Sylvia was the best! She is so funny! She also does amazing pedicures and dip nails! We got our nails done for an event so we are out of town which is such a shame. I wish we lived closer so I could get my nails done here more.

I have been going to this salon for at least 5 yrs. Everyone is is friendly and eager to service you. I am always pleased with my nails when I walk out of there.

I love this place I go and get my it sounds like a One-Stop shop you can get your hair done your nails your eyebrows I do Brazilian wax I do facials they offer you something to drink between wine coke diet coke spray Dr pepper the prices are reasonable and I love Sylvia and too and Andrew Andrews the bomb if you want your hair done hes so good at coloring your hair you should go there youll definitely be impressed Ive been going here 13 years and I drive all the way from Dallas to Arlington to get my stuff done

Worst place ever to get your nails done. I got the dips done and it is on the side of my nail on my finger and it won’t come off. My cuticles look like it is peeling and the lady filed down some of my skin on the side of nails causing quite a few of my fingers to hurt bad. I’m wanting to remove these nails now but the pain and the amount of money wasted makes me feel like I never want to get my nails done again. This was my 4th time ever getting my nails done and I’m not sure if I should ever trust someone again.

Severely understaffed. No one to give haircuts although they still advertise it. Should just call it a day and let a competent business replace it.

This is my go to place! The staff is friendly and the prices are great. They always take good care of me. You get a free glass of wine or soda, water etc. and the quality of the work is evident. Tracey especially always goes the extra mile with my pedicures. Highly recommend!

Ive decided to try this place a year ago after moving nearby . The staff is friendly & everyone welcomes you with warmness. After a year, I can say I am highly satisfied with the work here ! Sylvia is my favorite nail tech and I try to book with her every time, and I book with Patrick if she isnt available. I will recommend this salon to ANYONE!

I used to love this place but over the years the cleanliness of the establishment leaves much to be desired. They reuse towels and they do not disinfect the chair tubs between use ( Ive witnessed them only rinse them with water in between costumers). And there is a thick layer of nail dust all over every square inch of everything and even the wall are sticky and stained. However, the worker are very kind and considerate which is why Im giving it 3 stars.

Ive been going to Elite for about 2 years now. Helen is my nail tech and she does a very good job. They are always busy so I make my nail appointments so that I dont have to wait when I arrive. It may take them five or ten minutes to get me in. Everyone is very pleasant to me whenever I go to get anything done. Kim is also another tech that is very good at what she does. I have gotten to know them overtime and I would recommend anyone to go there.

I have been going to this salon for about 2 years. I have usually had good service and no complaints, until recently. I am patient and will usually wait 45 minutes to an hour for a particular manicurist. Each time I waited, it seemed that the other people would get an attitude because I didnt want to use their services. I like what I like and I dont understand why thats a problem. Helen has been doing my nails for about 4 months and I love her. Shes so great at what she does and I will wait for her. I got off early and decided to stop in and get a fill, Helen was busy so I said I will wait. The owners wife was extremely rude and told me that if I want to see Helen, I need to call and make an appointment from now on, so I did. After making an appointment for 6:00pm, I still waited 45 minutes so I got up and left. I have tried going in several times, to give them another chance, but have had no success. I will not be returning to this salon anymore. I LOVE HELEN and shes great at what she does but the other people in the salon, not so much.

I called and they were available. Once I was there my wait was longer than quoted. The technician cut my toe with the drill and finished it off with sharp clippers. It was bleeding to wheee she had to apply a blue aesthetic to try and slow the bleeding down. She never asked if I was ok. 4 days later my toe is swollen and scabbed. Caution to everyone.

It was my first time getting a pedicure. A wonderful experience. Really nice employees. And the pedicure was amazing. Will return and highly recommend.

Very clean and friendly but they just couldnt seem to get a grasp on how i wanted my toenails.

I have to give kudos to the staff for consistency in service and experience. Being convinced to try a pedicure was a task yet have not regretted the decision. The venue is always clean and the nail technicians adhere to hygienic practices. The Deluxe Pedicure is so relaxing. Give this place a try it wont disappoint.

OMG! Bad experience!!! Dont let Patrick do your nails...his name should be Oscar, because hes a grouch. And he did a so, so, job on my nails. Had my hair cut, and after telling Katy over and over, dont cut it too much, she still cut it WAY too short. And dont bother making an appointment, because the owners dont write it down and they also dont bother telling the techs about appointments either. My last time here!!!

The employees here are wonderful and the manager, Usa, is great! We are always treated like their best customer!

Just left this salon and I think I just found my new go to nail spot. I got the ombré coffin nails by Lynda and she was amazing. My pedicure was done by David and he was sooo sweet and I felt relaxed the whole time. My husband got his pedicure by Lynn and he loved it.. the staff and service was lovely.

Me my girl and her mother went. I sadly didnt not part take but the serive was wonderful, people charismatic with playful banter. The girls go monthly with good reason their nails were amazing. The atomosphere was just relaxing. Plus all the dorky faces I did to make them laugh was fun.

