If I could leave 0 star I would rudest people ever no organization at all the manager is even worser pretty much shows you she not interested in your services or helping you in your needs. I would never come back to ask information for an apartment STAY AWAY LOOK ELSEWHERE (oh by the way the apartment are very dirty and not taken care of at all )

The management has no manners all the maintenance people do is sit around and do nothing all day and will fine you for everything as if they where nice apartments

They are very unprofessional.... I called and came by for a week to check on an application and no one answers ... they take multiple lunches.... after being denied I said ok Im on my way to get my money order the lady said ok and then when I arrive she had left and I literally jumped in my car while talking to her... I ask maintenance to call her and he pretended to and said she will be back in an hr... I came by earlier in the day n no one was there... n Im sitting outside and all u wast is my refund ... she knew I was coming from and knew I was coming... I been trying to call corporate office and everything... this is not right

Outstanding customer service from the apartment office! Lived here for 4 years, and never had any complaints! On site staff is marvelous, office staff was always rapid and eager to attend all of my necessities concerning my home. What also amazes me is that this complex fumigates constantly, with their own pest control company. Repair issues are always a top priority for this apartment complex, very quick and efficient!

My grandparents have 7 years living there. Maintenance always takes care of her apartment, they are very professional, and always helpful specially with seniors. That’s why my grandma is staying another year. Office staff is friendly, And they translate stuff for my grandparents when I’m not able to.

I dont recommend this place I leave i live for 3 years there thanks god I move but the apartments are dirty and have rats and others animals please dont rent in this place

Do not rent here this was the worst experience of my life . DONT RENT HERE . It is a waste of time. They are beyond unprofessional and you will never get ahold of on site staff since the number directs you to a call center where somehow they cant contact on site staff.Dstaff.DONT RENT HERE!!!!!

Applied there over a month ago. Got denied because of my credit history, was told they was going to send me a check for the administration fee of $125 and I would get it in 3 weeks in the mail. It’s been WAY longer than 3 weeks and they can’t tell me why I haven’t gotten it yet! Oh and I’ve called every single day over like the past 2 weeks and never got in touch with anyone in the office except on Saturday’s! So glad I did not rent from here but I do need my money!!!! Very unprofessional

Terrible service

Lived there for years, everybody is nice and it’s nice outside never trashy, never bad. We always played and had fun.

I have no issues, I come home and go inside my apartment. My AC broke down and was fixed by the hat man. The way towing is done is different, but not impossible to understand. Over all I am happy, the office is friendly.

Yes well i have too say there has been a huge improvement reguarding this complex. Im not going to lie that ive been looking for somewhere else to move. This is almost my 3rd year living in this apartments. Laundry site is great. The girls at the front are great as well. I havent had a problem with anything regurading appliances or A/C for almost a year already. i dont like is water bill payment includes fumigation, && they havent fumigated since october of 2017. Price to live here is pretty affordable.!! && my reason for wanting to move is this dam kids. Who mess around by breaking windows. && talking back to adults. Messing around with cars that pass through. Im talking bout 15-17 year old guys. Who half of their group dont even live in this complex. But just attack ppl for the fun of it. Went from 1 star to 4 star review.
