I have been living in Addison Park for 7 months. Its like a third world country in this community. The office staff are off/on when they do answer the phone. It takes 2-3 days for a work order. And if you speak up too much they silence you with lease violations...like the trash..that is every where.Too many maintenance issues called in will get you a nice retailiation lease violation letter.I will not be silencedThey will not give me the name or number to corporate. These are the most horrible apartments Ive ever lived in. The staff have always been useless but it has gotten even worse. They are always selling the property. They’re worst and rude don’t go there plzzzzzzzz. I have been calling for the past 5days to ask if they have apartment on ground but those lazy girls never picked up. They collect my friend money and never give her house still send away as if she’s not human being. I think Government needs to shut down the apartment cuz is dangerous and dirty.

Manager MONIQUE BLAND and this entire management company is horrible. The front office staff changes every month. They have had about 15 different managers within 2 years. Trash always full, grounds stay dirty. They promised to power wash the breezeway but never happened. DO NOT move here, you will regret It I promise. Please run far-away from this place. And the kids are OMG the worst. Only move here if you are desperate with no other options. I move here 8 years ago and it was very nice. Now is like living in south Dallas. Also the management company writes fake reviews on google to trick people to move here .The negative reviews are the real reviews.

Very nice area, office staff are nice, but the residents are horrible. I was only here 3 weeks and my neighbor upstairs son peed off the balcony, they leave trash on there porch so long maggots were everywhere and she swept them down to my porch and my son bike got stolen. Worst move ever I cant wait for my lease to be up.

There is too much to list about why I love living here. Its close to Joe Pool Lake and Hawaiian Falls, golf courses, and every restaurant my stomach desires. The pool is amazing, and grounds are kept looking top notch. I absolutely love my home!! It is beautiful and has plenty of room. I could go on and on, but I’d recommend you come check it out for yourself. The friendly staff are always so helpful I am sure they would answer all your questions.

Really interested in renting at these apartments. They are cost effective and the quality is good. However, I cannot get a response. Ive called the office, left voicemails, and emailed, all with no answer. I understand that we are in uncertain times, Im simply looking to see when Ill be able to turn in application.

My apartment was spacious, plenty of cabinets to suit my needs. The response time to maintenance and concerns was reasonable. The gym and pool were kept clean and were never too crowded. I was pleased with my experience.

I could go on for days out how amazing this property is! Everything about Addison Park radiant excellence. The management team is top notch! The grounds are kept immaculate. I love that I have covered parking.

I lived here in 2012, but I just wanted to say how much I LOVED living here. I didnt want to leave but the boyfriend wanted a house. Everything got taken care of and I took full advantage of the pool and exercise room. The girls in the office are so sweet too and they help you out with anything you need.

The management and maintenance here are hands down one of the best that I have ever experienced. They are always welcoming and ready for anything. When we had to move, they were more than accommodating and answered every question I had. Thank you very much for everything!!!

My wife and I absolutely LOVE living at Addison Park! The gals in the office took the time to learn our names shortly after we moved in. Our fur baby loves his new home also! Also, the convenience to DFW a huge plus for us.

The office staff is amazing. They really will do anything they can to help you out. Maintenance is on top of everything. Every time we have put in a work order, it gets fixed that week. The pool is nice!

I must say the maintenance team always keeps the grounds looking great. After retiring I wanted a smaller place where the work is done for me. I am happy with my choice.

Manager Jessie has a horrible nasty attitude with Tenants other staff members are great but her attitude is unruly for no reason. Ive been asking for flooring repairs to be made to my entry way a month after move in Ive been here a little over a year and they have yet to fix it now its completely messed up they advised me to put a rug over it which I did and now they are trying to place the damages on me when its obvious the vinyl tiles were not secured down prior to my moving in I didnt notice it within the first 24 hours they give you to turn in your damages form and now theyre saying its my fault the floor is coming up after showing the manager a video of the damages she proceeded to get hostile and rush me out of her office simply rude with no respect or communication skills

Been living here for over a year. Pool was barely opened, they’ve changed management about 3 times since I’ve lived here. I’ve never been late on payments. They’ve been working on codes for the gym for over a year. Once they changed management (for the third time) they changed the online payment. They’ve been telling us for a couple months now that it would be fixed. Once the old online payment portal stopped working I had to start getting money orders. Due to my work schedule I was one day late and they charged a 50.00 late fee. Then since I didn’t have the full amount they told me to come back the next day and it would be a 10.00 late fee added on to that. There is only one dumpster in the front of the apartments and it is always full. I will not be renewing my lease this year with them!