I had Danielle shes funny and the first Tech in over 10 years to do my nails the way I wanted them done with no complaints. Ive never had my nails done and not hated them 3 days later until now. I will only go see her.

I went to a few different salons before finding Elite Salon and Spa. I love coming to this salon. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Tsu does a wonderful job, she is gentle and takes her time, even if you come in close to closing time. I had an issue with my gel manicure peeling and flaking within a day of getting my nails done, they gladly fixed my nails and made sure I was happy with them. They are great at waxing too, they take into account the people with sensitive skin, like myself, and this is one of the only places that doesn’t make me break out afterwards. Their prices are very reasonable. Thanks guys, see ya in a couple weeks!

I went here to get my dip nails removed and they did a very bad job. I had really long and almond shaped nails- I asked for them to be removed and shaped oval and they turned out square. Not only that but 3 different people worked on my nails with no explanation. One lady even tried to use the exact same tools she was using on the lady right next to me and going back and forth with the same too btwn the both of us- without cleaning them or even spraying them with a sanitizing spray. My nails werent shaped right, they werent buffed out properly, and customer service sucked. One of my dip nails came off and made my nail thinner so I asked her to not buff it with the tools and she did and it almost got to my nail bed. Never going back here again.

Sat down to get my nails done at 5:09 and left shop at 6:20. I get my natural nails dipped. The nail technician had no idea what she was doing, she kept using the wrong polish and had to constantly stop to wipe off coat. I asked her to get someone else to help but she kept blaming the polish. Once she was finally done, I looked at my nails and my index fingernail was shaped circular while the others were squared. I asked her about that and she looked annoyed. I would not go back. I’m tired of these nails salons!

Been going here for years and its my favorite place for a mani/pedi. Prices are reasonable and the staff are all great and take excellent care of us. We tend to go once a month and are always treated like family.

I feel so bad for the staff, they are some good workers but the male manager is NOT professional AT ALL!!! He shows so much favoritism and is so RUDE! I hate that I have found a nail tech I like but I will have to go else where due to his actions.

I have been here 3 times just b/c I live across the street. Each time I am more and more disappointed. They rush through the job just to get as many people in and out as possible my nails look sloppy and my feet still have noticeable dead skin everywhere like all they really did was a polish change. They act like they know how to do the latest trends but they really have no idea what is going on. Do not waste your time or money coming here.

Friendly but I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy, i thought the reviews were just bein dramatic NOT!! I asked for full set acrylic stiletto nails before starting she filed my nails & a couple popped off I SHOULD HAVE LEFT RIGHT THEN BUT I DIDNT & i leave with long over shaped almonds or should i say canoes on my fingers becaue they are SUPER curvy & when i asked why they are so curvy she says “yo finger curve the nails curve” 1st of all my fingers were pointed straight she did horrible & i will NEVER go there again EVER she rushed poor quality for the price i payed as well !!

I always go here to get my eyebrows done and the occasional Manicure Pedicure and Ive never had any problems. I always get right in and always have great results.

This guy did my nails and I tried to tell him that he filed me thumbs wrong and he told me that there still multiple steps to do and I said ok fine and so I let him finish and I Measured my thumbs side by side and one was waay shorter than the other really bad quality for how much I paid. The other nail techs are very nice but that one male was so rude and just very bad at what he claims he can do and he also told me that hes been doing it for 30 years but he still couldnt do a simple design Or even file it correctly 🤔

The job that the nail technician (Mitchell) did on my woman nails was exceptional but her customer service was lacking. She should not be arguing with her client regarding the color and length she picked!

Went here for the first time about a month ago I to get there spa pedicure and it was amazing. She took her time talked to me and I was also offered complimentary wine.I will be back again.

Nails look great but very low quality nail products. My nails looked like they needed a fill after 3 days and my gf broke 3 nails way too easily

I had my nails done here and the gel faded away after a week. I was not happy with the quality of their work compared to the price I paid!

I had a terrible experince. I came to have a french gel manicure. The very next day brown bubbles started to form in white areas. I went back to have it fixed. Same problem again 2 days later. I ended up removing the polish completly after just 3 day, waste of $35. Not mention the white tips where super thick compared to the rest of the nail. And they jacked up my eyebrows. I dont recommend this place.

I wouldn’t even give this place 1 star. Very unprofessional and after a week this happens. Very disappointed and would NOT recommended this place to anyone.

They were very rude taking about how I ended up not doing the design (even though I still spent 40 on the nails) and tipped 10$...they looked ok when I left got home and really looked (long tired day at work just wanted to get home) they were different sizes and miss shaped and my right middle fingernail fell off 4 days later just moved up here I guess I need to keep looking :/

I am a Project manager and I wanted to bring this company more business..I had called to ask some questions and leave my number and the guy was very rude and didnt write my number down to be called back and when asked to be repeated he hung up on me...pour customer service!
