Small,quiet community, great customer service, amazing maintenance. I was in urgency to move out of my old apartment since the a/c was having issues. The front office made accommodations, they have such a empathetic staff and feel like since I looked into the apartments months ago that they have been consistently commutative, consistently kind. I have a small baby and I feel safe and comfortable living here. The apartment has high ceilings, white borders, open floor plan. The space is distributed perfectly in where it matters, living room, master bedroom, kitchen. I got the 2b 1b 1 garage and the balcony is private with windows so still a lot of natural light. Love the thermostats modern and easy to access.

We moved here in January from another complex that went dramatically downhill over the last two years and we were eager to get out. Id been aware of Copper Chase since I first moved into the area in the mid 90s but back then they were condos, not sure when exactly they became apartments. But initially being condos, they are very well built. No creaking floors, vaulted ceilings, very quiet inside, even with heavy spring storms we really dont hear the rain unless were near one of the windows.Big plus with 2 bedroom units is a garage and they are larger than most apartment garages. Plus with our 2 bedroom/2 bath unit, there is a large storage closet in the master bedroom. Plus more storage on the back balcony-and the balcony itself is pretty big. Keyless entry and app control over the a/c is nice too. Water stayed on during the deep freeze in February so thats a huge plus.Terrie and her staff keep this place humming. Maintenance requests are taken care of quickly and the grounds are kept very clean. Well lit at night and quiet. Were very happy here and intend to stay long term.

Love it here. Ive been here a few years and have never wanted to move. There have been other managers but Terrie has been caring and supportive on many levels and offering help if needed. The other managers were never interested in much if there were no issues when I went in to pay rent. Terrie seems to really care about more than that. Also really like the fact that people stay and there is not a constant stream of people moving in and out .

I moved in about 2 year ago. I love the staff, they listen to you and fix any problems you have. When I call or stop by the office I am always greeted and very helpful with any of my needs. My neighbors here are courteous and friendly. The property overall is always kept clean. Very comfortable having guest come to my home to visit me. The only thing I would say is they need an upgrade on there appliances and maybe an upgrade as well on the counters and cabinets but Highly recommend this apartment complex!

I have enjoyed living at copperchase for over 5 years. It has been a very safe and friendly environment. Christopher who is in maintenance is very knowledgeable recently fixed my AC very quickly. Terrie and staff have also always been helpful in the front office. My neighbors have always been considerate and friendly. Im very happy to call this place my home!

I have lived here for many years. I cannot say I have never had a problem here but when I have had an issue Terrie has been very quick to fix the problem and make sure I was happy/comfortable with the outcome.The grounds are well lit at night and I feel safe here. It is quiet and most neighbors are very friendly. Chris the new maintenance guy is great. He came and fixed something that previous maintenance personell messed up. All in all this is a great place to live.

Ive had some normal maintenance issues, but the guy is very sweet. Also the upgrades are really convenient (keyless entry, big tub, appliances etc.). I find the space to be very nice considering the age of the property. Maintenance is sadly understaffed most of the time so hats off to Chris for doing so much mostly on his own. The community is very quiet which is helpful for many of us working from home. Neighbors are very kind and supportive after a very tough year.

Responsiveness is awesome, whether it’s the front office team or Chris (Maintenance), they have worked hard to ensure my living environment and experience have been enjoyable. Thank you

Havent wrote many reviews but today i will..just wanted to say i am happy with my apt and the property ...it is quiet and laid back in a bunch of trees...the staff is quick to respond to service calls..easy to give 5 stars

The manager goes far and beyond to help her tenants. I recently experienced a personal loss and Terry was there for me. It is apparent she has a high standard to make sure the office staff also provide top customer service to the tenants as well.She is very professional, friendly and really cares.I plan to stay here as long as she is here.

After a handful of bad experiences at other nearby complexes, I am extremely pleased to live here! Office staff is friendly and responsive, grounds are kept clean, and my unit is a great value given how spacious it is and the fact that it includes a garage. I would definitely recommend this complex!

