they dont have what you want the manager will be rude to you and say you changed your mind and threaten to call the police if you ask not to pay for the manicure because you wouldnt have even gotten the design in the first place if they didnt have everything to make the design. I will never return.

This salon is super nice as far as the décor. Please dont let that fool you because this place is HORRIBLE. The prices dont reflect the work or customer service you receive. My manicure and pedicure was HORRIBLE. They did a rushed job and wasnt willing to make changes based on what I originally asked for.Not to mention the employees there are very RUDE and they dont care about customer satisfaction. I will NEVER go there again. This was my first time and will also be my last time. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Its not worth your time or money. Trust me!

Sad to say I probably wont be back after this last time.. People are very nice but their work is a hit or miss.... Sometimes the work is good, sometimes its okay and sometimes its horrible (like this last time) First off, I am a nail biter, which is why I like to get my nails done so I wont bite them.... Last time I went in I was so proud of my nails because they had grown so much (not extremely long, but enough to tell I had nails) and before she put my fake nail on SHE CUT MY ENTIRE REAL NAIL OFF!! On all of them.. When I say I was so sad, I almost cried. Then on top of that, all my nails are think, some dont have enough acrylic on them... Im just fed up with them... I have a few horror stories and I always came back because the customer service was good and I always just assumed it was the tech and I didnt like his style. So I tried a new tech... Nope. Just horrible. Idk if they save the better techs for the more regular customer but I would be more regular if they did a better job... I see others people nails and they are flawless!! Even the girl next to me (her tech was the one that always messed up my nails) nails looked amazing! Ugh... 2 Stars only because I like the atmosphere there.

Nah so I went in today with my friend and she was getting her nails done by this real cool dude, forgot his name. So I decided to get my nails done too and the girl Anika I think her name was, did me dirty. The set was done so quick and uncared for. It looks like I need a fill up not like theyre freshly done and the size and shapes are a at best ok. Id go back if I can get the guy to do my nails but not for her.

Their work is really great! Very nice people and they make you feel welcome! Their nails and art are the best Ive found in Arlington. Definitely recommend!!

I got my nails and feet done. For 100.00 dollars I expect a superior outcome. All I asked was for the polish on both to match. So does not. Bothered me so much I ended up getting my nails redone at another salon. Also, no cuticle care at all done prior to the polish. I shouldn’t have to leave and do that myself when I got home because it looked so bad.

Good work. Will give 5 stars if they get 1 chair for the KINGS that come in.

I have loved this place for the past 3-4 years. However, The last time i went in there, the owner was really rude to my nail tech to the point i had to tell her she was doing great. Yeah, i get that maybe what I’m asking for could be hard. But I’m okay with letting her get it right. I don’t rush. The owner just seems stressed out but when you’re At work, you keep your personal life aside and treat others how you want to be treated. I will not be going back.

Horrible. Mimi is rude right to your face. She thinks her sarcasm is cute, but its not. This place is run by a bunch of hipsters who are very late to the party.I got the worst pedicure Ive ever gotten there. It was rushed, unpleasant and not professional at all. A one-armed, blind monkey could have done a better job.The manicure was no better. Cuticles were not tended to at all and nails were not cut evenly at all.DO NOT GO HERE!

This place is horrible! Yes, it looks nice and fancy but they are rude and charge more than other places and they use the cheapest gel polish. They have only two OPI gel colors. Every time I’ve gone, I’ve had to return the next day to redo my nails because it chipped the same day I got them done and I get gel polish! Gel polish is suppose to last at least two weeks. They argued with me when I wanted my nails fixed. Don’t waste your time going to this place. Worst nail experience I’ve had and I’ve been getting my nails done for years!

Not to sound dramatic, but this place was awful. I could not believe how bad my nails were. They were not friendly and I hated the service I was given. I had to drive across the street to Legacy Nails which was awesome.

I live in Irving and tried all the nail salons I could try. Fancy Nails, Pretty Nails, Solar Nails, Extreme Nails, Easy Nails, Soft Nails,.. even private nail stylist who dont own a salon & time after time I was disappointed with service, wait time, and/or the places/peoples work. I now travel a good 25 minutes JUST to get my nails done every other Saturday morning because YES its worth it. I have yet to find a tech Im disappointed with in this place! Love love love! (Ive gotten eyebrows, solar nails, gel nails, and all types of pedicures here.. def. love it all!) I also get designs in addition to simple nails and again, they have yet to disappoint.

I just left this place and nail tech Anika overcharged me $35. She charged me $45 for 2 designs my total wad $72, and the gel nails were supposed to be on sale for $17. I have never paid anything close to this and my nails looked way better.

