This apartment complex made my nephew wait for over a month and everytime there was an apparent issue with compliance, a paper, a signture, a paystub etc.. they had us running around saying tomorrow we will give you the keys and never did. Today they notify us we were not accepted. After a WHOLE MONTH and more. If I could i would not even provide a star.

Not a very welcoming 1st impression when I went for information

I am new to Mayfield Park Apartments I just want to say Thank you to Cashawna in Management you have made me feel so Welcomed She was So good in explaining everything where I understood I felt like I have always known her I believe I will have a good life here because of her! Thank you Again!

Kelly and Pace were great help. Unfortunately I was not able to get apartment there because, I made too much money. But, both of them where great help in pointing me in the right direction on where I can find apartment.

I been with this complex for five months, within the five months I have came into financial hardship. Each time they have work with me. They are all ways here and very punctual when it come to repairs. It a community that believes in giving back to the community. The complex believe treating everyone with high regards and respect. It also holds different function for the residents to get involve in that will benefit your life. It a place where you could be worry free.of the noise of the world. It safe environment. It no one that hangs out at night.There is no loud music. It a nice place to live.

I have been at the property for 3 years. The management has got horrible and disrespectful. The manager brings in people that don’t know anything. Every time I call ask a question I receive a “ I DON’T KNOW”. Recently we received a notice a woman was held at gun point on March 16th in the letter no details of what time, if the person was caught, or anything. After a year a decide to fix the gate. But it took something to happen for them to fix the gate. Dominos want deliver after DARK here. That tells you enough right there. This is a unsafe environment for single parents and children. Doors have been kicked down it is the GHETTO here and the manager don’t care. He lives in a nice house with no worries. In February I called to make sure I have a 0 balance. Was told it is 0 in march I get a letter I owe $55.00 . I call they stated I had a balance from January for 35.00 not paid it was supposedly overlooked. Than a $25.00 for trash in the breeze way. The trash if from the kids!!! I hate this place I hate the management! He is always out for sickness but if you can’t have proper staff handling the office no one needs to be in there. The only person that I would say is helpful is Tamika. DON’T MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!!!!! I plan to contact property management.

I lived there 6/13 to 5/14. It was nice place to live. The staff I found there were nice n friendly. But there was a new white staff very rude. Their fat manager very rude. After I gave move out notice, later I changed my mind to renew my lease. The manager said no. I was shocked that 2 months after I moved out, apt 328 was still vacant. They shouldnt hire such mean manager. Yes, its a nice place to live.

Very excellence staffs, they are very carrying and lovable, friendly staffs also have a smile and then ask you how are doing today. Staffs showed residents I am happy to live here.

Not safe when people throw rocks at your window and there’s no camera to catch the person. The office don’t do anything about it. I think they deserve 0 star if there’s any possible way. They should do something about the person who’s causing all these mess! No very pleasant at all and I’m very disappointed...!

Great manager and staff, if you are looking for an excellent place to live I would choose Mayfield Park!

This place seems nice. I say seems because I cant rent there since they have an income MAX. So, FYI, if you make more than 33k, you cant rent here.

So sad to say that my stay here was awful. I had pest meaning roaches from the time I moved in to the time I left. Nothing was done different from my complaint. Also the up keeps of trash around the complex was not at its best. Robberies happened but the gate by the mail never got fixed. That area over there looks nice but its a lemon I promise. The rent should be way lower for all what you will have to put up with. Stayed there for two years and couldnt wait till I got myself together to afford something better. I learned you get what you pay for I guess.
