The apartment I was shown was so different from the one I was allotted. One of the Managers showed me an apartment as same I will be leasing but during moving it was a different styled apartment which was smaller. I had to take it because I was moving from another state and had no where to go at that time! Or start the process all over again. I am dissatisfied with my current apartment.

I enjoyed my experience with Cobblestone Apartments. The Staff is Professional with outstanding customer service. When I put in a work order prompt service the same day or the next day. The environment at Cobblestone Apartments was great place to live. I did not hear no gunshots in Cobblestone Apartments. And my car never got stolen or vandalism. I did not see any type of gangs in area. My neighbors was great an one neighbor is a Dallas Police Officer who spoke often.

So I really liked my apartment AT FIRST what I didn’t like was I was so close to my neighbors and they had 2 dogs they would let pee in the bush right infront of my door. You can hear everything. I mean people talking, music, everything. It was always possums by my door which I complained about and they did nothing but asked if I was scared. Honestly these apartments are rip offs making you pay for parking and trash and will not give you your deposit back over NORMAL wear and tear. Can’t keep management also.

I just recently moved here and I’m so applaud on how Nick who is the assistant manager went above and beyond for me during my move in. He made sure I was satisfied and happy before I moved in. Now that right there showed me that he really does care about the community & the tenants. He’s very clear with the information he provides and if he doesn’t know the answer he’ll definitely go and find it. I’m glad I chose to stay here and I’m praying for a safe and comfortable stay here at cobblestone.

I’ve lived here for well over a decade, and I’ve had many mixed experiences over the years. I felt like the complex was really going downhill over the past few years, and I was ready to leave. I have lived at Cobblestone for a little over 3 years now. It is definitely a nice place to call home. The office staff (especially Amanda L. - thanks girl! 😊) is always helpful and maintenance responds quickly to emergency requests (even during a snowpocalypse!).During the last 6 months or so, they have performed many upgrades as well (painting buildings, redoing patios and dog parks, adding a playground, updating exterior lighting, etc.). There are also TONS of things to do around here (food, amusement park, water park, stadiums, etc.).Thanks Cobblestone! Keep up the great work!

I recently moved in and so far everything is going great. I still have not received my amenity cards but was told I should be receiving them this week. There are a few dings here and there in the apartment but nothing huge or too terrible. Greate technicians work in Cobblestone, and the management team tries to keep the apartments and the community in a good condition. Honestly speaking, this a nice place to call home: however, some additional/mandatory charge such as vallet trash (which is unnecessary), and a little higher monthly rent and water bill, repetitive water shut off and low quality laundry room, can be few drawbacks.

Worst apartment complex I’ve lived in! They took a vote in the office for valet trash and there were decently more ones on the white board then yes and still decided to do it! Don’t worry about trying to call the office cause they never answer unless you say to the automated system you’re looking to lease a apartment!

I have lived at Cobblestone for a year now. Never had any issues with the management or my specific apartment! Maintenance always came within a reasonable time frame (pandemic aside). The interior of my apartment was nice especially since it was redone before I moved in! Its a good layout for a 2BR and it has a lot of kitchen cabinet space. The apartment above me squeaks a bit but I understand because its an older property. The only complaint I would have is some of the residents are not the most respectful of the community. Management would email and ask over and over again to pick up after your dogs and not put furniture at the dumpsters but residents would do so anyway. I wouldnt blame the management for that because they do what they can to enforce the rules. Overall a decent place and good price! The location is great because you are near the stadiums and Six Flags but not too close so its not sure loud!

