I sat there for 45 minutes waiting for them to fix one nail. They put my finger Im a cup of acetone and 45 minutes later theyre helping people who came in AFTER me.

Love this place. Had a manicure done by Msi ans she was so nice and patient with me. She did a wonderful job, loved it. Also, I had the best pedicure done by Helen, she gave me the best soft relaxing message. Just what I needed after being on my feet for 12 hrs at work. Will definitely recommend this place.

The gentleman took really good care of my granddaughter & made her nails they way she wanted with a different design of a cactus & cow spots. He even laughed about it cause it was different, but my granddaughter is from the country, so there is that. The lady did a really good job on her pedicure also!

I want a discount Im upset and these are my holiday nails. Now I have to stop what Im doing and get it fixed.

Their prices were cheap for the atmosphere and quality they provided! I was served wine as well for free. I always get gel polish for an additional $25-$30 at other places, but this business only charged an additional $15! I chose the cheapest pedicure and they still used a form of sea salt scrub on my legs! I’ll definitely be returning (:

They took their time to make sure my feet/nails came out perfect. I will be returning. I felt welcome unlike at some salons where you feel like they are talking about you. The lady who was doing my pedicure even was going to try to start on another customer and the lady who was doing my nails corrected her to come do my top coat b4 starting the next customer. Simple mistake but shows they have good customer service.

I ask the nail technician if she could fix a couple of my nails she became so upset she intentionally knocked my iPhone unto the floor and disregarded my request of her. The technician who did my toes put old thick polish on my toes and then rushed me and my friend off with wet toes and never offered us a place to set so our toe nails could dry before leaving. Over charged me. It is not worth going to Concept nails & spa. When I ask to speak with the owner. I was told the owner wasn’t present. The two nail technicians there are over worked and both have bad attitudes. Neither one want to hear or care about customer complaints at all.

Worst experience Ive ever had, I asked for dip hombre and she did acrylic as she was on 3 nail i asked is this dip she said no acrylic, we dont have pink powder but never asked if ok to do acrylic. This happened on friday when i got home by sat I noticed nails were lifting on sides and cuticle area, called spoke with man who said he was manager and said the lady that sits as you walk in 2nd chair to right wasnt there and off on Monday, so I had to wait till tuesday, I went during my lunch hour, which manager lied and said she would be back at 2 when i got there she was indeed there so he manager lied, when I showed her my nails she said she could fix and I said no I want new set but powder dip not acrylic she refused to do new set, then I said I either want whole new set or refund. Then the manager man came up and said he will give me refund but needed to cut my nails off first, I told him you are not touching me, the lady said my nails looked fine and not lifting I said yes they are, I paid for nails and I wanted them corrected with new set. I kept asking who owner is and they wouldnt tell me. Then the lady said I need to put my hands in acetone to remove nails again, I said no your not touching me, I asked why do you want to take my nails off are you going to resell them? They both continued to gang up on me and were yelling at me, I said to just stop and give me refund so I could just leave, the lady didnt want to let my hand go and continued trying to scrape my nails off, I threatened to call police, the manager man then said he would refund my money. I have never been to a place like this where i was so mistreated and threatened. I went to Hawaiian nails in Irving and they could not believe condition in which they left my nails and promptly sat me down and calmed me down and fixed my nails. Nail concepts said they were refunding me $65 but not sure they did so I will dispute with my bank since I had to pay again for my nails to be done. If anyone knows name of owner and phone # please let me know.

Terrible!!! Had to tell her OVER AND OVER just to get the nail straight. She kept filing it diagonal until it was shorter than active length. Left very unhappy and disgusted!!!

The pedicure was fine but the girl that did my manicure did a horrible job! I have two fingers where she nipped my skin. I will not be back!!!

I like this place. Today was different, be mindful of the day you go. I will say GO DURING THE WEEK. I got signed in at 5.47 on a Friday for a mani, pedi, and full set. I sat at the pedicure bowl for an hour. My pedicure was good when she started. But then I was told at 7.35 that no one could do my manicure or full set and that I came for. If you are going to come, come during the week.

I live nearby, I just wanted them to fix one nail and they turned me down, if I ever considered giving business to them I probably won’t anymore, them fixing one nail could’ve meant them getting a new continued customer that spends hundreds a month. It takes 5 minutes and I would’ve payed whatever it took.

Great service, polite and friendly. The best full set, eyebrow, pedicure, and lashes Ive ever gotten. A must come. Lashes are only $25, a serious steal!

