Just moved in, started unpacking. Brand new building, spacious unit, modern design, sleek appliance, individually controlled ac, Fios ready, double pane window, on-site storage unit at very reasonable price, assigned parking at good price, thick wall and roof (so no longer hearing your neighbor). Everything has been great so far! Whoa!Great place to live in! Friendly staff. Lendis and Sean were very friendly, helpful, and competent.The process of moving from applicant portal to resident portal could be improved. But nothing major.

New building with nice appliances, great staff, and an excellent parking garage. Nice neighborhood, and Safeway is next door which is super convenient.

Poor management!False promises and lack of communication by leasing management is the reason I am not and will not be at Cherry Hill Apartments.Usually leasing is the good part as every leasing agent/manager wants you to sign with them but at Cherry Hill its just bad all around. Dont let the car sales man approach fool you. Unless you enjoy being lied to and completely blindsided, be smart and stay away!

WATCH OUT FOR BAIT AND SWITCH!Spoke with Lendis Brewer and Sean Amico regarding a unit in this building. they encouraged us to apply and specifically said that if we didnt want the unit we would just lose our application fee but our lease fee (they compared it to an amenity fee) would be returned since no other expenses were incurred by them.We were promptly accepted within 24 hours but no lease or further documentation was sent. When we called to let them know we would not be taking the apartment they told us no problem but we will be keeping out $400 lease processing fee (no lease was ever processed) and that there was nothing else they would be doing.I understand that we forfeit the application fee but the lease fee just abusive and directly opposite what they informed us to try to get us to apply.Glad I did not sign with this company if they are willing to lie about something so small, they are probably lying about other things in the building.Run while you can.