Im a long term normally a satisfied tenant, however the complex has been through several managers. Recently Ive experienced more disrespectful and unruly upstairs tenants for after hour noises, which by the way are after 10:00pm.. Vacuuming at midnight or children running throughout the unit is not exceptable when my work day begins at 6:00am and cant sleep through the night. I have tolerated it and has been brought to the managements attention. She stated if I wasnt happy that I should move instead of coming to a peaceful resolution with the noisy tenant.Trust me I will not recommend potential tenants to move here.Respectfully,A long term tenant

My tub needs to be resurfaced. It was done before but since then other work in my bathroom needed to be done. There is a tile stool in my master bathroom that needed the grout lines redone because you could see inside to the box the tiles are stuck to. The people who did the work placed all their work inside the tub, causing scratches inside the tub. Those scratches have turned into patches of the resurface paint used to be jeopardized. I asked Wendy about this and for a request to have them resurfaced again but not only am I told she is no longer with the company but the tub is still in need to be resurfaced. I have done all I can to make sure no harsh chemicals are used on the tubs to no prevail. The tubs still stain and are still peeling. I have a bathroom door that can not close properly unless you act like HULKSMASH to close it because when the carpet was replaced before I moved in, the carpet is placed to far into the bathroom preventing the door from closing properly. My master bedroom door is literally coming apart. Anyone who knows these cheaper doors that are used know that at the bottom of the door there is a spine that is used to attach both side. People are known to cut the top and bottom of doors to allow for a correct or better fit. If the door has been cut to many times the first thing to be jeopardized is the spine at the top or the bottom of the door. My bedroom door has no spine at the bottom and is allowing the door to actually separate from the front and the back. Again requests have been made for this issue and no attention has been paid to it. The office staff is horrible. They have no concern for residents in my opinion. The speak in a condescending manner. When Bridge Property Management took over after the sell of the property, they should have replaced all the office staff. The manager should have been replaced but she was not. They even brought in Laura who is horrible in my opinion. My first interaction with her was over the phone and she is simply put, NASTY. Its as if I am a peasant to her and she is Queen All Mighty. She failed to tell me that enrolling in RentPlus.com would cost me $5 per month and is not easy to withdraw from. Focus since this complex changed management has been outside. New Paint on concrete board that is well past its time. Landscaping to eliminate how much grounds the landscaping company tends. But attention to things such as my unit does not garner the newest fixtures as shown in the office are left unbothered. I am still waiting on the office to give me the Arlington City Ordinance number that actually says you can not STORE a BBQ grill on your patio. I am totally aware you can not BBQ on your patio, but not allowed to store a BBQ grill on your patio? The office does not mention an actual ordinance backing the claim up. If it is an ordinance, then again, management needed to have been changed during the sell because when the complex was owned by Arium they sure did not follow such rules. All in all I like this complex. Location is amazing. The people who live in it are great. Some people pick up after their dogs, at least the ones around me are loyal to it. A low amount of loud music. Police are rarely in the area of my apartment, I am not sure on the rest of the complex. Maintenance, if you are speaking of Jorge, he is great. Jorge you can see he takes pride in his work. He does not cut corners. And he always goes above and beyond when he is the responding Maintenance personnel. I understand he is limited to what he is allowed to do, but one would not know this after seeing the work he does. And he is a joy to talk to. The Lead, Juan, I would not trust him in my apartment doing work or even on a social call. He shows on numerous occasions he is all about saving a buck, getting out quick, very impersonal, basically a company man.

I love my apartment. I’m on the first floor. I only rated 3 stars because there are some bad things about this apartment. First off I didn’t realize I picked a apartment where I share the walkway with my neighbor and we are side by side. And my neighbors dog pees in the walkway and bushes so my doorway always smells like pee and it’s super embarrassing. Another thing the floors are SUPER squeaky you hear every step your neighbors Above make upstairs. We barely can sleep in anymore due to them always walking around. Once my 6 months up I will definitely be moving because I can’t take the pee or the noise

I have a spider problem they came and sprayed my home with RAID you buy from the store, unacceptable especially if I pay pest control every month! I have lived here for 3 years and dealt with different management. Yes, issues may have occurred but I’ve realized the company cares enough to TRY to fix whatever they can and that counts for me. They honor their residents who have continued to acknowledge Cobblestone as home. During the pandemic, the amount of support that was received was very much appreciated. There was no moment they made me feel they were turning their backs on me. The dumpsters do overflow at times, as the city of Arlington would miss scheduled days to empty dumpsters. 1st year moving here I had a dog and really that some people did not pick up after their pets, but overall i appreciate that the complex offers dog areas and bags to help clean up.

