I went in and showed an inspiration pic and while the nails weren’t terrible they weren’t worth $70. It was my first time and the most I would say these nails would cost would be $40 maybe $50 because it’s a “spa”. I still left a $5 tip but never coming here again. That’s a $35 tip they gave themselves. I had to ask her to make the black thinner Bc they were originally worse and she left black all round my cuticles. Not worth it. I did not get a full acrylic set these are my real nails. Just did dip and design.Save your money and go somewhere else.

Vanessa is THE BEST! She has done my nails and feet for 6 years now, I never have to tell her how I want them done, she just knows what I like and what to do. The whole staff and environment is nice and friendly, it is a clean and safe place…I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Cindy was amazing! Very friendly and she took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted. The shop is big so they can space you out, if you prefer. Price point was great for the service provided! I will definitely be back!!! I would highly recommend to anyone in the area or coming in from out of town!

NO CAP!!My nail tech was nhi. She was so gentle, patient & thorough. My first time with REAL orange slices & REAL aloe slices used on my legs during my pedicure. Her massage was BUSSIN’!! Lol Lisa did my shellac mani & she was extremely pleasant to work with.My niece got her nails lengthen & dip powder with some jewels. She absolutely loves it!! First time I went, I got dip powder nails. When she finished, they looked like they had grown out for two weeks; they were not even close to the cuticle. Service was semi-friendly.I decided to give them another chance and went back after soaking off dip power nails. I set an appointment for a mani and a pedi. When I arrived, I signed in and indicated that I had an appointment for a mani and a pedi. The guy (manager, I guess) looked at the sign-in sheet and asked about the services I wanted, gel or dip, etc., and confirmed mani & pedi.Pedicure done by Tiffany who seemed disappointed that that I did not choose $65 pedi. Water was cold & not warmed up after I told her and asked for warm water. I was so uncomfortable and could not relax. Tiffany half did the whole pedicure, barely paying attention to any aspect of it. After pedicure (with paint job that looks like it was done two weeks ago), I was given a receipt. Despite a call, the sign-in sheet and a convo about getting a manicure, they forgot. Manager acted like it was my fault, as if we had not been over it 3 times. Then, the manager sent Tiffany to do my manicure. Uhm, no thanks. I politely declined, paid, and left.

It is hard finding a wonderful nail technician. I have had mine for about 4 years! I see Kayla! There isn’t anyone more fitting for me, than her. The business is CLEAN, staff so sweet, and overall consistently comfortable and professional! I love it here!

I got my nails done here yesterday w my mom, I got my gel removed and a new color while my mom barely had any color on her nails. They were able to scrape it off effortlessly but we were both charged $25 for color change...I understand the price on my part but ? ?? I didn’t realize at first bc my mom arrived before me so I didn’t see that whole process & wasn’t mentioned until I saw her at home. Plus we tipped really good at that lmao. So I just find it disrespectful that they charged both of us the same price when my nails were fully coated and her nails had little to no polish lol. Little stuff like this is the main reason I stopped going here. You can get the same or better service further down cooper.

It was initially a nice experience but I paid $75 dollars for my nails to chop within about 3 hours and the only thing I was doing was sleeping. Very unfortunate.

First time I came, I loved it. But the second time I got a gel pedi and dip nails but the color was off, and the shape was off. I called to ask for a refund but they dont do refunds and my gel toes already chipped and fell off. I wanted to really like this place since they have some cool services with bath bombs but overall my nails and toes were not good quality 😕

1st time to Skyline, had Tiffany. I have been to several nail salons in Arlington. However, I have never had such wonderful service. This was no simple mani/pedi, it was a spa experience.

Chloe got extremely upset with me when I was unsatisfied with my nail color. She started working so fast to get my nails finished she cut two of fingers while filing them. A $5 discount was offered for my next visit. This was my first time visiting. Very disappointed with service since they were highly recommended.

