I have been taking my son to Des for a few years now. My son has always felt comfortable with him and he is very detailed with his work. He is always working to improve his business and professionalism. I love the simplicity of scheduling appointments and he communicates if there is ever an issue.

Made an appointment for 5:20p. I went to the shop but it was closed. Very unprofessional. At 6:45p, I received a text stating my appointment has been declined. Shortly after, I received a call from Desmond. Glad he called, which is why I gave an additional star. However, he let me know that my appointment was not confirmed. Explained it appeared that it was and as a new new client it wasn’t clear that I was not confirmed. System states “thank you for confirming your appointment “. There was no apology which is disappointing but he seemed like a nice guy.

Desmond is an awesome barber and weve went to him for years. My son always loves the way he looks after visiting Desmond