I can honestly say my apartment is decent. I really hate I ever moved here. I really can’t wait until my lease is up. I read several reviews before moving here and I was mislead. I was only here 3 weeks and there was a shooting, police caution tape so on. The breeze ways are very Nasty!! Nasty!! Nasty!🤢 I feel as if I live in the projects. My neighbor and I door are right across from one another and they put the trash right in front. I’ve taken it for them a few times so the smell want be in front of my door. Fluids from their trash has stain the concrete and now has started to travel near my door. The pros there is not much noise and you receive a carport. The trash compactor stays full and nasty! I’m afraid to go swim or play at the park. I’m embarrassed to have company!! I just want to move, I’m trusted God that I can just make it until the end of my lease. By the way This is building 10!☹️😒

I move in Addison Park February 1st it has been horrible!! The people upstairs lets theyre son play football in the apt.yes football. I have notified Jessica the Asst. Manager but all she wanted to tell me was record the noise. I respectfully went upstairs like a mature adult to ask if the could keep the noise down because I couldnt sleep but they act like they couldnt speak english but yet called the police and told lies saying I banged on they door. Arlington police came out and yes they then started to speak english. The officer told me they have been living here 3 yrs and everyone who lived in the apt I live in has complained on them and he couldnt understand why management has allowed them to still be here. Jessica the apt manager told me if I continue to have problems notify them or the police. But I received a notice on my door when I been complaining on them since I moved here. This is a joke. Management here is not professional. And...I reached out to the owner with no response. Discrimination is real here. All I want is peace and respect and Im having a difficult time getting when the manager wont address the issue.

Great place to live! When I first moved in I noticed small issues like the poorly painted mirror or cracked outlet covers and some other minor things. I told maintenance about them and they were all fixed within the day!

People are quiet, apartments are nice and decently priced. Management is very friendly. Service is super fast.

Not happy with the new management nor their sense of care for their residents. I had my truck broken into and alot of money stolen that was locked away. My business information and my late grandfathers ashes as well. I went in to get information and they didnt want to help. Ive been here 2 1/2 years even referred a friend a year ago. My lease cant come soon enough I dont feel safe there are no cameras on the property so anything can happen and the property will do nothing to help.

You get what you pay for I guess. It is a nice place to move to get on your feet, but definitely not a place to renew a lease at. I am already so anxious to move out and Im only half way through my lease. The apartment appliances and cabinets look like they havent been upgraded since the 90s. Which initially, didnt bother me, but now I am over them. Also, while I have children myself, the children/teens that play very loudly outside my window are a distraction. Lastly, the smell of marijuana when I arrive home in the breezeway makes me count the days until I can move. Also, I dont like the pushy nature of the staff to get you to commit to a move in date. Other than these few discomforts, I have no major complaints.

B oth the property and the management are fantastic- a rare combination. Before she was my wife, my girlfriend was looking for an affordable option in the city that met all of her preferences at a reasonable price.

Very unprofessional Management. They only do things to benefit them selfs. They never open up on Saturdays which it says they are. I hate this place with all my might. Thank good the lease agreement is up. I would rather leave under a bridge then to come back to this place! Thats how bad this people are. I do not recommend this place to no one! Trust me and take my word for it, go and look some were else, you will not be happy living here. You will not have that feeling of calling this place home.

The kids who live there are out of control. My daughter was picking up her friend when a group of kids came to her car shouting at her and one of the girls younger than her punched her in the face while she was inside the car, blood was everywhere. The police came and the management staff never even talked to me, even as I was describing the incident to the police. Ghetto. Aweful..find somewhere else to stay. Watch your kids!!!