The apartment I live in nice. There are a couple of issues with the property. Recently they sent an email stating that if you leave your valet trash can outside of your door longer than a day, they will charge you a $25 fee. Which I find to be ridiculous, considering we already are paying $25 a month for valet trash that is barely being picked up. Along with us paying trash fees for the city, for dumpster throughout the facility which are ALWAYS FULL! Also, if your rent is a certain rate add about $100 or more to that due to the water and gas bill being allocated. Along with other “city” fees. Let’s not forget that they also charge a monthly $4.99 just to bill you. When I moved into the complex my main concern was a gated community but that’s out of the window, considering that gates NEVER work! They have been out of commission for MONTHS now. Lastly there are a lot of cars on the side that I live in that have been stationary since I’ve moved here which I think they should do something about. This takes up parking spots for other residents along with visitors.

I have lived at Cobblestone for over a year now. Overall I’d give it 3/5 stars - it’s not a bad place to live but there could be some improvements. The positives:1. Everyone I’ve talked to living here is nice, though most people keep to themselves as new people come and go often.2. The office staff is also nice, and generally help you when they can. However staff can be a bit disorganized at times (didn’t have keys ready when we arrived, didn’t have previously requested washer/dryer in unit.)3. Decent amenities including office/printer, a small gym, and two pools.4. Maintenance is very prompt at fixing issues.5. Have had very few bug issues, even living on bottom floor. Occasionally some ants, but that’s it.The negatives:1. It’s an apartment complex so there’s always a few bad apples that ruin it for others. People leave dog poop in the grass, bring their dogs to the pool area, blast loud music from their cars at 10 pm, and speed through the parking lot. Not all the time but it does happen.2. Occasionally dumpsters overflow and it’s pretty gross looking.3. Maintenance will not let you know they are coming in. The staff claims they will call you ahead of time but not a single time did I get notified they were coming (no call or email-nothing). Even during COVID I had people knock on my door without warning. Even when I’m at work they come in with no heads up. I believe as part of Texas law this is ok, but I find it a bit rude they don’t give you advanced notice, especially during this pandemic.4. Lots of extra fees that you don’t know about until signing the lease. Parking isn’t free under carport. You cannot opt out of valet trash which only saves me walking 50 ft to a dumpster - waste of money imo. Not sure what norm is for water around here, but end up paying at least $100/month for sewer, water, and gas (it’s an average for everyone).5. This is not a gated community as advertised. Gates have worked maybe 10% of the time I’ve been here. They seem to be constantly trying to fix them with no luck.

