I was on the hunt for a apartment today and gained a friend! Nickolas was extraordinary! Super friendly, very knowledgeable, and very personable. He understood my request and was able to meet them and more. I felt so welcomed and would recommend these to anyone looking.
You will have a hard time ever getting a response from management, I had to email 3 times and it took 2 weeks to get a response and that’s a pretty typical scenario. My AC has been out for 2 days, I put in an emergency request and they didn’t get back to me for 3 hours, it was unsafe for me and my pet to stay there but they didn’t fix my AC since I wasn’t home. It is currently 91 degrees inside my apartment but because it’s 75 outside it doesn’t constitute an emergency. I already have all my windows open, and it’s still 91, what am I supposed to do, sleep outside? They have also charged me two security deposits a month apart for some reason like I’m not going to notice an extra $1000 on my statement. Unorganized, unresponsive, highly suggest you choose somewhere else to live.

Do not apply here, they will not email/call you back. I paid $250.00 for the application/admin fee, and have heard nothing back. I have tried calling several times, emailing, and leaving voicemails. I even signed up to do a tour and I got an automated text message saying I was set for a tour. I drove over 45min and when I got there the office was locked and nobody was answering the phone. They are just taking peoples money without considering them for an apartment. I am filing complaints trying to get my money back currently, so save yourself the headache and find a place with a more professional and reliable staff.
I am surprised by the other comments that my neighbors have the same problem as me but the manager doesnt care. These apartments A/C are not strong enough to lower the temperature, especially if you live on the second floor. The apartments sizes are very small still A/C doesnt work. They told me to buy curtains and stop cooking so your place gets cold. Isnt it my basic right to cook in my apartment and eat?!?!? So, no matter what your temperature is set to, its always 82 F. ALSO, many times it happened that they shut the water or the hot water cause they have some kind of maintenance but they dont let you know beforehand. How many times do they have maintenance?!?!? They make the exterior beautiful and clean for new renters but they dont care about your problems as a resident.
Nikki and Christina are absolutely wonderful!! They were both swift in helping me move quickly due to an issue at a different complex. The aspen court complex is clean and well manicured with very beautiful apartments that feel like home and new renovations around the complex. The neighbors are wonderful and very nice. I’m so glad I found this place!!
Just going to echo what others have said here recently as a warning to potential renters: if you want an already stressful situation like renting/moving to be even worse, try to rent from this place. I put in an application a couple of weeks ago, paid over $200 in admin/application fees and have been left hanging while they have my money and I need to move. Ive called daily, left at least a message per day, even emailed the property manager and they wont get back to me. The two times I actually was able to reach someone over the last few weeks of this process, they did seem nice, but I was told they couldnt help me and to call back. Maybe this is just one of those places you have to be there in person? Either way, its made for a lot of stress for someone like me who is trying to move from a different area. Plus, its just bad business to take someones money and not actually provide them with any service or at least pick up the phone and tell them whats going on.Anyways, save your time, money and energy. Moving is tough and this place will not make it any better.
Honestly don’t even waste your time with this apartment complex. Before moving here I saw positive reviews, turns out they’re all fake. The customer service is so poor, no one ever answers the phone, no one ever gets back to you regarding your issues. You will constantly have to go in the office every month for the same issues from the previous month. Also, when you go in the office no one can ever help you as well. Theres always new employees in and out. No one ever knows the correct information besides the main manager, & everytime I go in she’s barely there. They also don’t have a property manager to speak to regarding all these issues. So corporate will have to be contacted. Your AC will never work, the temperature never stays on the thermostat temperature. They always blame it on the “heat”. I’m sorry but other people’s apartments I go to their AC is always working properly regardless of the heat! My last apartment stayed on the thermostat temperature regardless if it was 102 outside. If you go into the leasing office you’ll see that even THEIR own AC dosent work. The apartment is outdated and old and they need new systems but don’t want to spend the money on it. They also don’t tell you about all the extra expenses you’ll be paying for. You’ll be paying about $40 a month for trash. They also charge you gas for using hot water. I was never told this before signing the lease. Go put your hard earned money into an apartment complex that treats you like a resident & don’t have to go through consistent issues.
Ive retracted my once positive review, now negative as the people that USED to work in the leasing office actually got the job DONE. Nikki and Christina are the absolute WORST. These reviews that praise them (and looks like theyre praising each other too) are nothing more than just their friends leaving reviews for them. I WELCOME those reviewers to prove me wrong, and say that they actually LIVE here. I MISS Jessica, she actually responded in a timely manner when I would call or send an email for a maintenance issue. Now Im lucky to even hear back without having to call the property management directly for something to actually get done. I legit REGRET renewing my lease with this place now. Ive been very impressed with the smooth transition of the recent change of property management, the new manager, NIKKI, has been very responsive, efficient, knowledgeable and caring. she has been running the office by herself and doing a great job of it as well. A credit to her company.Management team Nikki. P (Manager) and Bernice (Leasing Agent) are very nice, helpful and knowledgeable.Eric. A/C not working for 2 weeks no cold water for 3 days hot water is 110°f cant take baths this is ridiculous !!!!
Terrible customer service I called for two weeks straight after submitting my application with no answer. When I finally got someone to pick up the phone they never had any information and always said they would call back. They haven’t called me back at all yet. The girl that answered the phone stated she was new and didn’t know the answers to my questions and that she would call back never did. I also spoke with Levi through email who was responsive when I was inquiring about the availability but failed to reply to anything after I applied. I lived in the property in 2013-2014 and the last management team and leasing team was very responsive and professional. They should have kept them.
I toured the property last week and it was very clean and the staff was very nice. I cant wait for me and my roommate to submit our application.
Nikki is doing an amazing job managing the property on her own. With the lack of support she’s is not only managing the property but is also doing the leasing and filling in on some of the other jobs on the property. She was dealt a bad hand is doing her very best to undue what was done by prior management.
Its a nice quiet place to live, great access to freeways. Thats great all way around for trying to getting around.
Small community, quiet, location is perfect. communication needs improvement, i’ve called and emailed regarding something important and never heard anything back.

