I had an AMAZING experience here! The staff were so friendly and Helen was incredible with my hair. I had my hair manicured a beautiful blue, and my cousin got a partial bleach with purple/pink balayage and the gradient was so smooth. Service is amazing and the environment is clean. Will definitely be coming back and 100% recommend!

Don’t come here, terrible staff, made me feel bad, I was leaving $5 tip, nail technician rudely said I have to leave 15-20% from my amount, I didn’t even know my total sum, so it was $57 while charging me she asked again how much you are leaving for tip?! So I had to give additional $5. I never had such a rude service in my life, tip is always something you desire to give. I didn’t even like her pedicure, never coming back again.

This place is honestly the best. I go to Tiffany for my eyebrows and she does an excellent job. Apparently she and the other nice people who work here are great at nails too, and I will make it here for my nails sometime I just haven’t had time recently. I highly recommend this place!

What a great experience getting a pedicure. It had been about a month or so and one of my toes had a skin issue. They took their time, were very detail oriented and professional. My feet look and feel amazing.Thanks to Maggie, my Nail Tech. She’s the best!

Tiffany was great with both my pedicure & bikini wax. She reallllly takes her time and does not rush. Plan an extra 10-15 minutes but its definitely worth it. She is a perfectionist and the wax looked great and she makes sure to make it as painless as possible and got every in-grown hair. Also $30 for a pedicure with scrub included which I think is a fair price. rest of the staff seem nice and its nice and quiet. Ill be back.

We love it here. My mom loves it here and everyone we have sent loves it here. Amazing salon with great service and caring wonderful people working here. We highly recommend from easy men’s haircuts to detailed wedding designs they are amazing!!

Note: Folks that have a coupon, they no longer accept the $20 off discount.Location:The location is super convenient because it is metro accessible (Pentagon city or Crystal city).Service:Overall the staff was nice and timely. I came for a wax. Waxes are not painless and anyone who tells you it is is lying. Staff could do a better job wiping down the wax table. Hair from the previous guest was still on the table.Other thoughts:I came here because of a coupon, however, was not able to use it because they said their services were already cheap and will no longer accept the coupon. Then I was given different prices by the staff. They are not transparent about their prices at all. I won’t be coming back.

Got a gel manicure from Susan during my lunch break. She did a great job and got me back to work on time! It was $35 for the gel, plus I did the keratin treatment for $5 and enjoyed a nice back massage while it was soaking in. Very friendly staff, clean, good attention to detail.

Tip: If you have sensitive cuticles, do not go here.5 stars but 3 reviews from years ago; shouldve checked the reviews thoroughly. Girl doing my nails was either in training or just not adept. Kept going at my cuticles despite me going ouch and thats alright. I finally had to tell her please stop but by this point my cuticles were bleeding and swollen. Did not make a big deal out of this and I went to pay. The owner/manager went tip is cash only I hesitated and she proceeded to inform me theres a machine outside. I showed her my fingers and politely told her about my issue, declining to tip. She nodded, went ok, you want me to add it to your card? (note: no apology offered) I glanced pointedly at my bleeding cuticles and back at her then declined, again.Suffice to say not coming back here to be bullied in to tipping after abysmal service.

These ladies are so sweet. Susan made me feel so comfortable! We had a lot of fun and she did great work. My hands, feet, and eye brows have never looked better. She really went above and beyond. Thank you Susan!!!!

I go here to get pedicures and I must say this place is fabulous. Tiffany, the nail technician does an outstanding job. I am so relaxed sitting in her chair and her attention to detail is great. She always welcomes me with a smile and makes sure I have a wonderful experience.
