I have been getting my eyebrows threaded by Manisha for years now. She is my go to esthetician! She is professional when it comes to her clients; she pays attention to details, her station is always sanitized and makes sure the client is comfortable and satisfied with the results. I highly recommend her to anyone for eyebrow threading. Vicki and the other staff are also friendly and professional, and I always enjoy my visits to Le Touche Spa!

Manisha is the most skilled eyebrow threader Ive ever been to. Not everyones brows are the same and she adapts to the shape of your face rather than giving the generic Kardash-i-brow. Occasionally Ill stop elsewhere for threading but always regret it and come back to Manisha. Shes stationed at the front of Le Touche and is quick to greet. Her service is expert, hygienic, and personable. There is a generic brow shop that appears to have opened up next-door, but I will continue to support Manisha - an independent small business entrepreneur who has been on Columbia Pike for years.

My friend of mine book an appointment here last week, and she got her nails done. I asked her if she can book me an appointment. I already have the confirmation at 12:30 pm appointment I walked in there and told them about my reservation and the lady just ask me to sit. I was sitting there for 40 minutes without anyone asking me or assisting me. Later, another old lady came up to me and told me the person who will do my nails is not there. I ask if there will be another person available in the next 30 minutes since I already wasted my 40 minutes out there, and she said no even though they only have 1 person who have nails appointment. They just waste my time and plus they just ignore me for 40 minutes and the girl that ask me to sit didn’t even say anything.

I love this place Vicki is an awesome manager.. always available when you need her... My hairstylist Betsy she is the sweetest woman.. Does a beautiful job on my hair Its all hispanics but you can still get a great service reasonable time in the chair and prices are awesome .. and just all around great atmosphere.. Love them dearly.

I have been a walk-in twice to this salon and absolutely love them. The first time I got a pedicure and haircut and was treated very well. Yesterday I stopped by during rush hour because my plans changed due to the weather. Both times I walked in, was greeted immediately and asked what services I was looking for. They do not push you to get a bunch of extra stuff done or to spend extra money which I greatly appreciate. My haircut (which I LOVE) was $18!!! They are friendly, sweet, and attentive! Only thing missing is a glass of Prosecco. I have been telling everyone I know in the area this is THE place to go to get pampered!!!

I used to love this place, I still love Manisha threading my eyebrows. However, today I decided to get a bikini wax done as they have 50% off. I have previously paid $50 for a full bikini wax here but today with half price she still charged me $42.50. I was told by Vicky that they now charge $85 to get a full bikini wax, which is absolute rubbish. I was told all prices are on the website - they’re not, and I was told a completely different price when I walked in. I will never be returning nor recommending this place to any friends or family in the future. No respect for returning customers!

It was horrible.. the only person that does good nails there is DIANA.. this young girl did my nails yesterday and she was on her phone the whole time she did my nails.1 hour and 30 min and it was just so disrespectful that I had to hear her conversation and just not cool. My nails came up so horrible and she didn’t even ask me if I wanted to cut my nails. She just cut them. So mad. But never going back.

This was the worst threading experience I have ever had. I should have known after seeing how thin the eyebrows of customers going before me were, but I held out hope it would be a good experience. Not only did this woman (Manisha, I believe her name is) take off way more than desired, she also shaped my eyebrows in a semi circle. I also have empty spaces in my eyebrows. I am going to have to go buy eyebrow filler to try to fix this. Unless youre interested in pursuing thin brows without a defined shape, stay away.

Was disappointed that after calling to confirm that that they have SNS powder they passed off a gel manicure as SNS. Was cheaper but not what I wanted. Will not be going back

Worst salon ever.. the manager Vicky is a liar. i went their & asked her they do japanese hair straigthen or no...she said yeh i do. she took my $250 but after one wash my hair get curly again & i went their, asked my money back & she was so rud. she told me she want to give treatment again.. i was like what the hack she talking about.. it can damage my hair completely. i was about to sue her but i am traveling so do not have time so she saved this time. thing is if u do not know how to do it then why u said yeh i do.. stupid manager.. she make my beautiful hair ugly..!

Very disappointed in the fact that I call to change my appointment time that I made online and they tell me that no they don’t see my name on the book and the person that does the book reservations didn’t put my name.so no we are booked we have no space.So if you do not use online appointments and don’t look at it, there’s no point in having online appointment. So the person that was speaking just said make an appointment for tomorrow . Very disappointed. I was coming from my job to do my nails and to find out half way to the salon that no we are booked.

I do not recommend it ... I went to put some cooked hair extensions and they did not put them well ... They painted my hair differently than the extensions and the difference was very visible ... I did not like anything ... in the end I was not happy