I love the apartment complex. My only issues are the gates and the fact that we get emails about “let us know if there are running toilets or leaking faucets” BUT you guys have sprinklers on everyday that are a HUGE waste of water because they barely even hit the little to no grass we have in the community. Since living here I have only been charged correctly once what I was told I should be paying prior to moving in and signing my lease. I feel I am being ripped off. Being charged just 49 dollars less of 200 dollars a month for water is not cutting it for me. I should have known something was up a month or 2 after I moved in and had already signed lease they ask me to list my 2 kids and sign again. That was so they can add additional charges to the water bill! Because they charge you per person living in unit. My children are 6 and 8 and dont have a job. They dont even use a whole lot of water. I see why people are constantly moving out. I moved here in Hopes of staying here for 2 to 3 years but if I want both a roof over my head and food and able to pay my other Bills I better find some where else to live fast because they are charging me 200 dollars more than they told me in would be paying a month and I live in the smallest 2 bed 2 bath unit they have. This has been the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. They have double billed on rent numerous times, they have added random charges to our statements expecting us not to go and check them. I have had to call the management team throughout my work day multiple times to get random charges taken off our account. They never answer the phone, they are off early or before their business hours are closed. We had a package stolen from the office because they just let whoever walk in their back room and take what they want relying on trust alone.Or how about the $3000 bills we received from the utilities company after we had made all our payments and just kept receiving bills months later saying nothing was ever paid- i dont know about you but seems a little suspicious and I wonder if they ever paid their bills on time.Lets also talk about the fact that we went 5 hours with no running water in the apartment AT ALL, no toilets worked, no sinks, no showers, nothing and the best part is NO NOTICE until AFTER the water had been off for 5 hours- which is probably illegal to some extent and if not illegal definitely inappropriate since you dont know who has kids and who has animals. When all is said and done, do not ever rent here. They got new management who doesnt seem to have their stuff together either. Any Maintenance requests will take at least 3 days to get fixed so you might as well just do them yourself.Needless to say- do not let them sweet talk you with a nice showing and a being able to paint your walls and so on. I’ve lived here for three years and overall it hasn’t been terribly bad. They do have roaches which is disgusting and they don’t take care. They hardly every answer the phone which is frustrating. I have to call multiple times during my work day or wait until the weekend. The assistant manager April is not helpful at all and never wants to do work. My safety was endangered and management refuted my plea for help. They knew who the person was and refused to tell me or do anything about it. When I pushed the issue, I was told “he has always been respectful and is a nice guy” and also “you invited him into your home”. Hmmm sounds like blaming the victim. I have an 8 month old daughter and I am terrified to come out of my apartment. I have changed my work hours as well. I asked to be released from my lease because I do not feel safe and the property manager Christina told me “we provide you with a place to stay, not protection”. Wow! They said if I break my lease for this, I would have to pay $1800 in fees and give a 60 day notice. This place does not care about the safety of their residents. They just want money! I’ve asked for reimbursement on all the security measures I’ve taken to protect myself and my child since they won’t do it and of course that was a hard no. I feel stuck! I just transferred to a smaller apartment three months ago because of their huge increase in rent so I really don’t have the money to just leave. But I am very worried. I’ve never seen a place that does not care about safety. This is supposed to be my home.April told me she would have the courtesy officer patrol my building more but when I reached out to him, he had no knowledge of my situation. He was helpful though. (They charged me DOUBLE this time!)I have lived here for a few years and never had a complaint, until a few months ago when new management arrived. It’s been issue after issue, problem after problem. No water for 16 hours, being “accidentally” charged double rent, my current list goes on and on... it’s a shame that new management can’t make their residents happy or even content.

Well maintained quite complex. I had a one bedroom on the third floor close to the pool for two years and for apartment living for this price i was happy. Pool was always open year round always clean. the gym was always clean and never closed. i filed two maintenance request while i lived there and before i came home from work same day it was done. office staff was always helpful and friendly when i went into the office. the gates are always broken and open. I did get multiple email through out the two years from the office about the water being cut off in the complex but never in my building or never while i was home. There are dog parks all over the complex they are always nice and clean just like the rest of the complex. There was never people waling around or hanging out in the stairs. I run and walk daily, your a quick walk to the ball park, i love the neighborhood. at move out my apartment was cleaned and perfect, even had the carpets cleaned and was still charged for carpet cleaning $89. dont know if it would have been more if i didnt but just keep that in mind. I would live here again.

This apartment is totally amazing ! You will find more bugs and cockroaches in your apt than anywhere else in your life! Water cut-off everyday ! Their staff looks nice but they actually try everything they can to steal money from you ! Maintenance is never responsive, and they charge you extremely high for utilities like trash and water! Each month at least $100 bill for water and gas for a 540 sqft 1bedroom, can you imagine that ? BTW, you dont even think of getting any deposit back after move-out. They will take all of them and even much more!! Real experience! Has move out and never come back to this ugly place again!