I regret it. the noise from top floor is a nightmare .i cannot believe i will have to live with this for the next year .i can hear every word or step from people above me....there must be no barrier between floors......also windows do not seal out air .. i should of rented from a newer complex

A few years ago, I started my apt. hunting process almost 6 months in advance/list in hand... CopperChase was NOT on that list when I VERY luckily drove by it... It ticked every box, especially charm that newer apts. just fail to have these days. Months later when I got the call for an opening I was ecstatic as everything was falling into place as it should..... Fast forward to now, between Terrie and her team, many apt. upgrades, safety and ESPECIALLY the support during a pandemic/Icepocalypse etc., every year, I never regret continuing to make this place my home!!!#lucky #familyvibes

My neighbor told me management did ask her for a review ... thought i would get my daughter to help me write one about the way i was treated as a hispanic female....manager terrei was very disrespectful to me about paying my rent during covid virus...talking down to me like i was low class ....i was strugling to pay rent couple times.. threatening to evict me if not in drop box that night...saying i should move to a lower rent property if i cant keep up ..my daughter was so embarrassed at how manager treated us .and my rent is now current...we will be moving at lease end to a property next door.......

When I lost my job due to the pandemic, I called and spoke to Terrie the manager and she was happy to work with me. She even provided me with information to local programs assisting people going through a hardship. I have lived here for 12 years and have never had a problem with the office staff. The key is to communicate with them if you do need to work out a payment arrangement of any kind. I highly recommend Copper Chase and have referred quite a few people here in the last 12 years. This is a quiet place to live and all of my neighbors are terrific. If you ever need anything, call Terrie and she will take care of you!Great place to call home!Eric

What a shame . i heard today that george our maint man is no longer working at copper chase..he was the best maint guy i have ever seen on this property and i been here 15 years...there has to be a reason that every maint man and leasing agent keeps walking off after couple months.....but i suppose a revolving door is how the management company likes it to be ....

Me and my roomates werent informed about there rules they had last minute . Not a good experience and we had to renew our lease but they wanted us to pay our complex double in advance even though our lease didnt end till end of march and it was january 22nd. Staff was kind at first but they couldve told us before or on the website

I have a friend that I recently went to visit that resides at Cooper Chase and let me tell you her townhome is so nice the entire complex is clean, cute, and cozy. They put me on the waitlist and I can not wait to move here.

I am a former resident who had to leave these apartments due to personal reasons and Terrie, The Manager was extremely kind and helpful. So much that after returning to Texas recently, Copperchase was my first choice. As always Terrie has been most helpful, kind and responsive. I found this apartment prior to Covid shutdown. It is now mid July and I have moved in. The entire staff is amazing, accommodating and professional. I love it here. Here is to a new beginning. Update it is now January and all is still great here. The staff is very responsive when there is an issue and they are very professional. I love this complex, I hope I can stay for several years. We have just gone through Snowmagedon!!! The staff was as usual amazing and attentive to all our issues. I cannot say enough about the staff as well as the complex. I love this place and here is to long time relationship. Everyone needs to check this complex out. You will not be sorry.

So a couple weeks ago me and my roommates called and they told us to pay out apartment 2x in advance and that’s there “ rules” . It’s not on the website and we called to ask what they needed . The pet pee is a cheaper on there website but when we called they said it was more . I asked them and told them there website isn’t updated and it’s misleading . Hopefully next year we can move in but wow I wish they would’ve told us sooner

I cant say enough good things about these apartments! Am in the process of downsizing, and went for a tour of the apartments, and was blown away by the amazing customer service, friendliness, and professionalism exhibited by Terrie and Michelle!! They were so sweet and accommodating, and really took time to ensure that my needs were met. Looking forward to my move in date. These girls are awesome, and made what normally would be a nerve wracking process, a breeze.

I am an new resident at Copper Chase. I walked in the office and was greeted immediately by Terrie. She provided me the information that I needed in a very professional manner. I am very happy with the choice I made. Would definitely recommend this property to someone looking.

Copperchase was great! Me and my husband and 2 kids lived there for 2 years. The only issue was parking. Primarily at night when we got off late we would sometimes have to park in the front of the complex though our apartment was in the back. They should have done some type of parking enforcement because people would leave cars they dont even drive in the same spot for months at a time. Terrie was great. Maintenance always completed orders in a timely manner. Even when my faucet stopped working in my kitchen they installed me a brand new one THAT DAY! Most neighbors were friendly.. it was quiet. I recommend them to anyone

Came to office to pay water bill with my my mask on and noticed that the office staff is not wearing one and did not put one on when i came in...we should all be doing our part to stop the spread of the virus.....also lots of vulgar loud music at night from cars in parking lot...