I have been going to this nail salon for over a year, and i have always enjoyed the decor of the salon, they are very organized and overall, the staff has always been very hospitable and nice. However, i went on my birthday and got my nails done by the guy, and he had a pissed off look on his face the whole time, he was very rude, he didnt even say one word to me until the very end. He didnt check to see if i liked my nails, and they looked horrible and crooked, and they were acrylic so i couldnt just take them off! He was very rough with my nails and everything he did hurt my nails. Worst experience ive had there ever. I wont be going back.

I just left this place and will never ever return its sad because it was a very nice environment but the attitudes where horrible I spoke to the guy doing my nails he looked at me. Then he told me its $30 I said OK he did two nails then he said it again. He told me that a total of 7x however he never said anything else no matter how I tried to start a conversation and no it was not a language barrier. Finally he told me I was tense then got up and said i stressed him out. How else was i supposed to feel? It was extremly akward. They have a preference with customers but my $30 is just as good as anyone elses he was rude and rough

[PART 2]Im over by the drying station for my toes and the lady comes to charge me. I tell her I still need my color, and she says its fine she can charge me first. So she comes back with the total of $97, and I asked her if this is including the specific type of polish I want. She says yes that theyre all included. Then I pull out my phone and show her the video (because im certain those colors have an additional cost) and she looks at my nails and tells me I dont have the right nails for it. So she calls over the nail guy that attended me the first time and shows him the video, and he looks at my nails and says its too late for that. I tell him that I showed him specifically what I wanted BEFORE he started and told him to do whatever nail type I needed for that color. He clearly messed up, but goes on to tell me that they just dont do those colors any more (although he had already said it was too late to change it, meaning it wasnt done right from the start).He goes on to tell me that these are last years colors and they dont have them anymore, but I show him the post was from 2 months prior.So I let it go, and go pick a color. Afterwards I tell him that I need my toes changed to that color considering Im no longer getting what I originally wanted. The lady who did my toes comes over and says why now??! and shes clearly irritated but I explained to her that I asked for something else and wasnt aware that they wouldnt be able to do it. So now I would AT LEAST like my nails to match in a color that I actually like. The guy tells me shell paint over it but shes not going to do it over. Mind you this whole screw-up was HIS fault in the first place. So whatever, i tell him just paint my nails so I can get out of here, please. It takes him all of 2 min to paint my nails and send me off. Then they charge me and have the audacity to ask how much would I like to tip?I am HUGE on tipping. However I took a 45min drive, spent over 2 hours in the place and paid nearly $100 for horrible service and nothing that I wanted. The price is NOT the issue, thats what I was expecting to pay. However I was also expecting the service to be equally to par with their pricing and reviews. I was charged full adult price for my daughters mani/pedi after her being neglected in her chair for over an hour and given a simple trim and paint job as a manicure. & aside from all of that they did whatever they wanted with my nails, completely disregarded my requests, and rushed me out the door as quickly as possible.And of course, as the cherry on top, my polish was already messed up before even walking out the door. I had to go to another salon and spend another $10 just to paint my nails.Please save your time and your money. This place is definitely NOT worth it.

I was literally given whatever they felt like doing. I spent $97 on possibly the worst salon service Ive ever experienced. It is definitely not worth the cost nor the frustration.(FULL REVIEW)[PART 1]Once you walk in theres a sign in sheet for your name and the service youd like. We signed in and went over to pick a color then sat down to wait our turn. A few minutes after walking in a lady dropped a nail polish and it shattered, so a guy working there came around to collect everyone elses nail polish because were all clearly 5 years old and cannot hold on to them ourselves.30 min into the wait time its finally my turn... however a lady who walked in 5 mins prior is seated. I know she doesnt have an appointment because I called before taking the 45min drive to make an appointment and was told that they are a walk-in only location.At this point I felt like walking out but my 6yr old daughter was already seated for her pedicure. So I wait another 20 min for the next available nail tech. When Im seated Im asked what color I would like and I pulled out my phone and showed the guy an instagram video post from THEIR salon advertising solar nails that change from a light/natural color to dark pink when they are in the sunlight. I specified exactly what it was and showed him the video to make sure there was no confusion, and im assured he can do it.So fast forward 20 min were done with my nails (minus the color) and my daughter (who had been seated like 10 min after walking in btw) is STILL seated getting a pedicure. Her nail tech had walked off to attend other clients in between her session and it was well over an hour now. Shes still supposed to do a manicure so I tell the guy attending me ill do a pedicure also just to kill the time while I wait. He tells me someone else will be doing my nail color but its better to do the pedicure first then theyll polish my hands.Its another 5-10 min wait for the pedicure. When im seated I see my daughter is STILL in her chair. After another 5 mins my nail tech returns to start my pedicure and my daughter is taken out of her chair and seated in the waiting bench (in front of the pedicure chairs) to do her manicure (?!). I notice the lady trim and file her nails then start to polish them.. so im guessing this location just doesnt do full manicures on children and im ok with that as long as she has her color (which is what she wanted).Back to my pedicure, it took all of 10mins (if even) for the full pedicure. The nail tech asked what color I wanted and I showed her the picture of the color-changing polish and told her I wanted something as similar as possible. Her response was i think a nude will look better. She literally stood up and went and got several shades of nude and asked me to pick one. At this point im already over it, i pick a nude and let her finish.*****[CONTINUED BELOW]*****