Your rent will be raised at least $110 every time you renew your lease and your lease will not be a full 12 months. They renew in 7 months and I also had one renew in 8 months each time my rent was raised $110 and they will lie and say your lease is shorten because of an upgrade but that wont be true. Also in addition to your rent you will be charged at least an extra $40-50 per month for gas, admin fees, garbage and water. I started at $669 the first year. A year and a half ago and currently I pay $800 in total for everything with my lease ending this month. They tried to renew my lease again to $869. Where I would be at least paying $910 a month if I renewed. And this is taking place in an apartment with absolutely no upgrades!!! But I chose not to renew. Please go elsewhere unless you only plan on staying short term. Also the gate is always broken literally for months at a time and my apartment building had foundation problems that they tried to correct but apparently didnt because I ended up with a large crack in my wall that they NEVER fixed and Ive had to have my front door repaired twice within a year and a half time period. Also the staff is rude and will try to rip you off at every turn. They are nice at first but once youve stayed for a while you will see who they really are! Also if you are moving out please make sure that you give a 60 days notice because they will charge you for everyday over 60 days and will try to rip you off with months having 31 days and some having 30 days!!!! All the staff is rude all the way up to the General Manager!!!

I think a lot of the reviews are of the few angry people. So I would like to take a second and say that these apartments are very nice and very quiet you always see staff around the establishment working they are very quick to fix repairs and any needs you may have.

You allow your workers to enter your tenants apartment without informing them when basically thats invasion of privacy. Basically money were stolen I do hope you take some action in this matter asap.Quick update. For heavens sake your employees who needs to supervise around wasnt even around to watch over and you guys kept on telling people that youd take action and yet what?More of your managers wasnt in arlington geeez thats how they handle situation?not being around? The place was amazing but your employees are the worst part of it. THE SAFETY AND SECURITY WASNT PRIORITIZE. Surely wont repeat coming again and staying too bad the employees can bring bad reputation to your business.

My girlfriend my dog and I have lived here for a little over a year. This is our first apartment experience and it has been very frustrating. Since day one, we have not had a pleasant experience.Upon moving in our apartment was very filthy and unattended to, our toilet was filthy and had urine stains all over it, our tub had debris and dirt in it, and all of our carpet had leaf litter and trash. Mind you, this was on our move in Day, so I doubt anybody had done a final walk-through before allowing us to properly move in. There were other issues found while moving in, but too many to list. The grounds and upkeep of the apartment community itself is terrible. There is always garbage overflow around the dumpsters. Nobody picks up after their dogs poop, and people have no regard to pedestrians and children, as there are always drivers speeding recklessly. We also have had cars parked in our reserved spot multiple times, even after leaving notes on their windshield letting them know, they are in a reserved sopt. There Is also a list of restricted dog breeds, yet I see pit bulls around the community- i dont have a problem with what dog you like, but rules are rules and we have a small dog. So i doubt the staff is aware of what is going on within the complex. The management randomly added a valet trash charge that we were not expecting, and yet the community is still cluttered with random garbage everywhere. The new leasing staff in the office is very unprofessional, rude, and unattentive. The maintenance crew is fine and friendly, but we had to wait almost four days for our kitchen light to be replaced, so we were stuck cooking and cleaning our kitchen using our bedroom lamps and flashlights. Finally, I dont feel comfortable or safe in the community anymore, after my girlfriends car was broken into. We reported this to the police. however the so-called courtesy officer wasnt very helpful in this situation. The leasing staff was not very helpful either, as they didnt show any sympathy or concern for our safety and well-being. I called the office first to report this incident, but it seemed like they did not care, and told me just to call the police- which is understandable. Later, My girlfriend made a follow-up call to also report them just as a courtesy, but the staff member only asked for our apartment number, said thank you and clicked on her.Yeah, sounds like yhe staff really cares about us...I understand not everybody has the same apartment living experience, but this is my personal experience. Im a regular person with an honest job and so is my girlfriend. But I wish I wouldnt have settled at this community for another lease term.

Guard Your Wallet. if you are financially stable Do Not Move Here. lots of delinquencies here and will try to make up for it through Your Wallet. my elderly mom, who lived alone, paid $1,665 for one month and 6 days rent for move out. when we handed in the keys sunday, woman behind desk claimed another $667 owed. she balked and scoffed and refused to pay.

