NOTE: I am not a resident. Unfortunately not able to move in because they dont have any two bedrooms available at the moment but I just wanted to give a five star for the professionalism of the staff there. Anthony was very helpful and respectful. Answered all of my questions and concerns. It seemed like a very quiet neighborhood and I like that its not a gated community. (Gate does not necessarily equal safety in my experience).

Going on one year living here and I love it !Anthony made our move in so easy and hassle free He’s very helpful and answered all of my questions through my stay here. Maintenance men are wonderful as well. Prices are high but you get what you pay for. It’s such a peaceful community definitely a 10/10 :)

Absolutely the worst experience Ive ever had. I am working with a apartment locator who confirmed the apartment was available with Anthony. Anthony reached out to me at about 9:30am and scheduled a 2:30pm appointment with me for today. I later received another call from Anthony stating his corporate office stopped by the property to meet with him and we would have to push my appointment back to 3:30pm. I arrived at the complex at 3:20pm and was told by Anthony that he had just leased the apartment I was interested in 30mins before I arrived.I am in sales myself and one thing I know is to never lie or waste a clients time. I took time away from work only to be lied to and have my time wasted. If corporate was there for a meeting Im having a hard time understanding how he had time to lease the apartment I was interested in. I planned on paying for my 1st 6 months rent up front but Im glad I didnt give my money to a dishonest company. I Will NEVER recommend anyone to do business at this location & I highly recommend more training for Anthony because as of now his customer service is piss poor, unacceptable, and disrespectful to others time.

Visited to tour an apartmetnt this past Saturday. The Leasing Agent was dressed professional, stood as soon as walked in the office to greet me, gave me his full attention and eye contact. He also went through all the steps to gather my information and dsicovery to meet my needs. I toured the model, expressed concerns about the garage and closet space. Anthony without hesitation was able to overcome my objectives. I aprreciate the attentive, poised professional and exceptional customer service I recevied. Thank you Anthony......not to mention first thing Monday AM, I received a follow up call.

Convienient location close to shopping, entertainment, and highways are within quick reach... The neighbors here are generally quiet and respectful. Townhomes are spacious and having the 2-car garage was a definite bonus. Ive been here for two months but overall it feels like a really good community.

Dont let the pictures on their site fool you, that unit was meticulously cleaned and painted a nice bright white. Your unit will come with beige paint like its from 1993.Oh, and good luck getting a hold of the office. They rarely pick up the phone or return your calls.Also, still waiting for my deposit check to be mailed to me.

Good luck getting the maintenance done. The office staff never calls you back and makes false promises. It looks good on the outside but inside everything is falling apart. Not worth the VERY expensive price.Also they changed names recently, my guess is they didnt want to keep all of the old 1 star reviews.

It is a very nice and quiet Community. Love the attached garage. The townhouse that I am in is very nice space. The people that work here are very nice and helpful. My neighbors are great.

Live here for 8 months now. Never had no real big problems the staff is pretty friendly Anthony is awesome. The neighbors are pretty quiet. I loved my time here.

So I’ve been living here a couple months now and I’m already considering extending my lease. The unit is spaced nicely, the staff has been great to me (big thanks to Anthony for making sure I got in, but also made the process happen so quickly), and the neighborhood is nice and quiet while still being close enough to the main drag to get whatever I need within a few minutes

Wonderful apartment! Quiet and staff is so friendly! Even the Engineering crew stop to help you lift something or move something. Ive never seen such effort from an apartment staffing

The maintenance staff here is on top of their game. Wow I was impressed with the speed of them fixing my AC unit. It ws awesome and makes me feel great that I am living here.

I have lived here for a year now and the managment along with the maintenance is just pathetic. Could be nice place to live if promises were kept and maintenance issues were taken care of in a timely manner. They recently left me a note on my garage trying to raise my rent about $80 a month. Funny they can remember when my lease is up and when rent needs to be paid but nothing else.

Its quiet, traffic is minimal, response time for service requests is outstanding, and you feel like a priority resident. Highly recommend it!!

