Ever since I have moved into this apartment complex back in April 2021. I have only received great customer service, specially from Cassandra .she helped me from the beginning to an end, she such a understanding person and always tried to help me in any way she could, she made my moving process so smooth and easy, thank you so much Cassandra, Leasing office is always is always welcoming.Overall best place to be. Any leasing office needs a person just like you in their office .

Living here has been very, very depressing. I have had problem after problem and the management from the top to the office on site DONT CARE AT ALL ABOUT THE TENANTS! The only good thing is they speak very nicely and are friendly, they will convince you they are truly concerned about your issue!! But there is never any resolve or completion to issues here! I would NOT recommend this place even to a person I hate! And I dont want any BS we would love to help response! You have never wanted to help and Im sure you wont do anything as usual!

Hated it is what gDrug calls 1 star. I seem to recall reviewing this before and find it hard to believe only 6 reviews and only corporate owner photos so likely whitewashed the web2.0 into a corp like site, including answering/replying to each post (dont bother with this). In my ~5 years there, first time back in Arlington county in 10 or so years (was in house shared in North Arlington), with a voucher transferred in, having to get utilities in my name, got a forth floor walk up after a long painful process in hcv, 6+ calls harassing about a dog I dont even have, but want to be able to, have had as a child, panhandlers in the parking lot, different systems, slow move in, eventually insects, mice, found floor boards not meeting with the wall, the steel wooled and metal flashing to try to make them meet, and signed up on a waiting list and got out of there, also a slow move/transfer... Threatened with poisoning my senior manager at company picnic that I reported, got to a detective who claimed it a joke, so little to no real policing. My vehicle totaled in parking lot, nobody saw nothin, threats from maintenance with screw driver, two tires later: mostly gangs and others want a Latino only hood/bario. Hate and reverse discrimination abound, and its at criminal levels, imo. Ymmv

Had a great time living this place I lived this place around 3 years with my 2 little kidsAll staffs are great,Manager took great care of us.. I really appreciate that.Thank you Maria ( we missed you😻)
