I don’t normally leave reviews, but I have to. This place is awesome. I’ve been multiple different places and none compare to the quality of this place. I’ve had my nails done by almost every nail tech here and they are ALL awesome. Very professional, very clean, very friendly, and very personable. They don’t do super fancy designs but they do a great job with anything else. They also almost always ask if you need water and have HGTV on. You really can’t beat their pricing either. I pay $35 for dip, plus tip of course. Please come here :) they genuinely care about their guests and it shows. You won’t regret it. - ♥️ a regularAlso, here’s my most recent set.

I found this place by accident. It was an excellent find. Its near home. Everyone is so friendly, quick and the work is excellent 👌👏 Nyugen who doesnt do nail art has been doing an excellent job on my flowers. Mandy does an excellent job on tge massages. Love the hot rocks massage ! Plus they serve wine. How can you go wrong.

I went to get my acrylics filled, but because the previous tech, from a different nail salon did such a horrid job the tech at High Class Nails & Spa suggested I try dipping powder. She did an awesome job and I love the results. My nails look great, they do not feel as heavy as with acrylic fill.

I come here all the time & I love this place, but today I had the only man who works there & he was so rude. I asked him twice to do an overlay and make the same length as my other toe nail and he still asked me if I wanted it longer after I said I wanted it the same length as my other toe nail?! He basically didn’t do anything and kept it the same length. He kept going on about how hard he works and I appreciate the work they do honestly, but then he started huffing and puffing and nodding his head and raised his voice at me and tone and that was just unprofessional to me. I wasn’t even rude to him. I asked him to please fix it and I even apologized to him twice when he should have been the one to apologize to me. I honestly was so embarrassed because there were other people there too and I’m pretty sure they were watching. Then he started saying “ oh so you want this for free!?” I said no, I just want you to fix my nail, I’m not saying I’m not going to pay.” At the end I left it alone and was super disappointed with my toe nails. I normally don’t write reviews but he humiliated me. I hope he doesn’t do this again. That just wasn’t fair or professional. I know about customers service and he lacked it today big time.

I needed a temporary change to The place I normally use for my nails, my tech had a baby. I made an appointment here several days in advance. I ended up having to wait about 15 minutes. This was a weekday. I was sent to the back to pick my color from a wall of powders, I am a custom to choosing from painted “finger nails“ show the color naturally applied so this seemed a bit odd but The staff was friendly and my nails look nice. I would visit here again if needed but as with most people, as soon as my regular lady is back from maternity leave I will be going straight back to her. BB nail spa- Hurst

I got my nails done Friday at 5:30 PM... this is what my nails looked like Saturday morning... they used old polish on my nails. I definitely won’t be going back. This was a waste of money.

The gentleman who did my nails was very kind and personable. I hadnt gotten the dip nails done before and he explained the difference and why dip is better for your nails.

My nails last for over a month when I just can’t make it for my regular fill. I am always happy with how my nails look. Pedicures are awesome too. They make you feel pampered every time! They are always pleasant and courteous! I love High Class Nails!

Not a good selection of colors. Couldnt match the dip color so my toes could match. Left my hands oily - no hot towel or anything to clean them off. Technician did shape my nails well and paid close attention to the details during my pedicure.

Went up here on a Sunday and they closed at 5. They were more than happy to see me at 5:45. Sam was the one who did it and he was amazing and super nice. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Wanted to try something new and I’m glad I stopped in. I got a Thai Pedi and it was so nice! The lady I had took her time an did an amazing job. Everyone was very friendly and pleasant as well!

Nice, pleasant atmosphere.8/20: Called @ 4:47pm to inquire when they would close & was informed 6pm. I shared that I live in the HEB area and could be there by 5:30pm. FF to 5:33pm the door is locked/lights out/phone unanswered. I gave my name & number during the call so someone could have phoned to say were going to go ahead and leave 30 minutes early. I passed thousands of nail parlors to come to this location. This was an inconvenience, I will not return again nor recommend anyone.

If you like your nails perfectly shaped and neat I HIGHLY recommend Amy. She is AMAZING and very sweet!

I had my bachelorette bridal party come here to get our nails done and they were so kind & did a phenomenal job with accommodating 8 girls! They even got us some mimosa’s for our nails! Highly recommend going here! Staff is so sweet, facility is so nice & clean.

Beautiful shape and probably the cleanest nail salon I’ve seen

I’ve been going to Sam for almost 2 years now. He always does a great job on my nails (dip powder), I have literally never been unhappy with his work. The pedicures are nice but I don’t have a regular person who does my feet. Each person does them differently but has done a good job.

The staff were so welcoming and so kind! Went there for my best friend’s bachelorette party and they treated us so incredibly well. This wasn’t my normal nail place and it is a bit out of the way of my normal place (as I love in North Arlington) but I’m definitely start coming here regularly!

Quality! Even on xmas eve I had a great experience. Yen did my stiletto perfect! Prices are about thee same as everyone else but the quality was worth it.

My favorite nail salon in the DFW area! Friendly staff, they always make you feel welcome! Great pricing as well.

I have been going here for a few years, and they were GREAT... but they recently changed staff... all new nail techs. Definitely not as good. The lady that did my nails did a poor job. My nails were filed unevenly and I ended up having to go home and refile them. Not happy.Next visit an older gentleman did them and he seemed put out the entire time.Just an all around sloppy job.Found me a much better place closer to home.

This was the worst experience. So I just moved to Arlington and the two hardest things yo find are a place to get your hair and nails done. So when I walk in a man named Sam asked what do I need, I explained I needed the powder dip. He kept trying to get me to do solar I was like no just the powder. He was rushing, he didnt take off my old nails. I asked him wont the old black polish show he was like its fine. He was moving so fast, he lefty side tip without any powder and became upset when I asked him to fix it. Once he fixed it he left glitter all under my nail and when I asked him to fix that he put polish remover and made things worse. He was rushing and kept yelling what so rudely, I felt so uncomfortable. So needless to say Im still on the hunt for a nail shop.

I love this place! Thoughtful and kind staff, as well as a lovely, clean salon. I’ve been a customer for 5+ years. ☺️

This place is gold. I wont go anywhere else! I cant even count how many times Ive been here and Ive never left unhappy.Their gel manicure lasts me about a month. I often get a group of girls in on short notice, even close to closing time! Grab their reward card -- 5 visits gets you $5 off a future service!

I am very happy to do nails in high class nails & spa because they are very interested in nails and even when the feet. They are friendly, they are completely innovative compared to the previous owner.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE! I had my eyebrows done here and they totally messed them up, she did them way too dark and only did half an eyebrow on each one. And my gel nails only last a week before they peeled right off She is a total amateur and does not know what doing. Do yourself a favor a go somewhere with more experienced technicians. She said the place was under new management and they were trying to get custimers in the door with discount prices. Well the people who work there are cheap and crappy.

The first time I went it was a amazing experience. I went back for that second time and it was horrible the lady didnt take off all my red polish. She started to paint my nails knowing some of the red polish was still on, the sides of my nails still show the glitter she rushed it all. Very very disappointed.

Never never go here!! My daughter accidentally dropped her nail polish and it broke (grown daughter) he first had her try and clean it then me! Then threatened to call police if I didnt pay to have his rug replaced! I spent 20 minutes on my hands and knees w acetone trying to clean it all up!Horrible people! Horrible
