This establishment has taken Covid very seriously and taken definitive steps and practices to make its customers feel safe and cared for, without compromising their usual excellent service. I highly recommend Royal Nails. It is a small business well worth supporting!

I love this place. This was my first time here and my first impression was how beautiful and clean the place was. My nail tech did such an amazing job! I was so in love I will definitely be coming back. It is been 5 days now and my gel nails are still on point I love it!!!

Made an appointment and when I got there at that time they made me wait. >30minutes went by and still did not get to me. Other people with later appointments came in and they took them first and said so sorry it will be another 10-20 minutes. This is not the first time they have done this. So tired of it.

Absolutely A-M-A-Z-I-N you get money worth. The place over all has nice decor and the staff is very hygienic.I love the store over all its just amazing! The staff here is so sweet and welcoming! The pedicure was very nice but the foot massage was literally the worst one I have ever had and I have had hundreds. I won’t be back.

Great mani and pedi. My tech Vee is great and thorough. All technicians are polite. The salon is under new management. So for those remembering years past I encourage you to give Royal Nails another try. Youll be pleasantly surprised!

They always do a good job here. The place is very clean and the staff is friendly.

Decent quick manicure. The service was friendly but they did not have an ATM so I could not get cash out for tip.

These are the nicest ladies! They have more than one person who is proficient in all the typical mani/pedi procedures & they are trained in many other services normally only found in the day salon type of establishment--- eyebrows, pedi massage & exfoliating, therapeutic hand-waxing, to name just a few. They all seem to pull together and fill in for each other well, a managers delight, Im sure. I drive all the way from the Mt. Vernon area to typically be cared for by Natalie; I cannot imagine going to another shop, because her advice & techniques are always appropriate. Clean friendly did a great job!

I went to Vi for years and now Ill never go back due to the way I was treated. I had an appt and when I got there, she was with someone else who she had obviously just started working with. She told me I needed to wait half hour for her and I couldnt because I had to go to work and I had made an appt several days earlier. It was so rude and when I left, she never even cared to contact me again. I drove down the street to the Nails 2005 which is run by the same guy (Brian). I told him the story and he said he was heading over there and would talk to her now and get back to me. Its now been about 2 months and I havent heard anything from them...no offer for service and not even an apology! What kind of way is that to treat a customer who was a loyal customer to one place and one nail technician for so many years?!? Just awful!

Always had great service, and nails always last a long time. They are all very friendly!