When I put in a maintenance request most times its fixed within the day. I needed a part once In which it had to be ordered. When it arrived my appliances was repaired.
The apartments are in a great location. The outside is pretty and there’s not much noise. Management is super nice and any problems I have had have been tended to right away.

Be prepared to be charged a fee for everything under the sun. The price looks good, the place looks nice, but they keep it that way by hiding fees everywhere. The management is rude, and if you get a pet they will charge you through the roof. Dont live here

Overall horrible experience. They advertise a $200 move in special directly on their website and I was told 3 different reasons why I was supposedly ineligible of receiving it. The lies were back to back and then I was told to take it up with their corporate office because theres nothing they could do. They charge a $131 non refundable fee or $750 deposit (everyone knows you never get your entire deposit back) regardless of how good your credit may be. Then theres also a huge administration fee thats nearly $300 even though everything is online and in reality the admin isnt doing anything except showing the property and sending you emails. Lastly, the worst part of it all is I was showed one apartment which I really liked and was told that apartment was available and given a price for that exact apartment. I made sure to ask several times will it be this exact apartment or atleast on identical to it. My questions were all answered with a yes of course. Then when its time to sign my lease they tried to force me into a different apartment with lesser amenities while lying and saying they followed up with me to confirm the change and that never happened. And on top of this they tried to charge me more money for the apartment they showed me after already sending me documentation with pricing and everything. Dont move here unless you want to deal with unprofessionalism and hidden prices. The ladies that work there are nice and respectful, but the way the run things is terrible. Not worth the hassle

I really enjoyed my time here. Wish it was closer to my workplace, I would have stayed. The leasing agent, Jessica P., is such a friendly and outstanding person. Always helpful and makes sure everything I need gets handled quickly and with ease. Best management I’ve ever encountered and trust me, I’ve lived many places and dealt with many personalities. Management people makes a HUGE difference in whether your stay is positive or negative in any environment and Jessica surely makes everyone feels like a family in this community.
We had been looking all over the mid-cities for a great apartment. We just passed by aspen court by chance and loved the curb appeal. The property manager Ricardo was very welcoming polite, he made us feel right at home. We took a look an apartment and fell in love we couldn’t be happier with our decision.
The Staff is Amazing. Kamri really helped make the process smooth and easy. It’s been almost 6 months and I’m still in love with these apartments. I would highly recommend.
Update. This place is a complete dump. My a/c has gone out for the 2nd time in the past 8 months. These apartments are trash.Do not move here unless you want to put in new maintenance request every 3 weeks.I have never had to put in so many maintenance request. I have put in 10 maintenance request and havent even been here a year. Maintenance does the bare minimum on repairs. Apartments are well kept on the outside but inside the units are poorly repaired. Cant wait for my lease to be up and will not be renewing. Management is unprofessional and seems to have no concern for residents.
The maintenance staff is awesome! They are very attentive and professional and work hard at getting the job done right the first time.
Ive enjoyed residing here for years! The only thing I am not in agreement with is the valet trash service fee. I didnt want it nor do I use it so why be charged for it. Other than that, staff are very friendly and courteous and they keep lines of communication open and keep the property clean.
I was there for a year and the my experience was extremely smooth and pleasant, Jessica was great in explaining the lease I was agreeing to and very helpful in answering all my concerns. Any issues I had (Seldom as they were) Ricardo would handle in a speedy and very professional manner. Anyone looking for a place in the DFW area or near Dallas this is a great place to look into. 5 stars.

