Very nice apartment building. Rooms are renovated and there is a nice rooftop lounge with a nice view as well as a small fitness room. Staff is very nice and professional. They fix things within a few hours of telling them.

I live in the building since February 2021, every request that I had was solved right away without any problems, really nice area, building is great, renovated, great experience with front desk employees, every time I need help Mr. Amar was willing to help and he is very respectful and helpful

While visiting the Dominion Plaza today I had the pleasure of meeting the absolute Best leasing team by far that I have ever encountered. I am a Host for a management company, so I deal with a lot of properties in the DMV area. Tony, Lisa, Elshadai, Amar, Amilcar all were super helpful in dealing with my concerns with the unit, explaining everything there was to know about the property and being patient with me while relaying Information back and forth to my company. I also noticed the kind and caring relationships they have with the residents. If I were to relocate to Va. I definitely would want to stay in this building.

The most catastrophic decision that I have ever made is to move here. Really unsafe and dirty place. Be ready to host mice and cockroaches if you decide to live here.

I love living here! All of the staff here are so helpful and kind. Amar, in particular, has always gone above and beyond to help me since the day I moved in. He’s definitely an asset to the company and probably the reason a lot of us stick around for as long as we do!!! The apartment building has gone through recent renovations which only adds to the charm. Maintenance is also always super responsive and has quickly resolved the few issues I’ve had. I came visited dominion plaza I came across Amar and I can say he is very knowledgeable and very aware of the product he made my family and I feel like home even though we have not lived there but the way he shows care it’s beyond interesting. Unfortunately I won’t be able to live there because I am looking for three bedrooms if it wasn’t for that definitely dominion plaza will be my home, Amar has a huge part of me feeling like that. Dominion Plaza has been an excellent apartment complex to live in, so far. Every single one of the staff members are extremely nice and helpful. Rolando is apart of the maintenance team and to say the least he is amazing! He is extremely hardworking and can fix anything in a timely manner. Even if he is not doing maintenance on your apartment he greets you with a big smile and knows you on a name to name to name basis, which makes me feel very welcome walking into my home. I had the privilege of staying in this complex for three years. I must say that I absolutely loved staying in this complex. The prices are very reasonable, and the location is very ideal. Amar Seifeldein during my stay, was very accommodating and professional. Laura at the front desk was an absolute joy and made it her business to know each tenant. Amar also showed that same level of compassion and attention to detail. I’m from Georgia, and living at this property made it feel like so had family in Arlington Va.

Pulled into Dominion Plaza to try to figure out directions. The property looked well kept and friendly. Walked into the building to get some assistance and was greeted by Bailey. She showed me nothing short of great assistance. She was incredibly kind, knowledgable, and friendly in helping me out. I was completely impressed and left feeling grateful for not being turned away and having such an amazing experience.

A great apartment complex for an even better price. Rolando from the maintenance team is always so kind and helpful with upkeep in my unit. The building is also in a great location for grocery shopping, local parks, or catching a WMATA bus.

Edit: IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR POTENTIAL TENANTS AT BOTTOMI accidentally walked in to Dominion Plaza on my way to visit Dominion Towers. I am so glad that I did! The reception I had from the staff was the best experience I’ve ever had with a leasing office. I was given a comprehensive tour of the building. The amenities such as bike storage, a pool, and business center were exceptional. The units themselves were beautiful: modern in design and aesthetic, and brand new appliances. As a matter of personal preference, the design appealed to me more than the other similar buildings in the area. The staff in the leasing office stood out the most to me, however, as they were professional, informative, and treated me with extraordinary warmth and charm. The Plaza was gorgeous to me, but I would happily rent a cardboard box if it was managed by staff such as these and I was given the same exceptional experience.Edit: Due to a technical issue with the Automated Clearinghouse (ACH) payment system I incurred multiple penalty fees. To prevent others going through the same problem: when using your routing and account number to make payments you must make sure to include the zeros preceding your account number. Most places where you can view your account information, such as in your banking app, will not include these zeros when displaying your account number. You can see them on a printed statement from your bank. Many ACH payment systems do not require these zeros in the input for the account number, but for whatever reason they are necessary when making a transaction using this system. Once I brought this to the attention of the leasing staff, they wasted no time in helping me. My high opinion of the staff at Dominion Plaza remains, and—besides the research I had to do to find out the nature of these transaction issues—I faced no further inconvenience than using a cashier’s check for the first month’s rent while the fees were removed and my online payment privileges reinstated. Shout out to Amarr for his helpful, informative, and respectful assistance in these matters!

Amar was extremely helpful during the whole process! He provided all details, straight forward, and was so patient with all my questions. Working with him gave me a sense of ease and assurance that I’m making a good decision when it comes to a new home.