So this is my first time getting my nails done for my wedding and I was very impressed! When I walked in they helped me right away and I just waiting till the next nail tech was available, it did wait a bit but it was definitely worth it! I told the nail tech, I think his name was david, but he was so friendly and accommodating. He was so gentle and it was overall a great experience. I come to this location every time I need a pedicure and the woman give me such an awesome pedi but today I got the man who works there and I ended up with the worst paint job on my toes and when I asked for them to redo them he seemed frustrated. And then they started my full set and I asked for short coffin with black gel paint and iam truly disappointed on the job they need. I will not be returning to this location again!!!

I’m so impressed with this place! I’ve never had someone spend so much making sure my nails were even and leveled out. I almost always have bumpy nails or nails that are more filed on one side. I was in the area for work but live 45 minutes away and would make the drive to come back.

I am so pleased with how my nails turned out. Also, the guy that didnt speak much english was so gentle handed. I was very pleased with this because I usually dread getting mine done from the service hurting so bad. He is the best. Seats had visible dip powder left on them from previous manicure. Nail tech pushed an upgraded pedicure with the 15 minute massage. I got less than two minutes on each leg. Could not speak English and didn’t understand what I was trying to say to her. Very disappointed that I paid extra for a massage that I could not properly dispute. Overall she did a good job on my nails. Just super dissatisfied with their professionalism.

Ive been coming to this nail salon for 4 months now and never been disappointed with their work. They do get busy on the weekends so I would make an appointment. The staffs are gentle and accommodating. They took the time and my toes came out perfectly! Warm environment! A must go, this is a diamond in the mine. This place is great if you are looking for a quick manicure or pedicure.

Took my daughter to have her nails taken off. It usually costs $5.00. They charged $10.00 this time and the girl did a very mediocre job, just enough to get the nails off. They usually soak the nails before removing and then file and buff them. Nothing like this was done. Big letdown!

I always come back to this salon no matter how far away I am. I love the service and how well my nails hold up until it’s time for a fill. Very well maintained shop and very sanitary. I highly recommend coming here! Everyone is equally as good as the other, they all know what they are doing...

These people rush doing their jobs!! I got a pedicure today simple nothing extra and the tech couldnt even simply paint my toes good the polish was clumpy and when I told her she acts as if she did not understand what the problem was fixed in a rush and still wasn’t decent. This is my fist and last visit here!

I love this place. Everyone is so nice and they engage you in conversation. My nail tech Bin does a great job at shaping my nails to make them look how I choose. My pedicures are so relaxing and all the services they offer are fair priced. Katie does excellent work managing her business. They have definitely won my loyalty as a regular client.

I love going here ... I went to another place and my nails were broken and picked up after a week, but here I went 3 weeks ago and NO LONGER. They are very meticulous and Im not afraid to pay a few dollars more than I paid elsewhere because its certainly valuable and beautiful.

This was just what’s I needed after an early morning flight from Tampa! The leg massage was amazing and I had knots in places on my knees I didn’t even know I had!!! So good!!!

DO NOT COME HERE! I asked for French tips nails and left with a mess. I had a red streak down the middle of my right thumb and the nail tech acted like she couldn’t see it after I pointed it out 3 different times. She refused to fix it. I also had several bubbles in 5 out of 10 of my nails. The nail tech just took the clear coat off and re painted the clear coat. I told her that the bubbles was coming from the powder that they used and she REFUSED to fix it and told me to go pay. When I walked to the front desk, I told the manager how I had a red streak in one of my nails and bubbles in 5 out of 10 of my nails. He says, “yes, I see the bubbles. I’ll give you $5 off” I DIDN’T want $5 off, I wanted my nails done the correct way. Needless to say, I was forced to pay $25 for a hot mess on my nails. It’s very clear that this business only cares about money and not the quality of the service. Definitely won’t be back.

My mom and I went on 4/22/19 to get pedicures. This place is so clean and sanitary. The staff are very friendly and attentive. I’ll definitely be going back to try their other services ♥️

I love this place, and Ive been coming here for about two years. Katie and her team are friendly, professional, and do excellent work. The prices are pretty standard for a salon of their quality. The environment is clean and organized, and they finish in a timely manner. My only critique is that they dont really keep up with appointments. Having an appointment is almost the same as walking in, unless you request Katie (the owner) herself.

I am extremely picky when it comes to my nails. I will pay top $$ for a great nail set and great service. I went to 4 other nail shops that same day and the (what I thought..simple design)..was unachievable by other nail techs at those shops. I was shocked! Mia, my new nail technician was amazing and listened to my request. She did exactly what I asked her plus she was friendly and we had a nice conversation while she did my nails. A must visit nail shop. Well worth the higher price for excellent work.

