Attempted to get a pedicure with my husband. No greeting when we walked in. When I said we wanted pedicures it was like we asked for gold. The lady talking to us seemed like she was trying to talk me out of it. I understand being busy (although there were only 2 people in the salon) but offer me options such as Can I make you an appointment for later? We ended up just walking out.

DOESNT EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR they never even answered the phone for me to make an appointment on a day they were open Ill never contact them again cause this isnt professional.

The environment is always nice and laid back. The staff is very inviting. Mary does my nails and she never lets me down theyre always perfect. Penny and johnny are great people and have a great business. I would totally recommend this shop to any and everybody.

I have zero complaints with my experience here. The people are wonderful, the quality of work is fantastic, and the customer service is top notch. They have water, sodas, and wine to drink. The owner has a big heart and is very caring.

This is my absolute favorite nail spa! The service here is second to none. I recommend making an appointment. The staff makes appointments their priority. I always call ahead to make sure there is time for me if I dont have an appointment. They will accommodate walk-ins also, but I recommend making an appointment!! Every person here provides expert level service!! The atmosphere is calm and relaxing. Coming here is a wonderful break from my hectic schedule. I feel like I am catching up with old friends while receiving high quality service. I recommend this place to everyone. Both my daughters are also loyal customers and wont even consider another nail salon. We all leave here satisfied with the services we receive. Excellent service and very relaxing! Although the prices for pedicures were average the gentleman asked if we could pay a little more to cover the extra costs of supplies due to coronavirus precautions!! I said they should put that in their menu! Spring it on your customers when theyre already soaking their feet is not good practice!

Me and my fiance went to Amour Nails to get our nails done for our wedding tomorrow and they (mani/pedi) turned out great! Everyone in the shop was nice and friendly, and the environment was relaxing. This was the first time either of us have ever gotten our nails done anywhere and I think were both spoiled now so well have to go back!

I had made an appointment at 10:15 A.M. for a manicure and pedicure. I had showed up fifteen minutes early and it was closed. I figured no big deal maybe theyre getting ready. At 10:30 A.M. its still closed! So much for making an appointment.Update: They called back around 11 A.M. to apologize. There had been a family emergency. They also were wanting to make everything right. Ill give them another shot. I had heard and read great reviews, so I had been disappointed earlier.

This is my first time here and I am very impressed! My mother and I both got our feet done. They took their time with our feet, when we asked for prices they gave a set price and wasn’t trying to change it up which I loved because other places try to rip us off. Mary did my feet and Tiffany did my mother’s! They have great conversation. They are not overpriced like a lot of places I went to. We will definitely be coming back to this place!

I love the people here. They are so nice and take a genuine interest in you and what they do. I dont go regularly, usually every 2 or 3 months, but it always surprises me how they remember what I talk about when I do go. They are so good at doing nails! Even the massages are amazing, but you have to schedule an appointment for those. Overall, this place can take my money any time!

Increíble staff and super clean! We had the special pedicure (which changes regularly) and it was incredible. Prices are clear and straight forward. They have lots of colors to pick from. But just because of the staff, cleanness, and the clear pricing I would recommend 1000%

This was my very first time getting a deep tissue massage. All I can say is WOW!! Ive been dealing with my sciatica/hamstring and calf pain for months. Wish I had gone sooner.Ive already booked my appointment for next week. I highly recommend this place. MAGIC HANDS♡♡♡

This location is close to work so I went during lunch. The people were very nice and friendly but not professional. I had to to wait until they decided who wanted to do my nails, I shouldnt have to hear that no one wanted to tend to me. While I understand people dont like to work, myself including, I dont think I should have to hear that no one wanted to work on my nails. In addition to this, while I was getting my nails done, the lady who clearly did not want to do my nails, was eating in the next station next to me. I love food but I thought this was very unprofessional to be eating next to a customer. I would have let all of that go, but my nails popped off three days later. I was in the shower washing my hair and my hair went underneath the nail and literally popped it off. I have been getting my nails done since I was 15, this has never happened. Whatever technique she used, she did not seal the edges or something like that because every time I ran my hair through my fingers or pulled my hair up, my hair would get caught in my nails and be pulled out. I had hair in my nails every time I wanted to touch my hair. Like I said, this has never happened in the past 15 years. I wanted to like this place so bad since everyone is so nice, I had a great conversation with the nail tech, and it is close to my work, but sadly, I will not be returning. If you never touch your hair this this is your place though!

