$42 for my first time having my nails done. They cracks easily, the glue is coming off my real nail and pulling back. I literally felt like my nail was going to come off. I’m never coming back here and honestly want a refund. My nail is exposed as well like the nail isn’t even covering it.Update: I got an infection from here. Please stay away. I was able to get my money back but it was a hassle to deal with.

I’ve been getting my nails done here for the last six months. I was completely satisfied until last time. 2 of my nails (powder dip) broke less than a week after I got them. I went in to get new ones today and he commented that they still looked good and I pointed out the 2 broken ones. He said you probably use that hand a lot and broke them. I told him no I’m left handed. I got my nails done and when I went to pay he charged me $6 too much. I asked why and he said to take off old nails. They have never charged me to take off old powder dip nails. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN.

Wish I could give zeros to this nails shop. Here’s a list of everything that went wrong: no greeting, no beverage offered, nail shape is horrible (asked for coffin) looks like a long nail, she filed my skin (now I have cuts around my nail on my finger), it took 3 hrs to do a full set!!!!!! I’ve never in nail history sat in a nail shop that long to get a full set done!!! And they didn’t care when I brought it up, no discount no consideration for my time! They are extra overpriced definitely not worth the service!! Would never go back, they don’t care about repeat customers.

This place is absolute TRASH. I remember when they were the Mecca of nail shops in the area. Now? Not so much.I just left from getting my toes polished...literally, only polished. Nothing more, nothing less. I got the trendy neon yellow color for Summer. She painted my nails white as a base...but proceeded to apply the neon color immediately afterwards. Since the white base color wasn’t dry, it caused a thick, clumpy mess. She finished off with a thick top coat which made it even worse.After sitting at the dryer, I noticed that several of my nails weren’t polished completely. You could still see edges of several toes. I requested that she fix it. Rather than remove the polish w/ cotton, she used a brush dipped in remover and tried to smooth it over. Nah, it looks absolutely terrible. I left.The kicker is....my friend asked me if my child had painted my toenails for me. It was THAT bad. Stay away. 🥴

Been here 2 times first time i went . they charge me $5 to scrub the bottom of my feet during a pedicure! my acrylic nails didn’t even last a full week they were lifting & break . the second time i second to try them again hoping it would be better . same thing happen my nails didn’t last a week . and when i went to pay the man want to charge me extra for shape when i did get any shape .

I absolutely love this place! I was treated so very nicely. My pedicure was amazing and my acrylic nails were perfect! They offer complimentary beverages and made sure I was comfortable (considering Im pregnant). I paid $53 for full set and pedicure, now with every wheres prices going up I would say its about average pricing.

F I could give this place zero starts I would. I went to get my nails done three weeks ago and the lady I had did an amazing job. I referred over 30 people to this locations and brought them a lot of business. However, when I went back I was appalled by the customer service and the service that was done. First, I was not greeted when I came in and was not asked what service I was there for. I had to pick my color and tell them workers I needed dip to be done. After a 25 min wait I had to asked the lady to restart because my nails were not the length I wanted and they were uneven and wrong. She did and when I left they were messy and unclean. I went home and said these are just wrong and bad. I paid $46 and in 3 days the nails were already just popping off. They were coming off like $5 CVS press on nails.I came in to show them how 7 nails had come off and they were unwilling to give me the nails I wanted.

I give this place negative 10 stars only gave 1 star because it was a requirement to leave a review. This place is a fraud, they scam unknowing parents and my husband went in for my 6 year old a gel manicure and came out with half an inch long acrylics which is going to damage her baby nails. They did not tell him the danger of it or even explain what it was that they were doung just so that they are able to charge more. This means they truly do not care for their customers they just care about making money because no person in their right mind in any decent salon would put long acrylic nails on such a small child. I was out of town so did not see them until last night, I took her first thing today and they were very inconsiderate and would not fix the problem so I am posting this to warn others of this nail salons terrible practice here.