Lived here for about 8 months now soon to be moving from their 3 bedroom to a 1 bedroom in June. This place has been nothing short of phenomenal. This was my first time living in Houston for school and I found Addison Park.

We recently given an eviction notice at my door. And it stated that we failed to come sign paper work. No one ever told us anything! The new management shows no care to get to no anyone. The old management was great they called residents to remind them of important matter as that. My rent is always paid on time! I do not cause any issues with anyone I just dont feel like i was informed correctly. I work all day and have two kids and wife and this is how im done after living in Addison for 2 years.P.S THERE IS A PEST ISSUE. NO ONE HAS CAME TO SPRAY SINCE I MOVED HERE. I do it on my own.

Dont not live here unless absolutely necessary! A young kid was shot in one of the breeze ways last week. Cops were walking around asking questions and looking for the shooter hopefully they found em....beware!

Maintenance staff here is really good about taking care of issues if you have one. Every time ive called theyve came out right away.

I have been here almost a year now and I can say with confidence that Addison Park at Arlington is excellent in nearly every category, especially with price and location. I do not plan on moving anytime soon.

Lmao, what a joke of an apartment! This place is ridiculous. I thought it was a steal for the price; however, the performance of the apartment is far from that of the cost! It says gated community, gates haven’t worked in years! The weight room has a keypad for 24 hour access but does not work! The trash, the trash is out of control!!! They expect you to leave it in the bushes when the compactor gets full(which is a daily accurance)!!! Not to mention the continuous stinch of marijuana lingering from my neighbor house!!! For your own sake, this is a last resort!!!

I just signed my 3rd lease. I like living here with three exceptions....1) it seems the hours of operation in the office should be adjusted to accommodate the office staffs lunch breaks and being closed on Saturdays2) my upstairs neighbors are horrible... I complained for a year until I was told nothing was going to be done and things wouldn’t change! So now I just deal with it and I do request to move into a 1st floor apartment every month due to bad knees.3) the trash compactor is horrible it cannot accommodated the trash that is thrown “at” it on a daily basis! The trash just piles up and I really feel sorry for the maintenance crew who have to dig through the trash daily!Other than that ... it’s an affordable place to live and if I can get into a ground floor apartment... I will be here for a very long time!

The apartments are ok,Their cool. My main concern is the fitness room. Why does the fitness room close when the office close, ppl dont get of work till about 5pm. By the time they get home from picking up kids or doing what they have to do and ect. Its bout 6-7, what if they wanna get them a work out in. They cant because the fitness room close. My point is what the propose of haven a fitness room when it cant be use cause ppl are at work when its open.

I lived in this apartment complex for two years and I was completely satisfied with the experience.

Its ok... wen i moved n my apartment they told me that they did not have any pest problems and if my furniture had bed bugs I couldnt move it in but It was roaches everywhere wen I moved in!!!! N who ever dey have to clean the apartments out do a very bad job I had to reclean my whole apartment from top to bottom. N the pet fee is 300 r 400$ for each dog... I wonder how much it is for cats cause dats all dat b around in my section

While sometimes it can be daunting to work with a big size management company, the one at Addison Park was always extremely attentive and open to to all of our concerns.

Accepts section 8 and it shows. Find another place, this isnt a good choice.

Maintenance has always responded within a day whenever something has come up, and the staff itself has always been helpful.

Very bad corporate management. The managers change often but Renee is the corporate boss and she is awful. This place gives little to no warning and will tow your car because they are cleaning a parking lot and expect you to have moved your car (they give less than a days warning sometimes). Management does nothing to stop residents from making noise late at night which makes the place loud and unruly at night.

My sister stayed on the second floor and her neighbors above her flooded their apartment and it was so bad that my sister and the apartment below her was also flooded. My sister apartment was horrible, mold growing on walls and ceilings (I seen it for myself), and smelled awful. She asked the manager of they could move her to another apartment they told her no because she was moving that next month. Addison Park dont give a rats Ass and balls about the families.

We just moved in and it could have been a horrible experience but the management staff went above and beyond to find a solution to our move-in woes.
