After wasting my mo ye on other trash apartments. This is the best I am so happy that I FINALLY found a great place. Look just like the model. I feel you get what your money pays for. Also thank you so much for Delisha she’s amazing. Best Leasing manager I’ve ever met. Love people that be real and not fake. So thankful she had my best interest. I really look forward to staying here a while.

Hey Everyone, Delishea Was Amazing ! She Helped me With my application and told me what i need to do to secure my application and the apartment i was applying for . She kept it real with me the entire time . I appreciate her ! I wish thst she was staying with Woodbridge Townhomes ! Besides that the pool is not open that is my biggest upset. Thanks Delishea, i will be moving into my new home ! Very quiet area .

Delishea Guyton is the BEST Townhouse Office Manager I have ever met, She is not only very professional and straight up, she help me through my application process and made the move in progress easy after approved. I have been a resident at Woodbridge Townhomes for almost a year and could not be happier for the service that Delishea Guyton have provided. My work orders are completed very quickly and Delishea Guyton is always there to answer any questions I have. I am very greatful to be a resident here. These are great Townhouse!!! They are HUGE!! and have great closet space for me and my kid, I get a lot of packages delivered, never had a problem with them being stolen. It is quiet and peaceful Delishea Guyton is nice to work with. I highly recommend this place to any individual or family. Love it❤️

My mother has been a resident for the past 4 years. I will say that every since the new manager lady has been in office this placed has cleaned up well. Sadly when she started we had the big winter storm so she was left to face a lot but she handled it well and very professionally. I thank you Ms.Delicia for all that you do.

The manager steal pills from residents. I am certain more things were taking. Please beware... they have changed management twice within a year. They will change your water bill whenever they feel like it. They never fix anything. Also, the entire community is infested with roaches.

I am a previous resident here n I will say Amy and Chad are the best team I ever had in any apartment experience. If I hadnt purchased my own home I would not have left. Kudos to you guys keep it up.

Don’t let the nice pictures fool you like they fooled me! I really like the location and the set up of these townhomes, BUT they are very old and worn down. Not worth the price at all! I’ve already moved to a different unit because the first unit was unacceptable. This place needs a full remodel. We have an issue with slugs coming in through the patio door and nothing has been done to take of the problem. Every time it rains hard, water comes up through the floor. As soon as our lease is up, we will be moving for sure.

Roach infested. The apartments are old and ran down. The manager advised me that he will come into my apartment whenever he please. I’ve never had to deal with something like this. I am warning you, SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME! stay away.

This place looks nice but looks can most DEFINITELY BE DECEIVING !! I’ve been staying here for the past couple of months now and I’ve had problems with my ac unit and when I called maintenance to let them know they took 3 WEEKS!!!! To come and fix it .THENNNN I CALL THEM AGAIN CAUSE I ALSO HAVE ROACHES AND THE MAINTENANCE TEAM ACTS LIKE THEY CANT DO ANYTHING TO HELP!!!

My husband and I have been here 9 years and we love Amy and Chad, I solely recommend this place for your housing needs. This is a great place to live, it’s very quite and Chad the maintenance man is very friendly and knowledgeable of his job.

I will be starting my third year hear, transferring to a two bedroom.Management is great and she is very understanding. Great place to call home.

I moved from Mississippi an I was saying in a suite an my ex told me about Woodbridge so I goes to the property an Mrs Kelly (so nice stays smiling) ask where was I staying at an I told her an she got me out that suite and shes been the best manager a complex could ask for, then comes along Mrs. Amy since day 1 this lady been so nice very hardworking and understanding together these ladies (Kelly & Amy) put the T in Teamwork!!! SN 🗣 Amy was on crutches an didnt miss a day coming to this complex doing her job. I greatly recommend this place you will love it!!! Dont get side tracked with the negativity you seeing I been a residents going on 3 years and I plan on being here 3 more (only if Kelly & Amy).

All i can say is I’ve lived here since August of 2018 and Amy and Chad are the best ever. Like I’m not saying to just say it they will go above and beyond what is expected of them.The key is to have communication with them.My nick name for these two are the dynamic duo.. if you want my true opinion Chad and Amy deserve a raise for all the hard work they Do. As long as Amy and chad are here I’ll be here. The moment either are gone I’m gone.If you want a place where a maintenance guy truly fixes things then Woodbridge is the place to come and be.. the option is yours..