They do not care about your needs and rush to do whatever service they want. When I tried to fix a pedicure that chips off (paying to polish the ones gone) the lady did not want to put on primer and proceeded to just put the polish right away. I had to complain to get primer on first since the chipping is the problem here. Once I finally got primer and finished she didn’t clear around the nail so I had polish outside the nail and one of the nails didn’t even have polish on part of the nail. Completely terrible service and now I see why their reviews are the way they are. Last time I return. If I’m paying money then I need you to honor my requests.

I used to work here. I don’t even recommend this place. The owner is very rude and don’t know how treat customers with the best services . He charge overprices every single little thing, watch the price before you start or you gonna get dump by some one. The owner just treat his worker like his salves and make them work over time. Please don’t come here, because I don’t want to see nobody get robbed and hurts.

Ive been coming here for years and absolutely adored the service. Unfortunately, its declined greatly in the last few years. It seems since their talented techs left, they hire just anyone to fill the empty positions. Theres no care or quality to their work, they just want to give you the bare minimum and get you out of there. My last visit, the lady doing my nails was more interested in talking to the customer next to me than focusing on my polish job. Having a friendly conversation isnt an issue, but they were speaking about personal issues in their marriages and I was down right uncomfortable! My nails came out uneven and some wernt fully coated in polish. When I pointed it out, she seemed annoyed and told me another coat would be extra, denying there was anything wrong. Very unprofessional. I will no longer be going there.

I thought this was my new favorite nail place but I was sadly mistaken. The only Hispanic lady that works there did my pedi/dip. Never offers me a drink or a menu of the prices. Also dips are $29.99 I was charged 6 for tips which was fine but I told her to cut my nail short. She cut it and asked Id the length was ok. I said yes but when I checked out I was charged an additional $5!! For medium length!! I told her short for a damn reason so why cut it at a medium length and dont tell me its an additional charge!! NEVER GOING BACK EVER! Basically stole my money smh

Icon Nail is the worst nail salon. I got my nail done last Thursday and it was horrible the lady did not know what she was doing. When she left and handed me over to the man in the salon because she had to go pick up her kids. The owner told me he would fix them. Well he could and promised yo remove them and put on new ones. Well guess what back today and he told me he didnt have time. So we went back and forth. Basically they cant do nails and the owner do not keep his word.

NEVER GOING BACK! Worse experience ever!!! Now I understand why they have 2.5 stars because I got a 1 star service. I just came in the get my dip nails removed and he charged me $15. Umm why is it $15? It is usually $7-$10. It would be different if I also got my nails painted but I didnt. Just the removal. He said she told me it was $15 but the only she said was to put my hand in the acetone. He then lied and said he was there when she told me, but again, I say when? Was it when you forced me to give you my number or when she burned me with the drill because she was pressing so hard?!? The worst part was that they had a special for a $19 pedicure! I couldve gotten an entire pedicure for $4 more. I will never go back here. NEVER!!!

If u could leave a no stars i would. They are overpriced. They’re workers are rude and don’t even know how to shape and when you mention it “i’m not done yet”. They have workers just sitting in the bathroom playing while customers are trying to use the bathroom. Throw the whole place away at this point. My experience was absolutely horrible and to top it off it was my birthday !

Speaking from an ex employee I would not recommend this place! Now I know why employees don’t last working here, I am honestly glad I no longer work at this toxic place. There are so many reasons why I left here but the main one is MIKE.So I quit on 6/08/19 due to a nail repair that mike wanted to charge $10 for after I did this lady’s nails a day before. According to me it should be free since I just did a new sent the day before but okay. He wanted to argue for $10 damn dollars so I gave him my $5 tip that SHE GAVE ME! And he kept it!!!!..Okay so my real issue here is that MIKE does not want to give me my pay check....I was supposed to get paid on 6/10/19 went up there to get my check, and mike did not want to give me my check, his excuse was “I didn’t write your check come back next week” why ??? Talking with two of my coworkers they all got their checks so I went back inside asking for my paycheck. Now he was very RUDE and told me to get out. There is no reason for me not go get paid on payday! He paid everyone else why not me ??? Okay so the next day I went up there early morning asked nicely if he was going to pay me or not. If not then ok that’s fine Ill gladly take legal actions no problem... All he said was he already sent it by mail. Mmm OKAAY? but you told me yesterday to pick it up next week? Long story short he he did ended up sending my check in the mail. Now I was supposed to get my LAST and final check on 2/25/19 GUESS WHAT today 07/08/19 almost two weeks later HE STILL DOES NOT GIVE ME MY CHECK!!!!!!!!Oh and Mike is very rude & has very bad customer service, he does not care about the customer all he cares about is the money he will be getting out of you. Not only that but he isn’t very nice with his employees treating them like slaves wanting them to work every day open to after close hours. Oh and he does over books ALL the time.Girls be careful, if you do end up going here PLEASE check prices because he will try to over charge for EVERY little thing.