Wonderful first-time experience. I am a no-frills kind of girl who likes to keep it simple. Nail tech Marco is a very polite gentleman, a word I rarely get to use anymore. We had very pleasant conversation. I never once felt uncomfortable or annoyed by upsell attempts. I will return and always ask for Marco. He is a rare jewel of a human being and I appreciate the respect and appropriateness he showed me.

Been getting pedicures here for 5 years. Only place I know where they don’t rush through the service. They also allow you to zone out and don’t expect your attention all the time. Never had an issue.

They do a great job, but be ready to spend 1 hour to 1 hour and a half minimum. Only time they were faster was when I constantly said that I had an appt I had to be at right after. I love their gel nails, and their pedicures are fantastic. Lots of great options for removing dead skin. My favorite is the milk and honey pedicure!

I am a regular customer here and had one of the worst manicures of my life yesterday! The last time I came I saw Mai and she was GREAT but I don’t even know who I saw this time. I got long Stilleto dip nails with tips but they don’t really look like the stilleto shape. The woman doing my nails filed into my fingers 3 different times to the point they bled and then put alcohol on them which was extremely painful!! She asked me how Mai did my nails and I said with a brush so she attempted that but got dip all over my hands. My thumbnails are different shapes and lengths as well as several of my other nails! I wish I could include a picture!!! This place used to be great but has gone down hill with new people all the time lately. They charged me MORE than Mai did for a bad job and i almost didn’t leave a tip. I have a bridal party to go to this weekend and I’m stuck with these! If you go here, ask only for Mai!!!

This place doesnt boast anything special from the outside...and the inside is pretty standard as well. What qualifies for the 5/5 star rating is the service- my husband called and scheduled a Mani-Pedi for my upcoming baby shower. They were able to accommodate for us within the hour. When we arrived I changed my mind several times about the services I wanted- Im indecisive, to say the least. They were very understanding.They offered wine (which I obviously declined) & other beverages. As a bonus, they let my husband use the massage chair next to me, even though he refused to let them touch his feet.Overall, I was very happy with my experience here. My friend recommended this place and said they give 20% off for new customers. Unfortunately, they said that special was no longer available. However, the prices were still fair.

My first time and of course I read reviews before I visit any shop. I have been looking for a new shop closer to home since sometimes I dont want to drive to my home salon. I walked in was greeted nicely was asked what services I was needing. They got my chair ready and gave me a from to fill out. Really dont know why I had to fill out the form since in the end they did there own thing. The female doing my nails was sick and stayed on the phone. Yet she still managed to get the job done. I like my nails short but of course she didnt even file them down for me. The girl doing my feet was very professional offered me a drink before anything. She did you nice job on my feet. The reason for the 4 stars was that I left and my Nephew stepped on my feet and messed up the nice job that was done. Went back and they fixed it with no attitude and no charge. Really appreciated that factor.

Daughter took me there for my mothers day present....disappointed!! The male that did my pedicure could have cared less about my feet. He was busty looking around and talking. Was charged for a deluxe pedicure and did not receive all the benefits, like the hot stones. My daughter got her finger nails done and was satisfied and had returned

The establishment looks nice enough inside - standard tables and pedicure baths, but thats where anything even vaguely nice ends. The worst salon experience I have ever had - no exaggeration. I visited Concepts for an acrylic fill and gel polish and am home now with bloody, stinging nail beds; nails that are far shorter than I wanted; and uneven, out-of-the-lines polish. When you walk in, a cold, unknowledgeable receptionist greets you. (If you have any questions about what the salon offers or the prices, dont bother asking her.) Once I was finally able to communicate which services I wanted, I was asked to sit down and a middle-aged Asian man sat down across from me. I smiled at him, but he did not smile back or say hello; rather, he proceeded to put on his surgical mask and began the process of hacking away at my hands. He hit my nail beds with various drills at least 10 times, and my left pinkie and right ring finger cuticles actually started to bleed. Each time when I jerked back my hand in pain as he severed my skin, rather than apologize, he looked annoyed and brusquely pulled my hand (and whole arm) back towards him. I literally got teary-eyed a few times. He asked me if I wanted my nails any shorter and I told him (while showing about a quarter inch with my forefinger and thumb), Just a little. He proceeded to cut my nails down to nearly the tips of my fingers. I would have protested if I had been able to see, but he pulled my hand over the table and was blocking my view with his hands. When he showed me my left hand, I told him that the nails were shorter than I wanted, and once again, instead of apologizing, he did the same to my right. ( >_< ) As if this werent bad enough, 4 more times throughout the process, he took a file to further shorten the already little-boy-short nails! After he put the new acrylic fill on, he painted over it in a careless way such that my cuticles have pink polish marks all over them, and twice hit my nails on my hands and smeared the polish. He put 3 coats on my right hand nails and 2 coats on my left (!?), and got the polish on the pad of my middle finger. When I pointed out the gel polish on my finger, he frowned and growled, Later! (the first words he had spoken since asking what color I wanted). When the gel polish had dried, I had to remind him of the polish on my finger and he took out a nail file (!?!?) and tried to FILE MY FINGER. After all my submissiveness throughout this torture-fest, I had had enough. I pulled my finger away and asked him to use liquid remover. He did. I got up to pay and left, my nail beds stinging and my heart a little bit sad (until my nails grow back ;) ). Please, please do not waste your time or money on this place, and dont let them mutilate your fingers as they did mine!