I used to come here regularly with excellent service and staff. I had one tip added to one of my nails and they charged me $5 for it. They also charged for shaping even though my nails were already shaped this way before I went in. My mom and sisters go all the time and have their nails filed as a regular process of getting dip nails and are never charged for shaping. They also charged for nail repair when she did nothing out of the ordinary than a normal dip appointment. Ironically, the nail tech complimented how strong my nails were and how fast they grow, so Im not sure why I was charged for nail repair.To add to this, one of my nails broke two hours later when opening my car door! I spent $15 extra dollars on charges that made no sense, that staff was not explaining well to me, and still had my nail break. They used to have excellent and attentive staff and management but thats obviously changed. I live over an hour away and cannot (and wouldnt want) drive back to get it fixed.

The experience here is very welcoming and relaxing. Complimentary drinks are provided in real glasses! Very clean and professional! Everyone was friendly and took great care of us on our visit.

I used to come here all the time but tonight was my last time. The staff were rude and I felt rushed the whole time. The pedicure I received was not what I ordered. Even when I was done, I was rushed to the front to pay without even letting me dry my nails. For context, I arrived at 6pm and they close at 7:30. However, this is very misleading as they lock their doors an hour early. I expect to be valued and treated well as a customer, especially when I am paying a lot of money for services. I will not go back and I advise anyone else to find a different salon.

Chloe is the worst tech EVER. Literally the worst salon I’ve ever been too. Cut me all up, can see my real nails all around. Barely got them done a week ago and looks like I need a fill already, most of the nails look crooked. Such a waste of money. Just AWFUL job done.

This is where I my wife and I get our pedicures every couple of weeks. Intimate shop, very serene and relaxing. No loud music, or tvs blaring. Low lights, excellent pedicure--their specialty. Kim and holly did great jobs and provided some insight on how to maintain between visits.Also Massage services are also available in the same shop.

Got my nails done, first of all on their price menu. This price stated one thing but I end up paying a different. Then on top of that I paid for nail art and what I got was something my six year old niece could have done. I use to love to go to this place but not anymore.

First time coming here and it was great! Holly was so nice and made sure I had the best experience. There was no wait time and she did a terrific job on my nails. Definitely coming back again!

Had an appointment scheduled and still waited over an hour to be seen and then they were in a rush and my nails were too thin they kept breaking within days of getting them.

For social distancing procedures, they get a 10/10. However, I walked out this last time feeling totally robbed. On my hands, I got an acrylic removal, and gel polish on my *natural* nails. Then I got a polish removal and a clear coat on my toes. It was $57. I didn’t even argue with them, they just won’t be seeing me again. On top of that, there was still nail polish around the cuticles of my big toes and green nail polish on the side of my hand.

Very cleanand & upscale. Great if you want to feel pampered. My little cousin and I went for a mani. She got simple polish with 2 colors for $5 which is great for an 8yr old. On the other hand i didnt expect to pay $50 for my French ombre gel manicure. I did get wine and even though they were busy i didnt have to wait. Overall im satisfied with the servies but i hate feeling like i paid too much.

I have been here several times and have gotten their spa pedicure several different times- the milk and honey one is my favorite! Every time we have visited here, mostly on weekends, my husband and I have had an amazing experience! The staff here are always friendly and accommodating and my feet always come out looking and feeling fabulous! The space is very clean and relaxing and all of the nail techs who have taken care of me have always given exceptional quality and service. Highly recommend!

