My third time renewing my lease with Ranch Three O Five, absolutely love the space in my apartment and the upgrades that are included. My kids enjoy the swimming pool during the summer.Bree and Araceli have been wonderful staff and efficient on request.

If i could give them zero stars i would. The manager is rude, Diana or whoever. She’s has a major attitude problem and they are nothing but money hungry. I have never in my life dealt with a manager who moved the way this woman does. They do not communicate in the office at all with in each other.

Quotes over the phone are not accurate to what the leasing contract states so read everything carefully. There are lots of hidden fees and charges added to your monthly payment.

Really nice place so far. The apartment is well set up and has good fixtures. The only problem I have is lack of parking near my specific building, which also made move in difficult. The amount of covered parking compared to non covered parking can make it hard to park in the back of the complex (2:1 covered to uncovered) and it is hard to park anywhere weekend nights, but good apartments and maintenance is fast and helpful.

I moved here a little over 2 months ago and I live it. It’s very quiet and clean. Bre was amazing with helping me get moved in. Awesome communication as well.Update: The staff and the apartments themselves are wonderful, just be aware that the walls are extremely thin, and you can and will hear EVERYTHING. The parking (depending on where you are located in the complex) can be a hassle at times and there is a waitlist for covered parking and garages. Overall still a very nice place to live. No bug issues or safety issues. Wouldn’t recommend the first floor, the ceiling structure is also thin. Not sure if it’s throughout the complex or just where I was located.

Ive lived here almost 3 years now and plan on making it another 3. It really is a great complex; and Ive lived in quite a few different ones.The apartments units itself are great. Very clean and finished with nice touches to make you feel like you really do have a nice place. The grounds are VERY well kept. Always mowed, weedless, trimmed, green, swept for trash, everything. Its always nice to come home to. I never hear neighbors, have never had issues with neighbors, Ive never had security issues, never had my car vandalized, nothing. You cant beat location. Its near everything you could ever want or need. 5 minutes away, literally.The staff is the friendliest and most most willing to help you that I have seen anywhere, the maintenance guys come fast, fix the problem and send you updates that it was done, and what the problem was. Its little things.I tell all of my friends that if they can afford it, and the location is right, then they need to move in. I love it here so much I dont plan on moving unless I start a family and need a house. Worth every penny.

An amazing place to live in Arlington, TX I had looked at a number of different places in the Arlington TX Area, but none came close to all the things that this great amazing place has to offer. The staff at the front desk always do a great job. The staff worked with Amazon to put a pickup box on the property, this is so amazing. The maintenance staff is very friendly and does such a great job. The management team changed about a year ago and the service and support got even better.

Been a couple of years now and have yet to be disappointed. Office and maintenance staff are top notch. VERY well kept grounds. (wish dog walkers were more appreciative of what we have here-p/u YOUR poop!). Cant beat location to shop, dine, entertain and the commute. It just all works. Oh, and NO BUGS ...

These apartments are fairly quiet. Our upstairs neighbors are loud at times, and gnats/fruit flies are a reoccurring issue, even though my husband and I do not have pets! I believe this is in relation to the valet trash. They’re wanting us to put their trash bins inside our apartments after having them outside all night! Total nonsense, and they wonder why we have a fruit fly issue! That is unsanitary, so we leave the bin on our balcony instead. FYI, Falcon Lakes Apartments lets you leave THEIR trash bins outside...never had this issue at previous complexes. Receiving packages has been another issue. When my packages are left at the front office, they have a hard time being found, even after speaking with UPS. There is a total lack of common sense with management.Update: Come to find out, the package WAS at the front desk. It was signed for by a front desk personnel, and then we were informed that they are not responsible for our packages (even though it was signed for, and I have proof through the UPS website). This is very unprofessional.

Good clean place to Live. Great location near shopping malls, entertainment and easy access to the highway. Great maintenance crew professional and polite. Office staff and the new office manager are great and professional, they take residents issues seriously. The place went from clean to cleaner with the new manager 👍👍👍

It was good until all these ghetto and trashy people moved in. I don’t know if the staff changed but it’s to ghetto now. No parking space because all the ghetto resident have 3-5 cars and all live in one house. Idk if it’s their friends but I’m not renewing my contract here.

I want to give an insightful review for anyone considering moving here. My first year was very positive. The neighbors were friendly and I never had any problems. Naturally, I renewed my lease as I was very satisfied. When I renewed my lease, the apartments policies began to change and the good neighbors left while the bad ones came. I had meth dealers upstairs and domestic violence/fights in the parking lot. At the end of my lease, I moved out due to the changing environment. When I moved out, I got hit with crazy charges like a dusty ceiling fan and claiming that I didnt clean the fridge (it was spotless). When I asked for pictures and a bill - I was sent to a debt collection agency and never sent anything. Unfortunately, things have changed and they have refused to address these problems. I have never left a negative review for anything - so take it for what its worth.

Has been a year and just re-upped for another. Quiet. Location is primo. Updated space and I love it. EXTREMELY friendly and prompt staff. Maintenance personnel, Jaime and Manny, are top shelf.

Their management is great and handful. Also online request service is very convenient to the resident. The apartment is clean and stable to live as well in Arlington area.

This is a great place to live. It is peaceful, and they have a great staff! Parking is not usually too much of an issue, but it can be sometimes if you choose not to pay for a covered spot. The property is kept up and neighbors are friendly.

I have lived here about 5 months and I hate it. I was lied to about the apartments, and made to believe they are great apartments. Since Ive moved in my apartment has been flooded, due to the pipe busting, my toilet is stopped up almost every week, and maintenance takes forever to come, my sink doesnt drain, my cabinets were broke when I moved in, theres ants and no matter how much I keep the apartment clean the ants dont go away, my roof leaks when it rains, and to top it off they have a roofing company that made my light fall from the ceiling and got glass all over my floor and carpet, the only good thing is they should be really glad my daughters were nowhere around, and when I went to tell the office the lady was rude and I had to stay calm because I try to respect my elders, I dont think Im going to finish out my lease I dont wanna stay another month here its horrible and worst place I could have ever chosen to go

I love living at Rockridge! The office staff is great, and I’ve never known greater maintenance men! Parking can be hit or miss, but with all of the positive things about this community, I’m willing to accept a longer walk

Great landscaping and exterior appearance. Interiors are nothing special and every time we had an issue you have to go to the main office, the centralized office your phone calls get directed to will NEVER get back with you. Ive left them tons of messages to relay to the onsite management and never got a single response on anything. Theyll charge you fees for trash bags being outside near your door regardless of its yours or not, walls are paper thin, and these apartments are WAY over priced. Still never received my deposit back from them even after multiple attempts to contact them. Id never recommend living here.

My sweet home in arlington, TX. I love this complex because it is secure, and quite.

Insulation is pretty bad, noisy neighbours, swimming pool too dirty all year long to be used, the gym was too small and equipments dangerously maintained. Car park was too small, if you arrive a bit late from work, you gonna have to park somewhere else. They increased my rent by 20% at renewal, so i paid over 1200$ for a 1 bedroom flat in the middle of nowhere. The area is not nice to live, its a pretty bad neighbourood.