AMAZING ~ Great customer service, surprising pedicure. They were patient (I am ticklish) and the pomegranate scent was so relaxing. You sit it a massage chair that works on your back, while listening to Enya while getting your feet done and I skipped on a drink but you have one complimentary (yes wine is an option), and they dont rush. Your massaged and oiled and wax dipped (I think thats what its called?) and the staff are fun and friendly, I think you all get it... HIGHLY recommend. I left feeling almost brand new from head to toe.

I couldn’t use my coupon because they are “under new management.” When I told the lady that I wouldn’t be back, she mumbled something in Vietnamese and walked away. She didn’t care that she lost a customer- I’ve been going here for 2.5 years. I have always loved the work that they do.

I went to Nail Concepts for the first time today. It was totally amazing!!! They did a great job on my pedicure and to top it off, I received a 20% discount since it was my first visit. Cool :) I would definitely recommend this nail salon to everyone.

I’ve been going to this nail shop for about 3 or 4 months. My experiences were okay, until the last time. They couldn’t find the ombré powder to match my nails and I was going for a fill in. So, they found a color that was almost close but had glitter in it!!! I told the tech I didn’t want that and she said it’s the only one they have. I went a head and let her finish because at this point I was ready to go and frustrated. Then when it was time to pay they charged my card for 60$ for a fill and pedicure. I was so furious, snatched my card, said I will never come back and just left!

I would never recommend anyone to go here. This was my first and definitely my last time going to this nail salon. The workers aren’t really friendly. I got a pedi and a full set. The lady who did my pedi did great and my feet look great. But the lady who did my full set rushed through the entire process. When she was e-filing the was literally digging in my cuticles. When I would express pain she never apologized. And as you can see, my nails look terrible. I’m mad I paid for these smh. Just don’t go here.

I used to be a loyal customer but after the remodel they started upcharging for everything. They didnt know who you were anymore. And, I got so many surprise charges, that I left to find me a new salon. The work used to be pretty good but it wasnt worth the ridiculous amount I was being charged for it!!

Takes time and truly cares! Not to mention hes funny and personable! The spa is chic and staff is friendly! A must stop shop if your in Arlington!

I loved my experience at Nail Concepts. The technician listened to me and offered changes based on my needs rather than what the salon might push. She took her time and I felt like a valued client rather than a piece of money on a conveyor. The staff were friendly to the other clients - there was not a feeling of drudgery that can be found at the other fancy, high priced places. I will be back.

I have gone to this salon twice. Customer service is outstanding. The first time my gel pedicure looked like I had acrylic on my toes. So I gave them another try my toes were uneven and the lady was kind of rude like she didnt want to fix my issues with my toes. I also had my nails done this time and the gel polish that was used chipped a week later. For most part the people were friendly as long as you dont complain about something you dont like.

Fist time here I went for a pedicure and was very satisfied fast forward to this previous weekend went in for a basic acrylic with ballerina shape and was so disappointed nothing similar to the photo I showed her colors were completely off. We just moved here from Colorado and we wanted to check this place out for manicure and pedicure. I went there with my family, four of us. My dad got deluxe pedicure which was ok. My mom got deluxe mani and pedi, pedicure was ok but manicure was done in a hurry, did not feel like a deluxe manicure!! My Sis got a manicure which was decent . The worst is my manicure, which I will be posting a picture here. I have not done a manicure like that before!!! I got a deluxe manicure as well, but it was not worth at all!!! I normally tip decent amount if I get a good service but it was horrible. I asked the lady to fix them but even after she fixed it was the same. Disappointing and I don’t recommend this place to any of my friends and family. Please check my pictures and you will see how my manicure looks like !!! I was not happy at all. She fixed three times and this was the final result of my DELUXE MANICURE. WASTE OF MONEY!!! NOT RECOMMENDED TO ANYONE.

The staff is amazing and always willing to work with you. My girl is Holly and my man Steve always treat me great. I have been going for over a year and wont go anywhere else.