I first moved into Copperchase on 03/15/14, I have now lived here for 6 years. i just renewed my lease for my 7th year.Here is why Im writing this review:1. The Manager Terrie is always so professional she always goes out of her way to take of her residents needs. i recently had a situation where i mistakenly paid my rent twice electronically which was over $900.00 my bank stated they could not do anything for me for at least 30 days to correct the mistake.I paniced this meant i would be late on other bills and jeopardize my good credit score that i worked so hard on. When i reached out to Terrie to let her know what happened she immediately without my knowledge reached out to her accounting department and had my money back in account the very next day.Wow she really went above call of duty and took care me.2. The property is always clean and well maintained.3. if anything needs to be fixed it is taken care of in a very timely manner by the professional maintenance team.4. In closing i plan on making Copperchase my home of choice for many years to come.5. if your lucky enough like i was to move in here you will not regret your decision.Copperchase has been my home going on 4 years. The staff, maintenance crew and Manager have always been and continue to be friendly and professional. Service request are always completed in a timely manner.. it is clean, quiet and the up keep is great.. I recommend this place to everyone I know....

The apartments are always up to task with keeping the property very well maintained, the staff is very professional and always willing to do whatever it takes to serve the tenants in need, I love it staying here its quiet and very home feeling.

Weve lived here since this past summer and LOVE it! Im not sure how everyone else has such a problem with this place?! The staff is actually pretty awesome. Work orders get handled within a timely manner and done well. The community is SO QUIET compared to our last place, so I dont know why there are noise complaint reviews? Management was more than helpful in working with us to get into our lease.As far as we can tell so far, the only negatives to this community are, not enough dog waste stations throughout the complex, extra parking is scarce(but there is nothing they can really do about that), and there is no gym on site.All in all, we LOVE Copperchase and plan to stay longer than just one lease! And, no, I do not work for the complex. Just a happy resident! :D

My family and I loved living at copperchase! What a great experience! Management is reliable, organized and thorough. Ms. Terrie is extremely thoughtful and caring. She really try’s her hardest to be there for her tenants and won’t hesitate to go out of her way to help you. The copperchase community is CLEAN, updated and most importantly quiet! I’ve had terrible experiences with apartment management in this area and Terrie made accommodations for me when she definitely didn’t have too. I’m sad to leave and will miss copperchase soo much!

I’ve been here for a year and half, Terri and office staff have been more efficient and promptthan any apartments I’ve ever stayed in, staffs always professional, before they enter yourplace, they’ll notify you in advance, and when they repair or fix something the maintenancecrew would leave a completion of what was done on work order on top of the counter.

Ive been here almost a year and I love it! Quiet, awesome neighbors, and family oriented. My work orders are completed within the same day. And did I add Maintenece is Great! This is by far one of the best apartments Ive resided in awhile.

Currently looking for a new place and ive noticed recently that apartments literally dont ever answer the phone. Its been a frustrating process to say the least. Well I was sitting at work and Copper Chase came to mind because I had a friend that once lived here and I loved her unit. Unfortunately I looked online and didnt see anything available but decided to give them a call to double check availability. Well to my surprise I called and someone actually answered. She was super friendly and took my name and number to contact if she got anything on nice. I was truly happy with the service I received, and I wish other complexes would take note.

Looks are deceiving... tired complex. breakins they will deny this fact, dog poop, lazy office people dont respond to work orders or anything, bugs, ants, bugs in carpet, wasps nest everywhere & really bad by pool, loud neighbors, garages are more a party den for many with loud music. Parking is a flat out terrible. No amenities. High rent. Overall not worth what you pay. Many reviews in places are posted by the STAFF to make them look good! Beware

Overall has been a good experience, the old assistant manager was awesome at handling all situations. The manager however is just a warm body in a seat,and really doesnt seem to know what is going on. Also when I tried to break lease we were told we have to put in our 60 day notice at the beginning of the month and that they wouldnt except one in the middle of a month. She (manager) also tried to charge us a higher reletting fee (not to exceed 85% per contract and was closer to 95%).Maintenance quickness has slowed since the main guy retired and now you never know who and when they will get here. We had a broken lock on our front door for 4 days and were told that an a/c unit was more priority. Still waiting for them to come and unclog a couple drains. They also do not let you know when there is gonna be work getting done on or around the building. (Just today we have people on the roof)Wasp nests during the summer are terrible and nothing seemed to get done about it.Again overall not a bad place just management needs to get on the ball.*Update 10/25 - still waiting for them to unclog drains and now they have apparently misplaced our 60 day notice and wanted a return on a notice to vacate that we never received?? Really? Get on the ball management!*
