DO NOT MOVE HERE PLEASE! Infested with roaches, rats and spiders!! Water pressure is not good on the shower! My rent went up 900+ for only one room when they told me it was $840 plus the convenience fee!! Apartment looks really old, they paint over dead spiders, under kitchen sink and restroom sink there’s nothing but spider webs... and they restrict visitors parking when there’s games!! I can’t wait for my contract to end because this is really disappointed, and also because I have a baby this is so unhygienic.

Apartments are new and newly assigned management are working very hard.Moreover rent is also reasonable. It has been 2 months since i moved in.

I have been a resident at Las Palmas apartments for 2 years. The maintenance staff does a good job. The Manager she is such an awesome person and i can say she does an amazing job. I would recommend anyone to this property.. JOB WELL DONE Las Palmas..!!!!!!!!!.

The apartment manager, Gretel, is great with her tenants. She is very helpful and prompt if any issues arrive. I would definitely recommend renting here!

DO NOT RENT HERE. After living here a few months and double checking after a few incidents this place literally enters your home with out your consent or presence. It is stated in the lease to allow them to do so as well. We had an issue with the first office lady getting us in and someone coming into the place and leaving behind unwanted items. This has happened again even after they changed our keys and my wedding set was stolen. No signs of breaking in because again they are allowed to walk in. If you want to try to be there when they do repairs youll have to clear your schedule for a week at a time just to be sure youre home when they do give a notice that theyll be coming in,which has happened three times in less than 6 months. And no you cant refuse them entry. Unfortunately the rent is outrageous and makes it hard to get out of here so I recommend not moving here. Ive posted a few photos that show just a couple of the things the fixed then never finished. And the running water in all the sinks since the update have no water pressure. And cabinets dont close because whoever renovated this apartment painted over the magnetic latches. Im gonna say again too that this place is infested with roaches like crazy.

Do yourself a favor and please dont move over here in these apartments unless you want to deal with roaches and an old apartment. The maintenance crew hardly doesnt do any work in those apartments while just doing a lot of playing around. The office staff dont care about nobody, but themselves just look elsewhere for an apartment because this place is terrible and if you do decide to move in, you will deal with Roaches, no lie.

My experience here has been GREAT! thanks to Luis for making it happen he is the BEST OF THE BEST!!! ❤️❤️❤️ I’d call him for any problem and he’s on it!! I’d rather talk to him than anyone else.

I just renewed my lease for the 3rd time and I have nothing but good stuff to say about everyone! Office ladies are always friendly in a good mood and ready to help, maintenance is quick, detailed and clean! I def recommend this place to everyone looking for a nice place without the sky-high rents.

For the majority they’re nice apts, we have had some issues but the management is nice. Only thing that we didn’t like was parking and now they’re fixing it. :) been here 2 years and that was our only complaint.

Since the new management has come aboard, its so much more calm. It was so chaotic before. Liz is so caring AND has excellent customer service! Samantha is doing great too. Been here for 6 months and havent seen the first bug. Really happy with the new staff.

Bed bugs, roaches, drugs, guns, prostitutes. New management painting all the buildings, built new patios, but has done nothing for the bed bug or roach problem. And they have raised the rent at least $100 + on all units, but have done nothing to improve the units. Many, many illegal immigrants living on property. Apartments being broke into. Garbage always laying around on the property, and tenants leaving bags of trash on patio to attract bugs and rodents. Oh, theyve changed the name now, but its the same bug infested place. I would advise strongly against moving here. There are many, many other really nice places to live for the same price or less.

They up the rent saying apartments are newly renovated but all they do is slap on a new coat of paint and linoleum floors. One of the worst places in Arlington to live. Apartments are nice. It is a quiet community. The only issue is guest parking. You have to get a visitors pass for anyone that wants to visit which makes it a real hassle if people just show up. The ladies in the front are super sweet.