I have lived in this complex the past 7 years and the staff has been great. There have been a few issues over the last year that wasn’t too pleased about. But overall it has been a wonderful experience

I have recently moved into this apartment property and I could not be happier. The grounds are well-maintained and clean. The staff is very helpful and professional. Jessica and kamrii in the front office have been very considerate at every turn and have been knowledgeable at their job. They made the moving in process very smooth and without any difficulties. TAVARES in the maintenance department has been very professional and very efficient in the resolving the issues that Ive had. Hes a very hard worker and also very keen on completing the tasks at hand. I do recommend this place wholeheartedly.✌️👌
I recently moved to this lovely place, almost a month. The management is more than great! My respect and appreciation for the whole staff. You can see the Maintenance guys doing something during the whole day, they are very hard workers, in my case I can talk about responsiveness and readiness of Tavares, however the other boy is a hard worker too. The office ladies are polite and care about the residents’, they organize entertainment activities for us.My apartment is sooo cute! I love it. No bugs 🕷 or roaches, thing that is vital to me. Here everything works properly. I only would like that little things that are old be replaced, however I understand that this is a matter that involves the ownership. The apartments are safe and the area is quiet so far. Lot of entertainment on the surroundings.If things keep the way they actually are the Aspen Court Apartments at Arlington will be able to compete with most famous Texan resorts!!! 😂😍I’m very glad with my choice. Love living here, thank you, thank you!!!
Update to my review of Great location, Great office and maintenance staff...I would give a 3-star rating because of the following issues: Constant Pest issues despite doing my best to keep my apartment clean, spraying my own Pest control spray, and having a Pest control professional coming on a regular basis; My apartment was skipped at least 1 time by Pest control and my Pest issues continue to be a major problem, which may cause an early move-out. I would like to speak with Management about my continuous Pest issues for a resolution to my continuous Pest issues.