I’ve stayed in this apartment complex for almost two years now! First I would like to acknowledge the fact that the front desk employees are very rude. When entering the front office area to put in a request that we already put in TWO MONTHS prior...one of the employees looked at us and told us she would be right with us and went straight to her office and closed the door. We waited at least 15-20 mins to even be acknowledged by another employee who ended up helping us. Next we’ve put in three different request for three different things to get done in our apartment within the last 3 months now and only ONE thing was tended to!!! The apartment employees are not professional AT ALL...I’ve stayed in multiple apartment complexes throughout my lifetime and this is by far the worse apartment complex I’ve ever stayed in. Also, they have horrible pest control...from spiders, to roaches, to unknown pest I’ve never even seen before has entered my apartment multiple times! Having a newborn on the way in the condition my apartment is in and lack of maintenance that I’ve faced is severely terrifying! Who wants to live in fear when you should be comfortable in your own home! I would NOT recommend anyone to stay here...not even my worst enemy!

If I could give it a -5 I would. It’s been a headache since we first seen the property a year ago! We were told and promised something totally different. We had to ask for new carpet because you could smell urine soon as you hit the floor. We’ve put in multiple orders to have the tub fixed in our apartment still not done! Had a bathroom toilet that would keep running water wouldn’t start took maintenance over an hour & thirty minutes to come out which made our water bill even higher had a sink leaking we were told it was fixed & it still leaks! Now our lease is up and we are trying to move and they are hold the rental information hostage wth!! We have to be out in a week and still our new apartment is waiting on the office who keeps saying it’s been sent fax! Don’t let the outside view fool you!

I currently live in these apartments and if I can help it I refuse to sign another lease. I was quoted $200 more than what I pay now which is $958 to go month to month. Im doing month to month until I find another place. Most places if you do month to month only require a 30 day notice but this lovely place (not really) requires 60 days... that is insane its likes theyre trying to trap you or take extra money. From the time we moved in we dealt with bugs... roaches, fire ants and sugar ants, wasp and spiders. When we first moved in they were so slow to respond to work orders I will admit they respond fairly quickly now. The staff is nice and the grounds are clean but the bugs in the apartment are awful. My former downstairs neighbor lived in the complex s couple of years in two different apartments and had the same complaint about the bugs. It doesnt matter the exterminate weekly theres still bug, may go away for a minute but theyre sure to come back. This place is a rip off.. 60 day notice on a month to month.. insane... if Ive convinced 5 ppl not to rent here Ive done my job! Please take my word and previous post...bugs, bugs, bugsUpdates in the apartment are greatThe gate is usually always broke

These apartments are most definitely not what they say they are.The beautiful pool is hardly ever open on big holidays its been closed the last couple of 4th of julys. They send multiple emails every week about needing to come into your apartment for random reasons all month long.THE rent is never what you agreed to pay after all of their fees and utilities you literally end up paying about 200$extra a month and THE BREAK INS are ridiculous.

I lived here for two years and it started off pretty well. However, once new management took over all went downhill. The gates hardly ever worked and maintenance of the grounds fell apart. The people living in the community could never put things in the dumpster or made them fill up, with garbage spilling onto the ground. All this made the complex look like some low class housing area. The biggest thing (as I noted in many other reviews) is that management added random charges to my statements, expecting me to not check them. I had called and emailed the management team several times to get random charges taken off my bill, or at least an explanation. I made every utility payment on time, but management kept charging for past months and just demanded payment. This is so suspicious and ridiculous. After I moved out, duplicate months of utilities were charged, even for the months my lease did not cover. Again, no explanations from them until they came after me with some horribly rude debt collecting company with threats and extreme pushiness, but no explanations. When all is said and done, do not rent here. It may seem alright for a little while, but you will soon see the sketchy financial situations that will end with them overcharging you without cause or explanation. Not to mention the nasty areas around the complex. I couldnt wait to get out of there.

This complex is unclean!!!! Everyone who wrote about roaches is telling the absolute truth!!! Pest control will spray every week, but there will still be bugs!! Shoddy, so-called upgrades that are not worth the inflated rent amount!! Trash is piled outside of dumpsters. Keep your money! Dont waste your time even looking here!!