Illegal car towing, no marked visitor parking, office refuses to issue more resident stickers. Office refuses to accept bill of sale and county tax registration on vehicle as valid ownership. Horrible customer service. DO NOT RENT HERE, THEY WILL LIE TO THE CREDIT BUREAU STATING YOU OWE THEM FEES AND RUIN YOUR CREDIT UPON GIVING 30 DAY NOTICE. Do not move here! It is cockroach infested and they screw you over when you move out. They charge bogus fees. They will charge you when you leave, not inform you, and then send it to collections to screw up your credit! This place is so messed up. Worst in Arlington. Save your money and your credit!

First off Im glad they are painting the buildings. But they tore all bushes down and covered several parking spots on the north side of the apartments and there isnt much parking over here anyways. Then your forced to park across the street and hope your car doesnt get broken into. I have twice now. This is why we have a security guard. Now you dont even see him no more. This place was much better without the new management in town. They dont send notices until the day of which in my opinion is not enough time for residents. They tear down satellites without permission. Are they footing the bill? NO they arent. But Ill be damn sure they reimburse me and Ill be going to city of Arlington. You cant just make up rules as you go and see fit. You want to raise the rent to 650 a month for one bedroom? Are you serious?!?! You better be upgrading every apartment then if you wanna charge an arm and a leg. You will never get the occupancy because of these roaches and bed bugs that you say is not your problem. Cant be mad at him though hes made a lot of money but its all made on the tenants expense.

TWO main worst things about this apartment is 1. roaches and lizards everywhere. when you walk in to your home and go inside bath room, lizards will be stepping your foot. You will be having a deep relationship with roaches while you are sleep or awake.2. Manager(with a glass) is just overreact everytime with your money, she is just give up her life taking money from customers for no reasons. if you think its cheap to live in, there is a reason for that, i almost paid double in 6 month.Please find another apartment or a proper APARTMENT because this place is just gonna RUIN your feeling and your precious days

**CURRENT RESIDENT HERE, HEADS UP**Ever since the new owner put these wanabe fences up on our patio area, they bumped the price up $125, just like that.-Current management is nice and friendly, compared to the previous one a few months ago. (Only good thing about this place)-U will be charged for everything separately now... water, trash, sewer and pest control, around $50+ extra (single bedroom apt) on top of ur rent. And for which, ive never seen anybody spray anything for roaches that some of these apts are infested with, no matter how clean and neat u have ur place.-I WAS TOLD ABOUT UTILITIES BEING CHARGED ASIDE, AFTER SIGNING MY CONTRACT ONCE AGAIN, NOT BEFORE. Been living here since 11 when they had affordable and reasonable prices. All that has changed.-For the $700-$1,000+ that some of us pay here, might as well rent or buy a house if ur gona pay for every utility on the side. My lease is up in a few months, or i wouldve left after the previous managment took over.-Depending where ur apt is located, ull never find a spot for ur vehicle.-Traffic here is terrible during football season and stadium events, streets are shut down and traffic jams are crazy. U have to drive ur way around all these shut down streets, it really gets annoying!-Recycle dumpster was removed and therefore, the trash dumpster is always full or overfilled.If u are lookin for apts, DONT come here!!!!-Visitors are allowed to register their vehicle only 1 time per month, so what about the rest of the times they want to come visit?? U BE THE JUDGE OF THAT.The End.

Initially this was a great place to live. However since new ownership took over and started making their rules and addendums up as they go this place has really gone down. The two girls in the office that I wouldnt even classify as being qualified to be managers are rude and fail to communicate their policies before they enforce them. All satellites were removed without notice and now we as residents are stuck paying for services we are not able to use and must pay extra to get our satellites relocated to the ground. Before my lease is up I will be looking for a new place unless management or ownership is changed again. If you come to look for an apartment to rent and Victoria or Cenevieve are the leasing agent and manager I recommend you walk back out the door as quickly as possible. They may seem nice up front, but thats just so they can meet their quota for filling apartments. Ive never been late on my rent, Ive never had complaints against me by other residents as I am sure most of my neighbors are equally as good tenants. Hopefully this place gets made into a parking lot for AT&T stadium once I move out, which I would still not trust these two women to manage.

