Overall, I really loved living here! Like every living situation, there were a few cons, but lets start with the pros:- The staff, both office and maintenance, were always friendly and eager to help!- All maintenance requests were handled quickly and with excellent communication.- The location is quiet and safe, with a police and fire station a couple blocks away.- Veterans Park is RIGHT across the street, which is amazing if you have a dog or like to play frisbee golf.- The common areas areas were well maintained and clean.Cons:- The building itself (at least on my side) is older and does have some age related issues, such as poor insulation and worn appliances - BUT maintenance fixed every serious issue quickly.- My apartment did not have washer and dryer hookups, like the listing stated.Despite this, I would say the pros outweighed the cons. I enjoyed my time here and the staff made me feel welcome from before I moved in until even after I moved out!

I have lived here for 3 years. Location is top notch, grounds are quiet and well kept. Have had a few issues with a/c during the summer time, but maintenance has always been quick to repair any problem. Great place to live

I’ve been here almost a year. The staff is professional and nice, the grounds are nicely landscaped and well kept. It is quiet most of the time, and there are good people living here. I really like where it is. We’re between two nice parks giving us a rural look and feel. This is no ghetto. I like that I have a view of the park and trees out my window. I’ve seen some ‘upscale’ apartments that offer views of a parking lot and the back of a Walmart. Why would anyone even consider those? I’m very happy to be here and have no immediate plans to go anywhere else.I gave only four stars because I had a maintenance issue this week. It was resolved, and in a fairly timely manner. It’s just that one of the maintenance guys (I won’t drop a name this time) was a little less than polite. I asked him a few questions and he was almost a bit snappy with me. I don’t feel like I was being demanding or rude with him. Maybe he was having a bad day. But if it happens again I will be addressing it more directly.

Move in has been exceptionally easy and great! The reception and managers have been extremely accommodating, efficient, and most of all friendly!My apartment was very nice and clean with no outstanding repairs waiting for me! I look forward to living here!

WONDERFUL! What a wonderful place to live! Wonderful floor plans for singles, couples or small families. The Apartments have wonderfully treed and landscaped grounds and walking sidewalks. Two Swimming Pools to accommodate the Residents. The Ladies at the Complex Office are the Greatest and all Three are knowledgeable to meet the needs of every Resident! And the large Veterans Park just across the street for outdoor activities, jogging and walking paths to expand your outdoor activities.

Lived here three years, I only call maintenance for things I can’t do myself. This time I called them for something I could have done myself, if I had the right paint color. One of my interior doors had a large chunk of paint come off. I figured just needed someone to come in scrape off the rest of the loose paint and give it a fresh layer of color.Instead the painter applied plaster to even put the damage before painting it. Now my door looks damaged under the paint, and the painter didn’t even cover all of the plaster with paint.

I love living in Cinnamon Park Apartments. Management get things done immediately, especially when you have a complaint and I appreciate that the most. Also I’m not just a tenant in apartment #000, but I have a name. Every time I contact the office everyone is always courteous.If I was petty, I would give 4 stars only because there seems to be a break in communication between the tenants and maintenance. I totally understand that things has to be repaired but if you have to turn off something that I use throughout the day I deserve a warning. But in spite of I give 5 stars because maintenance is still awesome. There was an incident where the electricity line was cut (by an outside company I won’t mention names)and left us without power for pretty much the whole day. But maintenance kept us informed even after office hours.To the maintenance guy (sorry I don’t know your name) I see you and appreciate you.I don’t want to forget the property crew that keeps place clean, shout out to you too.Thank you all for your hard work.

I loved living here!! The staff were always nice and easy to talk to, the apartments are well kept and quiet. The best apartments I’ve ever rented, and I’ve rented a lot. I would come back here if I ever needed to go to an apartment again. Perfect place for a family and perfect location.

Calm, beautiful place to live directly across from Veterans park!

This is literally the best place I have ever lived. The office staff and maintenance and super friendly, the grounds are clean, and the amenities are wonderful. It’s surrounded by parks and walking trails and in a convenient location. I have the friendliest neighbors and my apartment is in excellent condition. And anytime I have ever had a concern or maintenance issue, it was addressed immediately. I can’t recommend this place enough!

We lived here for two years and the best aspect of these apartments was office management staff. Kelly and Angie were always so helpful and understanding, and if we had any issues they were on top of it. The complex itself is older, but maintenance staff is quick with requests. The complex is right along Veteran’s Park.This area was safe and quiet.

I have lived here for almost 3 years. Apart from owning my own home, I cant imagine ever living anywhere else. The staff here is fantastic and maintenance responds quickly to any problem. Its very quiet safe affordable. I highly recommend living here.

I live in Cinnamon Park for 5 years no complains. Mrs. Peggy is like anyone she has her days but she is a beautiful person once you get to know her. She and the other staff members are awesome. If I had to live another apartment property this will be my first pick.

Been here about 2 months, and am impressed with how quickly the maintenance staff responds to requests. Great, quiet location across from a beautiful park. Removed from traffic, but still close to shopping. Older apartments, but they are well kept. Staff is friendly and courteous.

I have lived here for about 3 years. Overall, it is a good apartment complex. I love my apartment. I love the location. The staff are wonderful. It is usually quite. The only issue I have is with discourteous dog owners who dont pick up their animals waste even though Cinnamon Park has provided animal trash receptacles and bags all over the complex.

You can find better apartments for way cheaper. There’s nothing exactly wrong with the units, just way overpriced for the quality.I gave it 1 star because the office staff is very, very rude. Like unnecessarily rude. I lived here less than a year because they made it so difficult.

This is the very best place to live!!! Angie, Peggy, and all others on staff are the absolute best!! They are always ready to help in a friendly and professional manner, and can answer any questions I have asked.

Cinnamon Park is very convenient to shopping. It is in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. Cinnamon Park has an excellent maintenance and administrative staff. We love living here. - 5 stars

Lived here for about a month, and very pleased with everything so far. Location is great, areas quiet and residents are friendly. The staff is helpful as well and gets things done quickly.

I am very disappointed this year, my rent took an $80 hike. We are not even having a pool party. Was told its not in the budget. We werent asking for brisket, hot dogs chips and dip would have been fine. This is an event to meet neighbors you wouldnt normally meet. Heck whats that cost even at $150.00 to $200.00. I am sure some one has a radio so no DJ. With the hikes in rent you should make this happen.

Its a very safe place to live. The staff is friendly and very quick to respond to any maintenance requests.

I was a visitor and needed to wash my clothes. My friends told me to go get a laundry card from the office and so I have one. I told the service desk (Kelly) just that. She told me they needed cash only and it had to be in 5 dollar bills. Me thinking I want more credit than 5 dollars I took a 10 dollar bill. She tells me that it HAS to be a physical 5 dollar bill or the machine wont except it. So I go and come back for what she says only for her to tell me that I cant have a laundry card because Im not a residence. I told her it was rude of her to have me doing all these things for her not to help me, and she told me it was rude of me to even talk to her. This lady is a serious racist and wouldnt ever want to do anything to do with her ever again.

Peggy Rupert office manager is very disrespectful and manipulative with billing. Move out fees and water bill should be criminal theft. Smelly sprinklers and mud everynight, even when raining. All puddle compact parking. Lots of fine print. Peggy changed policy in middle of lease the charged us. RUN FROM THIS GHETTO.

I visit family here. I will say that the sound dampening is pretty dang good considering the age of this place.