My family and I just relocated to the Dallas-Fort Worth area. He had no clue as where we were going to live. My husband and I sat in a restaurant before he flew back to Colorado. He found Woodbridge Townhomes and I did the leg work of view the property well before I got to the property to check it out, he already had called ahead and spoke to Amy! He fell in love with her outstanding customer service and already had arranged for her to meet me. When I got to the complex; needless to say I was impressed with what I saw before I uttered one word to Amy! I walked into the leasing office where I finally put a voice to the name. I received the same outstanding customer service and not only that great tips about the community and neighborhood! The most memorable part was how quiet and well kept the complex was! I met with the maintenance staff (Jermaine and Aaron) and they were friendly and showed the same great customer service. I can’t begin to tell you how relieved I was and reassured by everyone that my living experience was going to be great and that I made the right choice! Then I met Kelly the property manager and it’s like we all knew each other for a long periods of time. I go by the office not to complain, but to just sit and chat! If you are new to the area or have been in the area a while and need a place to call home! This is it. This isn’t something I was told to do by the team; this my personal testimony I experienced! I will say this, if I had to do it all over again with this great team; I would have NEVER moved to Colorado!

Well guys, my time Woodbridge Townhomes had come to an end. I just want you all to know I enjoyed everyday with yall for the past 2 1/2 years as your Community Manager. I will miss everyone one of you and Im sure youre in good hands. I wish I couldve continued our time together, but I hope you guys have happy lives and know that I will always remember each and everyone of you. Ok, I have lived here for 7 years and during that time, I have seen several and I do mean several different office staff members. None of which were professional or cared about the residents. I had/have planned to move because of that reason alone. But, after Kelley and Sabrina came in (new office staff because the property was sold), we were informed during a community meeting (yes, we had our first community meeting probably about a year ago), the property was previously owned by an older gentleman that was very frugal and didnt want to invest in his own property. After receiving that information, I decided to stay and have yet to regret it.

Happy to say that Amy and Chad are the most knowledgeable and experienced people I have done business with. Thank you Chad and Amy ...

My wife and I have lived here a little over a year now and have minimal complaints. Location is great, maintenance is ok, and rent is average. We met the new manager a few weeks ago and she seems to know what she is doing and genuinely cares. Hopefully things will continue improving. Overall we have been happy with our experience and have no plans to move anytime soon.

There is a new manager every few months, and a different maintenance guy in your home every few weeks. No employee seems to last to long working here. The manager now is a sweet lady Denise but she can only do so much. Ive lived here for 13 months and Im on my 3rd USED refrigerator. A leak in the roof flooded upstairs and some downstairs that toke them 6 weeks to repair and a move in repair list of items around the unit b4 i moved in that still to this day havent be fully completed from when i moved in. No JokeDEAR UPPER MANAGEMENT PLEASE STOP CUTTING CORNERS ON REPAIRS AND NOT REPLACING EQUIPMENT WITH NEW WHEN IT FAILS.YOU GUYS ARE CUTTING COST, AND OVER LOOKING REPLACEMENTS AND TEMPORARILY FIXING IT WILL JUST COST YOU MORE.....

Looking for a new apartment this summer. Centrally located and easy access are a plus for me. Kelly and Sabrina were professional and very helpful in providing me the information I was looking for.

Terrible management! There was never a maintenance man. I had to go through 2 months of summer heat with no AC. Then they decided to put false charges on my credit! Be very careful if you choose to move in. Definitely make sure a walk through is done before you move out!!

We have been here 5yrs and no problems, the new staff at the office Kelley and Sabrina has done a wonderful job so far. Keep up the good work and updates !!!

Office personnel are excelled in both their business as well as drop dead gorgeous. Townhomes are maintained and kept in tiptop condition. Kudos arok

Ive lived here for a year and its been the worse year ever in an apartment.There is always new management and new maintenance.In the last month Ive had my ac go out twice, and all they can say is AC units go out! And they just add coolant.The price is not worth it, look else where!!

Lived here for 4 years it used to be a nice community but now... I wouldnt advise moving here the rental office staff is unprofessional! They will make you wait for repairs to be completed for months... I have had a hole and leak in my ceiling for over a year now that they say has been repaired however I still wait.

I read the reviews on this place and still decided to rent from Woodbridge. What a mistake that truned out to be. One week after paying my deposit and first month rent moving in a new person introduce herself to me as the new leasing manager, she asked me to submit all my receipts because they had no record of me staying there. They didnt even have a copy of the lease. The new personnel person was rude and demanding as if I did something wrong. The mainteneces people are crooks, I dont believe they did a back ground check on them at all. The first time he came to fixed something in my house he was scooping the place telling me about his past and that his family all did time in prison. A week later my neighbors door was kick in and robbed. I just wished I listen to all the reviews prior to signing a least with them. Oh yea, someone tried to sype gas out of my truck and they were alway breaking in peoples cars at night. You better beware of this place and stay far far away.

Management is very bad...maintenance is even worse. The neighbors are extremely noisy because of the way the place is built walls are paper thin! The worst place I have lived in a long time!

TERRIBLE customer service AMY answered the phone and immediately hung up on me; If this is how they treat future prospects then I do not want any part of this property. 0 STARS!!
