Chris is the owner and has been cutting my hair over 4 years (from the time I was 23 years old to now). Chris goes by appointments and always honors your appointment time. His barbershop is clean and friendly and he makes you feel at home. I’ve personally witnessed Chris cut all textures of hair, ethnicities, as well as genders. Chris is educated new and old school practices when it comes to grooming. Chris accommodates his clients by accepting multiple forms payment such as cards, Zelle money transfer, and of course cash. If you want a professional haircut at a decent price Cuttin Up Barbershop is definitely the place to go to. Come in schedule your appointment and you won’t be disappointed.

The owner is not really open to new costumers, and is not really flexible either, since the begging was lack of attention, I called to make an appointment for the first time and it was really difficult to get it, almost had to beg him, he ask me to do cash app in order to reserve the appointment which I couldnt because my celphone is from MexicoUnfortunately and this was my fault, I wasnt able to go at that hour, I walk by before the appointment, to apologize to him, explaining that I was still willing to pay for that empty spot, and make a new appointment and still paying for that new one, but he refused to give me any service at all again, which I respect and I am glad... but I am really disappointed because he has good reviews, but really bad attention to the client, you cant walk in, is only by appointment, pretty much you are at his service not he at yours.

I walked into the shop and was welcomed by Chris and Jay. Jay was in the middle of having his own hair cut but jumped right out of the chair and took great care of me. Fades can be tricky but Jay handled it with ease and had me looking sharp. I highly recommend this shop and was also happy to support veteran owned/run businesses. Keep up the great work!

Very relaxing atmosphere, Chris the owner operator is a veteran who takes great pride in providing a family friendly environment. You must make an appointment, but you will receive a professional cut with knowledgeable advice on hair care. Not a bad Dominos player

Family friendly, clean facility, hairdresser has a private room. Appointment only (no walk ins). Master barber, Black owned business but specializes IN ALL hair types. Very talented staff. I do not own, operate or work here but my family only comes here for our grooming needs.

I have been going to Jasmine the beautician for a few years now. She is wonderful. She believes in healthy hair and will explain everything to you & what needs to be done in the future to protect your hair. I go every 2 weeks and will soon start going every week. Wonderful shop.

Id been looking for a real barber for about 3 years. The hair salons are fine, but I wanted an experienced, professional barber. Cuttin Up is the real deal. Chris is an excellent barber who listened to what I wanted and and provided a professional haircut and beard trim. Hes also easy to talk to. Reminded me of the barbers I used to visit when I was younger. Great experience. Ill definintely be back.

This place is terrible Chris the barber cut my beard way to low. You have to make an appointment 1 day in advance to get service no walk-in only 2 barbers on staff. His way of trying to control his clients to keep a good rating but terrible service. I will never go back to this place ever. I would give no stars and please don’t waste your money in this place.

First barber shop I ever been too. Went for a beard trim. I was going to shop around afterwards, ie, go to another one each week, but why bother. This guy is really cool, and just an overall nice dude. Perfect shop if youre in the area!