My uncle lives there and my little girls go over there to visit all the time. They are 7 and 11 and there is a crazy guy there that lives with him mom that videos my girls every time they are outside. The office refuses to do anything. I stumbled across this guy(Robert King) and he has a horrible criminal record. He has a few ASSAULT WITH DEADLY WEAPONS, POSSESSION OF WEED, DWI,UNLAWFUL CARRYING OF A WEAPON and has spent a few years in prison. AND HE ISNT ON THE LEASE. He is 40 years old and lives with his mom. We have called Arlington police and they say that its the office that has to do something about him FILMING MY TWO VERY YOUNG DAUGHTERS. The office keeps blowing off my uncle and my mother(who has made several complaints). They have said they are waiting on his back ground report...GUESS WHAT IT TAKES 10 MINUTES. They are not making this man leave the property. They are allowing him to film minors. He also has harassed several neighbors and is always in peoples business. He thinks he runs everybody on the property and the office LETS HIM DO IT! So I would no move into this place if you have children!! Or hell I wouldnt move in here for any reason. THE OFFICE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR SAFETY OF THIS BULLY AND CHILD PREDATOR!!

I have a lovely one bedroom here. This place is awesome and has good amenities. I like the pool area and I got to bring my little pup to live here with me.

Very quiet and peaceful. GARAGES are nice. Make sure you have a lock on your tailgate, this is Arlington.

Just moved in three weeks ago. So far it is smooth sailing here. The staff is very accomadating and I like that the pool area looks awesome.

I remember two weeks ago I had a little meltdown when my air conditioner stopped working. I am not sure what happened but I called maintenance in the morning and they came to fix it up in the afternoon. Really a standout group of maintenance people here.

This property appears to be nice, it is kept up on the outside,however it is not as nice at it seems, they have been working on re-models and when you apply you will pay for a remodel even though you wont be getting one since its still in the works of it. The actual apartment is old and everything breaks down on you, Ive lived here for over 6 months and Ive had multiple maintenance issues here, I called the office and I understood I am not the only Resident in site, how ever when you are paying that much monthly you expect to be seen within a week not 2 or 3 weeks. Every time I had an issue they said they had to come back for a part; that part took another week or 2. They office people are nice but that didnt get stuff done. I was told they only allowed 6 month leases, because the new lease was a little more due to the renovation, when the 6 months rolls in I would move into a new building or stay as they renovated the new building. That was a lie. My rent went up there was no remodel! Big mistake. I cant wait to move out, its such a shame because it has potential however its all a run around.

They have taken great care of me for 4 years so far :)

This property is one of the worse mismanaged properties I have ever seen, it takes months to get repairs done if youre lucky .They get contractors that dont know what they are doing no follow through to see if work is done right .Interesting to see why a resident that has been here and wanted to upgrade to another unit. You would think that you would want to keep a resident, but when that resident applied the unit he was looking at was rented from under him that is poor business.It seems like management cares about one thing collecting that check every month, and not keeping a good resident. Would rather have move outs every month which is the pattern around here

We love living here at The Park at Ashford it is quiet and the staff is very nice and knowledgable. The neighbors are friendly and courteous.

Been here for about 4months now, the manager trish is very good but the only problem I have. i think the place is under staffed to where there is never anyone in the office to help you and it takes forever to get anything fixed.

This place has gone downhill fast. It was an okay place and they did have their problems like stated before but now they are trying to bully people out so they can remodel and get in new tenants at higher rates... When my lease was up and I was planning to move into a house finally, they raised my rent by almost 30%, now maybe you can tell me what thats all about? Now, they are trying to charge me for excessive cleaning that they supposedly had to do after I moved out, who are they kidding? When I moved in, the toilets werent clean, the tub was filthy, the blinds were broken and the ceiling fans were not only disgustingly dirty, they were missing light bulbs in them... STAY AWAY from them, this new management company doesnt care about anything but the mighty dollar and the renovations they are trying to do to justify the crazy rents are ridiculous, an apartment fridge is still an apartment fridge even if its not white (just because its stainless steel and cost $50 more when they bought it doesnt make the apartment worth an extra $180/month).

I have been staying at these apartments for 4 years. Each year it gets worse the manager never returns my call and I have been on the maintence list for over 6 months. At first the place was great but now no. I had a water leak and my ceiling caved in and it took them 2 weeks to fix the hole. They always fire the maintence men here and never keep anyone past 4 months.

I lived here in 2009ish, and I must warn you, if Trish is still in the office, stay away from these apartments. She is the only one who works there, so if shes out, you are basically SOL until she returns, and if you call her and she says she will call you right back expect a couple days before you receive that returned call. The apartments are pretty nice, but they are old, and they have old building problems, which it takes forever for maintenance to even come to look at. I moved into a new apartment recently after living at home again and i was informed that i owed them money. I didnt even know about this, it was already to a debt collecting agency and everything! Luckily it was only about $200 dollars so it was easily solved. But my guess is Trish forgot to call and inform me. The apartments are ok, but very very understaffed. So if you have a lot of patience, this could work out for you, if not i would not suggest Ashford park as your new home!