Be sure to ask and know what your vision cost bc they don’t tell you until you go to pay. Not happy with my surprise amount. Ive paid the same amount for years and today it was different... ? I’d have made another choice. I tipped anyway but should have taken that away from my new amount for lack of communication. I went to this nail salon for about 2 years. Service was always great for the most part until recently when I got dipped nails for my birthday and a couple of them chipped within 2 days! I asked the lady if they looked a little thin and she reassured me that they were fine so I didn’t think anything of it. After the weekend (about 4 days later) more of my nails were chipped and one had come off completely. I went back to tell them what happened and they were very rude and didn’t want to help me just because I did not know the name of the lady who had done my nails. Finally they agreed to fix the chipped nails and out comes the woman who had done my nails in the first place. She was not happy to see me and I could tell!! This was so awkward and uncomfortable. She goes to get the color and out of nowhere the very rude manager Cindy (who prior to this situation had always been very nice to me )comes to me and tells me that they are OUT of the color!! I knew this was complete bs. No one tried to find me a color that was similar or accommodate me in any way. I had to celebrate my birthday with broken nails and they had no remorse, even though I had been a loyal customer. I had tipped this woman and spent over $100 getting my toes and nails done. I do NOT recommend.

This was my first time going and Im not sure about the negative reviews but I havent had too much experience with this place to compare. I enjoyed my time. The lady I had was very nice as well as my friends lady and everyone seemed really nice. I felt so relaxed and the environment made me more relaxed. They have a whole bar and you get a complimentary drink! I had a great experience and I plan on going back!

CHECK YOUR BANK STATEMENTS!!!!This has been my go-to place for years. That just changed. I took a friend with me and even after leaving a tip, they charged her MORE than what she signed for. Makes me wonder how many times this has happened. And if it ever happened to me... I have NEVER verified that the amount I agreed to pay is what actually came out of my bank. I love the nail tech that I see there, but I cant go back to an establishment that is fraudulent like that. You just DONT do your customers that way.

Came in for a mani/pedi and was not disappointed! The nail techs took their time and were very patient while I went back and forth deciding my colors. I definitely felt very comfortable and I’m happy with the finished product.

This place is always clean and very nice. If it wasnt so pricey I would go here more often but they do a great job and always make you feel special. Ive gone here to get my nails done for my wedding and for other special occasions and besides the cost, I always come away super satisfied.

Tech was rude. I got the dip powder and she kept complaining my nails were to short as she kept filing my nails. The powder is all over my fingers and cant come off. I have a wedding I am in and this is bad. I live in Michigan and have never had any issues before this. Not worth the money.

I showed a pic of coffin styled ombré French nails I got thick and wide nails that looked nothing like the pic. They don’t do ombré right they look like thick styled French manicure. Also my little sister did her nails just white acrylic and they made her nails bleed and let them dry with it like that and didn’t even properly clean the inside of the nail! When she asked they told her to “wash them at home”. They just wanted to be done and the salon was empty! They use to be so good, not anymore:..

I used to never have a issue coming here. My last visit I was really disappointed with the lady I had. Polish chipped two days after having them and I felt like my pedicure was half fast. I went in yesterday to have my nails done again. I showed the lady the picture I wanted for the design and she said she could try and do that. I was trying to find the blue to go with the black and she was trying to get me to goto the chair. She said that she had it. So when it comes to putting the design on its not what I wanted she tried to put a horrible blue on that would not show on the black ( the black is on the wrong side) at this point I was just so annoyed I just let them do it they way they were doing it. Wont be back. Dont want to have it happen a third time.>

I stopped by this evening, 10-31-18, for a DIP. It was aproroximately 6:40pm. A woman who was seated speaking to a man approaches me as I am signing in and asks what I would like to have done. I tell her and she says they are closed. I respond your sign on the door says you close at 7:30pm. She says well I let a girl go home because it’s Halloween. I again respond, your website nor your sign on the door indicate you have different hours today. As I proceed to walk out, a nail technician who is completing a manicure on an Asian customer tells the woman she can do my nails. The woman asks the technician if she is sure. They go back and forth speaking Chinese and at this point I say it’s okay I’m leaving. The man that the woman was seated with then gets up and pulls a card out from the desk drawer, stamps the card hands it to me and tells me to come back tomorrow. I look at the card and it’s for five dollars off my next visit. No thank you!

That was her first words to use not even a hello. They were so lazy that they decided to stop taking people 40 mins before they closed. We will not be returning.