I am writing this as a resident who hasnt even moved in yet. Ever since the first moment I stepped onto this property for my tour (which they accommodated ta 9am!), the customer service provided by Amar the assistant manager has been 5 star. He went over and beyond to answer all my questions and concerns also the leasing process was explained made it seem very easy. This was the best experience I had with a property.

Took a tour with Bailey, the apartments looked amazing. Looked at both the 1 & 2 bedroom options. Great views available, and the staff we met during the tour were super friendly. Saw the mock ups of what the new pool area is going to look like - fantastic!

The current Manager Amar is the most helpful person I have ever come in contact with. His professionalism and knowledge when leasing an apartment is super helpful and educational. He has brought a new feel to the Dominion plaza Apartments that makes you feel like you are truly at home.

Overall a great place! I had a few maintenance difficulties when I first moved in and happen to run into Lisa at the management office, I think she is the property manager, not sure! She politely asked what my concerns were and addressed them without delay. No more issues here.So far so good!

One of many prime examples of how many f’s this horrible building gives about its residents. This is literally the 5th time I’ve seen a car get its wheels stolen within a year in this building. Just in case you are wondering don’t expect them to take responsibility and pay for it.

Management is asking residents to rate them 5 stars - which is far from reality. The units are nice, but the building needs some work.The hallways (carpets, lights, walls) and elevators are in a terrible condition. Laundry situation is really bad too; a lot of residents with bad habits. The machines are disgusting.The building gets cleaned in the morning but gets dirty quick and remains like that. Many residents with bad hygiene.Also, Loud at night! Management has done nothing about these issues in 1 year!If they improve I will update this review.

I have lived in 5 apartment campus in the last 10 years. By far the Dominion plaza has been the best. Everyone from Amar, the assistance property manager to cleaning crew members is extremely nice and helpful. They are always willing to go above and beyond for their tenants.

I visit Dominion Plaza from time to time. I really like the vibe of this community. I especially appreciate the measures taken to prevent the spread of Covid. I had some questions about the guidelines since I was coming from out of state, and Amilcar was able to answer all of my questions. This gave me the confidence to enjoy my quick visit without the anxiety of not knowing the expectations of VA and knowing Id be in compliance.

My experience leasing with Dominion Plaza was beyond fantastic. The customer service demonstrated by Amar is something that should be taught to other community managers. We have been so fortunate to live in dominion plaza for the last 3 years, the leasing managers are very helpful and friendly especially MR.Amar he was the best.Very satisfied with the maintenance team response and services

I would advise against living here. As you can see in the photos, something (or someone?) urinated in the stairwell during the day this past Friday. Management and the front desk were notified multiple times and nothing was done. It just sat there all weekend. Stuff like this is what you come to expect as a resident here. The management could not care less. There are prime parking spaces right in front of the building entrance that have signs that say future resident parking for prospective tenants. Management and other staff just blatantly use those as their personal parking spots during the day. Oh, and for the SECOND straight year the pool did not open on time for Memorial Day weekend. Management blames circumstances beyond our control but we all know that its just disorganization. There are also multiple people living in some of the studios and one bedrooms because otherwise they would just sit empty. Its just a really bad building to live. The lower apartments have cockroaches and other vermin, a friend of mine as well as others had their wheels stolen right off their cars on the parking deck this past fall, and there was a major apartment fire last September where everyone to evacuate the building which had filled with smoke. This was really scary, and there was zero communication to residents in the aftermath or since. I would also agree with the other poster here who said that in that NO WAY are some of these recent glowing reviews legit. Management knows that they can treat residents poorly because many of them have no other options because rent is comparatively cheap for the area and they are stuck. Its sad.UPDATE: The blaming it on the temp thing is hilarious, as a friend of mine said she spoke directly to the building manager on Friday about it during regular business hours. So try again. Its just excuse after excuse for everything, all the time. Rent at your own risk.

Weve been living in this building for the last 3 years and we really like it. The prices are affordable considering the closeness to DC, many shops and restaurants 2 blocks away, the easy commute (16Y rules) and the quiet area. The apartments were renovated the last year, and there are more renovations/maintenance ongoing. The staff is very professional, all the needs are addressed at the moment and with courtesy like Mr. Amar Seifeldein and the management team. The day day-by-day is very easy thanks to the rest of the staff like the cleaning, maintenance and the front desk team. Special kudos to Ms. Laura on the front desk, she is friendly and on top of all the front desk stuff all the time, and she enforces visitors or delivery guys to sign and indicate the purpose of their visit, helping to keep the place safe; Also kudos to Mr. Rolando Robles, he is a friendly member of the maintenance team and he always performs his job carefully and quickly, once he comes and fixes something you never deal with the issue again; he also takes extra care to avoid that our dog runs away while he is working and were not in home, and when the job is done, he leaves the place free of debris. Almost a 5-star review because the building used to have a couple of security staff during the night, the area feels safe, but their presence was nice to have.