OMG this place was FREAKIN HORRIBLE!!! Customer service was absolutely the worst. The lady didn’t offer a menu, nothing to drink, Wi-Fi didn’t work, after picking polish from swatches- I still had to go to the wall and pick the color to match my feet. Who does that?!?!? Lastly the polish started chipping the next day. I will NEVER return.

My husband and i came in today since they have a sign outside for 19.99 pedis, when ready to pay the man at the front said the special was only for woman not men. Mens pedicures where 33. Why arent mens pedicures 19.99? if you have a sign outside stating that they are on sale?!!!!

This place is awesome. When you make your appointment you are sure to get in and out of there with perfect nails. I personally like to schedule with Maritza or Onika(probably spelled wrong) but these ladies are great! Now it is a little pricey for a first time visit but once you see what all they are actually doing it is well worth the pay. My nails dont lift when I come here so when I need a fill its an easy process. And its VERY CLEAN!!!! I will continue going to Icon as long as I am in the Dallas/Ft worth area!!

I was very dissapointed to be a first time customer. I brought my daughter with me on Saturday 2/2/19 at 620 and told the older gentleman I wanted to get a pedi and dipped manicures for my daughter and myself. They sat me down and started my my feet and waited until 7 to even mention that they couldn’t do my mani. I told the lady working on my feet that they could at least start on my daughters and they told me come back tomorrow. She started removing my acrilyic nails at 645 while doing my feet and told me she has to charge 15 for the removal of them since they aren’t doinf a complete mani. She stated I would receive a discount but only if I returned on Sunday. They are advertising a 20 dollar pedi special sir with the 15 cgarged to take off my nail polish ( not even completely) it was 35. What a rip off for poor service.

I wont go back. The polish on my pedicure wouldnt dry at first. It just kept smudging all over the place. Then the polish completely chipped off after a week. My gel manicure lasted only two weeks and they waaay overcharged for what they did.

I went in yesterday at 3pm and asked how long it would be to get my gel polish soaked off, get a gel manicure and to get my eyebrows waxed. They said 5 minutes because the woman was finishing up with someones nails. Sounded great! I sat down and the woman began soaking my nails. She said it would take 10 minutes. Two other customers walked in and wanted to get their eyebrows done so the man at the door told the woman doing my nails to do that first and he would take my polish off. My nails sat in the acetone for 45 minutes! Until the skin on my fingers started to peel. When I took them out the man told me they needed to soak longer. At 4:15 the woman came back(1 hour later). She was very nice but the manicure was nothing short of horrific! She mutilated my nails, I have 16 cuts on my cuticles that are still bleeding this morning and burn everytime I wash my hands. Everytime she would cut me she would say sorry, you just have a lot of cuticle. I get a manicure every 2 weeks so they cant be that bad. I didnt want to be rude because she was very nice but I let her finish. When I was at the register the man saw me wiping the blood off my fingers and says, was everything great?. I didnt have time to do my eyebrows after being there for 2.5 hours and paid $45 for a manicure they didnt even massage my hands and arms. Worst experience of my life, you couldnt pay my to go back to this awful establishment if my life depended on it. Absolutely sorry excuse for a nail salon. Take your hard earned money and valuable time elsewhere.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! I went in to get a pedicure with a French tip and a manicure for my daughter and I. Well instead of them asking me to come back when they had time, they offered a basic pedicure Only. That was ok Because I had to go pick my daughter up from school. The tech did a very Half ass job and charged me $28 Oh and that was Without the French tip because I changed my polish to a solid color!!!($28 for a Rushed basic pedicure with one color.... Ok) so I return with my daughter which we Both got a manicure and our polish last 2 DAYS!!!! When I called to schedule to come have them fix it they told me Regular nail polish only last 2-3 days and they recommend gel polish for natural nails! Thats BS!!! I NEVER GET GEL AND I ONLY WEAR MY NATURAL NAILS AND THE POLISH LAST AT LEAST A FULL WEEK OR TWO!! They have Cheap products and Piss Poor service!!!