Full acrylic almond set + gel + matte + 2 Stamped on designs = $63.---> The guy that did my nails was cool, but really pushy. I told him I didnt want gel polish on my acrylics, but he was extremely passive and kept telling me that I NEEDED them because it lasted longer and kept going on, so I caved. They couldnt do the design I wanted on 1 of the 2 fingers I asked for, so I told them to come up with one. They put black over white, it was cute! But low and behold the paint chipped on the tips just a day later. Not even 3 weeks later, 3 nails have fallen off with 0 effort, 1 because I jammed my finger. That last one was on me. Call me cheap, but $63 for the set that I had seemed pretty far-fetched...

First time visit - pleased overallNail Tech: MiMi, (I think) Mindi - both were super niceService: Dipped Nails on real nails ($35)Time: 6:15 - 7:15 ( walk-in, including a few minutes of waiting)I requested a manicure with dipped nails and didnt really get the manicure part.MiMi cut and filed my nails, then applied the dipping powder and had someone else use the electric file to smooth them out and put the clear gel top-coat on.I expected to get a basic soak and cuticle cut, I hadnt had my nails done in months, so that was disappointing.I did research on nail dipping before I arrived, $35 was pretty much the price everywhere.They had a great color selection for this service.There wasnt any type of menu posted or price list, so Im not sure how youre supposed to know what their range of services are. Some one came in to get a brow wax, so Im guessing they do brow/lip waxing in addition to Nail service.The store is new (moved from 2 doors down) and is really nice inside, which is great because the feel is classy without being over-priced. The woman who did my filing and top coat mentioned that she designed the inside, so she might even be the owner.The employees spoke perfect English, but also spoke a lot in Vietnamese (Ive read that it is off-putting in other nail salon reviews, doesnt really bother me because Im usually tired when I get my nails done and dont want to talk anyway). That being said, customer-nail tech chatting wasnt a whole lot (could have been impacted by timing being after work for customers).There were a lot of employees there, leading me to believe they are well prepared for busy days/parties/rush times. Additionally, they have about 10 throne style pedicure stations in the back of the store and what looked to be 8 manicure stations in the front of the store.

This place produces fabulous and quality work. I always LOVE my nails the owner mindy and one of the techs Kelly are the BEST for nail art. Wait for them theyre worth it seriously they can. Oth so ANY design or picture you show and the artistry is ON POINT. THE ONLY NEGATIVE THING I HAVE TO SAY ABOUT THEM IS: their prices to get that Fleeky nail art. They charge you for every little thing. Perfect example, I paid $117 my last fill. Granted my nails are on point and turned out better than the reference pic. I showed Kelly but I got charged$35 for a fresh new set$17 for gel polish$10 extra for the matte gel color on 4 Nails$45!!! For the 6 nails to be chromed with their gel chrome additive$10 tipThe additive literally cost less than $5 for an entire bottle at any online site but theyre charging $45 for it. That is an 800% markup!!!! Which is ridiculous and crazy! I didnt even get all of my nails chrome but they still charged me the full amount saying it doesnt matter if I want 2 or 10 chrome nails its $45 for the additive no matter what bc its very expensive to buy so the lady said. $5 is expensive???Absolutely insane to me. I dont mind paying for quality and will drop &50-$60 bucks for a fill with nail art no problem but I dont like feeling hustled and they definitely have got a hustle goin on there with all of their separate service charges for every little thing. Be sure to ask up front and at every stage of the polish and design how much each service is. Make sure you ask multiple times too bc to avoid a surprise bill of $20-45 more than expected or told in the beginning.Bottom line. Fantastic work and quality (Im rough on my nails and they RARELY break, chip or lift) beautiful salon, very polite and friendly techs., nice and comfortable atmosphere (classy not boujee) free wine! And bomb AF nail art skills (mindy or Kelly only though) but can get ridiculously over charged for services if your not aware and very CLEAR with them upfront and all the way through.

Overpriced and they charged me twice!!!??? Not REALLY worth it, but its beautiful in there and they have free (super weak tho) margaritas!!!