This shop is definitely going to be my go to place! This was my first visit today and they were absolutely amazing! They were all very friendly and you could understand them all! LOL that’s a big thing for me because I’m so picky! :-) I also love the fact that they have a reward program that they keep up with!

If I could leave a zero, I would. I went in at 1:45 on a Tuesday and there were two ladies sitting in pedicure chairs and no employees whatsoever. When an employee comes out from the back, she gives me stinkface, and then begrudgingly asks me what I want. I tell her I want a pedicure. She YELLS for another employee in the back ...twice. The other woman replies by yelling back and not coming out. The employee here in the front then proceeds to tells me that there is an appt coming in and did I want to come back later. NO! Why would I want to return to a place where they clearly do no want to work?!!Customer service here is atrocious. I will not be going back.

I received one of the spa packages for my birthday. So I spent the day getting massaged. Facial, mani, and pedi. Julie did my massage, facial, and body scrub. She is amazing. I was so relaxed I could have fallen asleep. It was just the right amount of pressure during my massage and the following days I have felt fabulous. I had been having some pain and she took care of that. The mani and pedi were great and the two ladies never made me feel rushed and were both sweet. I will definitely return for future services.

I used to work in Arlington and this was my go to place! If you drive too fast, youll miss it. But like chickfila, its worth the multiple U-turns ill make to get there!Mary is my go to person for EVERYTHING! She takes her time and makes me feel like im the only client in the shop. Ive been getting acrylics and pedicures for decades now, and Mary is by far the most meticulous and detail oriented person that has done my nails. Hell, shes probably the most meticulous and detail oriented person in my life, lol!I get coffin acrylics, medium length with gel. She makes sure my coffin is on point and even on both sides. I normally get the red rose pedicure with extra reflexology which is pure bliss!!I dont go to anybody else for my eyebrows, my eyebrows always looks symmetrical even though they grow all crazy.Im contemplating not even leaving this review because of how busy she stays all the time, lol! I always make an appointment, But its ok because shes never treated me like a number and rushed through my services. She truly is amazing at what she does!

Ive never been to Amour Nails & Day Spa - this review is about their customer service over the phone.I bought a $40 discount package for Amour Spa from work that included a complimentary mini massage, facial, and mani-pedi. On the package it said availability on Friday and Saturday limited, which was good for me because it was a gift for my fiance whose birthday is on a Friday this year. I figured limited just meant Id have to make an appointment early.So a month ahead of time I call them, at 10am, on a Tuesday. No answer. The phone rings and rings until I get a message please put in your address code or something. I try calling them again. No answer. I figure maybe theyre not open this early so I try them the same day at lunch (around 12:30pm). After around 15 rings someone answers. I ask to set an appointment and they say Um, well, can I have someone call you back? I cant set appointments. Strange, I think, but whatever. I give them my info and they tell me someone will call me back that afternoon.Nobody does.I call them again the next day. I want to make sure I set the appointment early since space is limited. This time I call around 11. I expect to wait 15 or so rings before they pick up, which was pretty accurate. This time its someone else. She says she doesnt know anything about my request from yesterday, but shell make sure her manager calls me this afternoon as he is the only one who can set appointments. I thank her and wait once again.This time the manager did call back, and was very courteous - until I mentioned that I wanted to book an appointment for a friday. We cant do that service on fridays maam. But for a $20 upgrade we could book a full massage. (Their 60 minute massages run for $60 on their website, Since I already paid $40, how is the extra $20 giving me a deal?) I tell him the only reason why I bought the package was so that I could book a friday. He says The package says fridays and saturdays are LIMITED, maam. Which means we cant do it. Um, no - I correct him - limited isnt the same thing as not available. Well, I cant do it maam. When I tell him that was the only reason why I bought it, he said, Youre welcome to get a full refund.This is not good customer service. Not only were they hard to contact, when I eventual got in contact with them they were unwilling to do what they themselves advertised. I WILL get my full refund, and I will tell everyone I know not to go to Amour.