They have towels rolled up in a basket to wipe your hands on after you get a service done, It looked clean BUT DONT let rolled up towels fool you!!! I FOUND SOMEONES OLDDDD ACRYLIC NAIL in the towel I was wiping my hands on. I figured that it was just not my day and I had grabbed a bad towel, so I went ahead and still got a pedicure.. EWWWWW BADDDD IDEA!!!! I got an upgraded pedicure with PARAFFIN WAX and GOT STABBED BY A TOENAIL IN THE WAX!!! It even started to ITCH AND GET IRRATATED, THEY DEFINITELY REUSE IT!!! Worst experience ever. Paid 89$ for a horrible experience. Appointmen made for 3:30 and did not get my nails done until 5. Thats when they started...we didnt leave until after 8pm and the manager TIFFANY was very rude and unapologetic.

Spent too much money for my polish on my toes still not to be dry the next day and my nails break after only a week.

It was absolutely awful the people were so rude and disrespectful. The lady doing my nails got nail polish all over my hand and didnt even bother to fix it until I pointed it out. she left my nails all jagged and made my cuticle bleed. she missed many spots of my nail. there is still nail polish around my cuticles and it looks terrible. the male owner was impolite to me while I was drying my nails he continuously asked when I would pay and when I would leave. it was a heart wrenching experience and I will never return.

Over all I think it was a good xperience. The only things I have to complain about is the price was very expensive. I got acrylic nails (with just standard design) and it was almost $70. thats more then twice as much as my regular saon cost, not only that they messed up the design and had to start over. I was in there for about three hours. I do want to say they where very kind and did a good job once they started over. I came in just to get my nails painted( but she started to put the acrylics on and it was too late before I could say anything. IM not quite sure if I am going to return.....but if you go there I would just like to say make sure and be clear as to what you want because they do not ask they just assume!

Can I give a zero as a review? JUst because I chose not to use my groupon when I got there? So I chose to try this place, just because is close to my work place. I live in Colleyville which is about 35 minutes drive from Arlington. My groupon was about to expire and few days before, as indicated in the voucher, I called and asked to make an appointment. I was told that I can just show up, which obviously was surprised about. When I just showed up, on my NOT wowrking day, the salon was empty, just two clients out of maybe 8 total spots. I was told that the appointment needs to be made before, however I need to wait. I agreed to wait, however I am about to donwload the groupon on my phone, which the lady refuses. She wants me to drive all the way to Kinko to print out the coupon, and come back to wait. No, thank you, yes maybe it doesnt look like a big deal, but when I think well I realize that this is a disorganized place, they dont know what they are doing and mostly, THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CLIENTS. I drove back home, wasted more than one hour of my life, went to my regular salon where I had a great experience as usually. And, I know I will avoid this place int he future. Groupon should not make contract with all these places until they make sure they know how to treat their clients. A voucher should be accepted even when you download it from the mobile phone, and things should not be so complicated.

Normally it only takes an hour to get my nails done at all other salons. This salon took over an hour an a half and cut way too low on my cuticles to make all my fingers bleed. I ended up having to make them stop with out finishing and they still made me pay for the service. Worst salon I have ever been too!!