Me and my husband was looking for a good apartment for us and its our first apt and one of the ladies her name I will not give out due to privacy but she was very helpful and even worked with us to move in on April 9th. So far we are loving this place. The pool is great and the maintenance is great on getting everything fixed right when you call it in. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone
I had the opportunity of living at this apartment complex. I must say, Kamrii was very helpful, but Jessica Pedraza made our lives so much easier and stress free. Jessica provides us with all the info we needed and showed us great hospitality. I’ve recommended Aspen Court to multiple friends and will never have enough good things to say about their staff. From maintenance all the way up to VaSean, the Property manager, Aspen Court is CLEAN, AFFORDABLE, SAFE, and the FRIENDLIEST group of members you’ll ever have the pleasure of doing business with. I visit this property with future intentions of moving. The reason why i gave 5 stars was not the property itself because i dont currently live there but for the leasing agent Kamry. She was awesome! Greeting was immediate. Very attentive and knowledgeable of the property. Provided all information without rushing through. Offered refreshments. Very polite and energy was upbeatp. My experience was great just from her alone!
I’m not even fully moved in yet but I appreciate the time Jessica in the office took time to help me get applied! I was so stressed trying to get things set up for my roommate and Myself and she willingly helped me through the process. It put me at ease and she did it without hesitation/ agitation.
Quiet apartments. Neighbors are nice and keep to themselves. HOWEVER my AC broke 3 time in the year I lived there. When I moved in they had pest issues little roaches EVERYWHERE. I called for pest but it was like I was playing tag with the neighbors on where Roaches lived. Then I had millipedes everywhere closer to winter. Seriously ridiculous. Other than that decent place. Fix your pest issues and I’ll move back in. Also rent is low but water and all that increase rent about $120
Update as of 12/29/2017 I woke up this morning to my car being broke into, therefore I will be looking for some where else to stay. I was suppose to move into a new apt but I will not be there for long. I give it 1 star because of that even my visitors had their car broken into.Other than that staff & maintenance were always polite & nice I never had any issues with my apt. I was here for 2 years and loved it. I just wouldnt stay down stairs cause the people above you walk hard & I barely got sleep
I stayed in Aspen Court for 2 years. Management has changed since I intially moved in. Never had any major issues. The office is always willing to help when needed, no matter how busy they are. Amber is great if you have any questions or concerns.
I really enjoy living here, sure, some people have had issue w/ fees; trust me, there was other issues on their end, Im sure. If you pay your rent on time and are a responsible tenant, youll love this place, as well.
Can’t wait for my lease to be up. They will charge you for anything even when it is their fault. Then will talk to you like you don’t understand. This place is a joke and the people in the office are a joke.Update: I had never met the property manager before and she did a great job explaining the situation to me. She was nice and understanding and we were able to resolve the issue. Still not fond of the girl in the front desk but happy everything was taken care of.
Hello I do not have a view about this apartment but I am thinking about moving into this complex very soon. I really need a honest opinion about these apartments and the management staff. I prefer not to hear from the front desk management about how well they are i need to hear from actual residents with a name or a photo so i know its a resident and not the front office pretending to be a resident. If anyone can help me on my decision to move here I would be very thankful as moving into a place is so hard because the management pretends to be so friendly in the beginning.Thanks so much to whom ever helps with this.
This complex has access to nearby grocery stores, I-30, AT&T Stadium, Restaurants, Globe Life Park, and more. Great location, Great office and maintenance staff. Could not ask for more.
Update: Ac broke for about the 50th time after getting “fixed” more then once. Absolutely terrible. Its safe to say DONT RENT HERE! Especially if you like to have no ac on the most hottest days and wake up sweating in the middle of the night.They send emails to residents to give 5 star reviews for a “prize”. Dont trust the fake 5 star reviews.
Worst apartment living experience, this community is managed by Bell Properties,one of the terrible companies out there. These lot do not care about their residents only thing that matters is corporate intranet and saving money. The utility bills are extremely higher at this community. Water, trash and gas bill $100+ per month for a 2 bedroom apartment and 2 occupants. We had major bug infestation problem, I have never seen so many different types of bugs in my whole life. DO NOT RENT HERE, wouldnt want anyone to go through the horrendous experience as we did.
First of all horrible management, VaSean is nasty individual, who lacks basic morals and respect for others. Everything in the apartment is old and outdated, they have done some cheap cosmetic updates. Every month something breaks down, the A/C, the washer dryer, Microwave? Water and trash charges are extremely high. Majority of the neighbors are undesirable..Rent somewhere else if you can.
So incredibly disappointed. Was charged a $75 Fee for their Online Payment system error and if I didnt pay it I would be charged another $15 each day that it wasnt paid. :/ Sounds super sketchy too me and I wouldnt recommend anyone living here with that kind of ridiculous fee.I did read a review of someone else who had experienced them charging high fees unnecessarily but I figured if I just do everything I am supposed to I wont have to worry about it. I was wrong, they found a way.What a way to welcome a new resident to the Bell Apartment Community.
I have truly enjoyed living in these apartments and I believe its mostly due to the maintenance and office staff they get things done promptly and they always seem to be in a great mood I truly appreciate them
One of the best apartment in arlington area
It was great when we moved in but after only a year of living here the husband and I were desperate to leave. Crime shot up like mad and nice neighbors all moved out and were replaced by rude loud peeps.
I just called this place and the woman who answered was very rude! True enough I will not be moving into a new apartment until 6 months after the date and I asked her how much was the apartment going for like if she could give me a price and she goes I cant. SERIOUSLY? Someone is inquiring about these apartments and you tell me you cant?? And on top of that she kept over talking me and that was really getting on my nerves. I will never be calling these apartments back just because of her!
I’ve been a resident for 3 years and so ready for my lease to be over and move tf out ...valet trash sucks you still be charge even if you dont want the service .. it’s summer and pool it’s been close for almost a month already and you call to ask when are they gonna re-open and they don’t know ....

The Administration staff is unkind and does not have a vocation for service. At the time of signing the contract they told me the monthly amount to pay and the first month and the following months they charged me a fee called city expenses which was gradually increasing. And the apartments are like cardboard. Every time you walk the floor looks like its going to fall. One star is a lot
Very good apartment complex, intimate, quiet, good neighbors and very fast and efficient responses from the maintenance team. The office team collaborates and helps efficiently, always with good treatment and a smile. If I could, I would not give stars the worst place to live, besides the rude staff and as if it were not enough, they arrive at your apartment with an unpleasant attitude, shouting and saying that you have to do !! They say they are going to solve the problem and only make it worse.