These apartments are horrible. I havent lived here for a couple years but when I did Cindy was Manager along with her daughter. They appear to be real friendly until you sign that lease. I moved in apartment directly above office. It was infested with cockroaches, When i told management they acted as if I was lying because mother (cindy) and daughter lived next door to me and they supposedly had no bug issues. Later i started getting bug bites. Once again telling them and they blamed me for it and tried making me pay to get the problem taken care of in all our apartments saying I must of brought them. Every month they made excuses for extra fees. Cindy husband was security and they would always just sit around drinking. The son in law worked for the tow company thats why they are so strict on no visitors so they can tow cars. One day I called office to get parking pass for my friend to come over. I wouldnt be home before office closed to pick it up. I was told to just park in handicap in front of office door and their would be no tow. Sure enough they tried towing car. I ran out and stopped them but they made me pay them $200 cash to unhook my car from the tow truck, My lease was finally up and I moved out. Later to find $1000s of fees in collections. I tried contacting them several times to find what fees were for and never can speak to them. I am now stuck paying those fees which is unfair. Horrible place this place dont even deserve 1 star!!!!!

Im new to town and this location was the perfect spot for my job, my kids school and any shopping locations. Once I talked to the office staff I started to change my thoughts about thia area. Rude is putting it lightly. I started to ask questions regarding the area and when asked where are the visitors parking areas they stated they had none. Are you serious? Its like they are telling you you are not allowed to have visitors. That was a no go! Privately owned or not Im suprised they are damn near fully occupied.

Worst apartment ever. I submitted an application and it was denied but they wont refund my deposit. They are thieves. Renting here is equivalent to flushing your money down the drain. I should have read the reviews before applying.

First 6 months without any problem, after that they began to change rules every so often. When signing the lease, they were left with a price for the second year, recently I went to renew and they changed the price, 4 days passed and now they raised it even more. I do not recommend them. They dont keep their word.

Bad service, now the storm is dripping everything and they do not fix it just for the rent if they are demanding, since we enter they do not attend the faults, for me they are very old and bad conditions, pinches secretaries are just like orejonas but to leave us if They want to charge us a very expensive fine.

Completely I do not recommend this place they change managers from time to time and each time they raise the rent and lastly those who dent well goseras and also according to them they are remodeling the apartments and just put a little paint I think it was the cheapest color that they found also lived 4 years ago and they never returned the deposit of the 3 times that I moved in the same place in addition to that I always suffered because there were always superficial repairs they arrived almost every day also they get into your apartment. I work at night and once I heard someone play and a maintenance man got into me, being in minor cloths, they dont even respect that, but if they are very demanding, they give you the apartments, the last apartment we grabbed, had damaged doors, bathrooms and damaged walls, and we gave the report, but now that they have changed managers they blame us for the poor condition of their apartments and they do not charge two doors because we put extra insurance for our girls when they just put a little paint on them they want to charge the apartments according to the remodeling but it is just a little paint but when with the money they ask for and you can grab something much better than that. They are thieves always looking for excuses not to pay you the deposit.

We use to live there at the beginning of this year! Were now in May, 26,2017 & they have never give us back our deposit either the list of in what they spend the money !! We have been calling them since then but they never answer! Plus they have ALOT OF ROACHES! So if youre thinking in moving here think about it Twice! By the way the parking lot is Not Secure At allWe lived here earlier this year. Orita we are already on May, 26, 2017 & until orita they have not returned the deposit that we gave nor the list where it says where they spent the deposit money! We have tried to communicate with them but they never answer our calls! Besides that it is important that they know that they are full of COCKROACHES! So if you plan to move here, ask for it twice before grabbing it. In addition, parking is not secure!
