They was good but when I went only too people was there and the lady that did my toes she was sooo aggressive and she didnt do them right but after all it was ok

I had a friend go there to get her nails done as well as her daughters. They cut her toes and made her bleed, all her nails were uneven, and her daughters were left messy and nasty. Please save your money and go to a different salon.

She has always been nice and kind to me, and she’s the only person I’ll let touch my brows. I generally try to get there before they open and I’m most often the only customer In the store right up until I’m about to walk out. It may not be as modern looking as other establishments but that’s not a deal breaker for me.

I asked the manager there if she could do an ombre set. She said she could but she ended up making me pay before she went off and did it & I was confused. When she finished with me I ended up not getting an ombre set because she couldn’t do it. I got a complete different look than what I wanted. Do not come here. I spent 2 hrs for something I didn’t pay for or wanted.

I got gel nails an it came off the next morning

They should let customers know when they can not do a service because when you are paying for a service you want. I would rather you be honest and say u can’t do that than you waste my time. And than want to charge me for you to practice on me. Customer service is horrible.

Not the fanciest place but I wouldnt go anywhere else. Ann is my favorite. She is thorough, hygenic, and takes her time to do this right. The price is just right too.

The worst customer service experience ever! I will never go there again and I suggest no one else does either! After waiting 20 minutes I was told they were ready for me and once in the chair I was told to get up because a regular walked in and needed hers done first! VERY RUDE!! I went elsewhere and Angel Nails was GREAT.....very pleased.

Went here to get my. nails done for my wedding. i showed the owner the picture that i wanted and she said they could do it. The result looked so bad that i had to go back to get another color the next day. The owner did my nails a new color and i liked it and then 3 days after my first video my thumb nail just started to chip at the base and by the end of the day my nail had come pff completely. this is rediculous! I will need to go back again tomorrow!

If I could give a 0 I would because the customer service is so horrible. The people in there are extremely rude to the point it makes you want to jump out of character and snatch one of them out the chair. Do not go here they do not deserve your money!

This place is not customer friendly. The owner Amy is very rude. Im surprised their still open for business. She is sooooooo rude,disrespectful, and money hungry. She does not deserve to be in business. The work is horrible. Stay away

If I could give it a -0 I would. I walked in with my daughter because it was her birthday and we were going to get mani and pedi. However the lady said As soon as I walked in that I wanted a pedicure she yelled and that it would be over an hour. I got up and walked out!!! This B is crazy and rude. Never again!!!!

Dropped off the wife here for an after mothers day pamper, she absolutely loved the staff.

Like the convenience of them being open on Sundays.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would! I walked in there yesterday sunday it was not busy at all they only had one customer I asked to get a shellac done and asked what brand they used CND or OPI because before I got my nails done at this other place where I paid 30$ for shellac and it only lasted me not even a week before it started to peel off so now I ask since Im familiar with those 2 brands anyways the receptionist told the lady what i wanted and she was soo rude she didnt even answer my question she just said she does many things ok... So I left because I wasnt going to trust some rude lady who should treat new customers with respect bcause you want clientele. Anyway it was a sunday luckily I found this other nail salon Queen nails and Spa they are awesome they even serve you complementary drinks (wine, beer, soda or water) and they are super nice and get real busy even the owner is great and does nails also it has great prices. Thanks for nothing Colorful Nails maybe you should step up your game! ✌✌

Horrible Service!!! I hate it! They treated me so unprofessional and did NOT do a good job on my nails! My nail literally fell offf the very next day!! I will NEVER go there again! 👎🏼

Got a refill done on new years Eve soon as I got home one of my nails came off went back after I called an stated what happened to my nail when I got there she fixed my nail but then charged me 5 refill was 25 like I got I got full set plus 5 extra to fix one nail which made 30 total nails do not last not a good place
