They are doing really good job.I just moved in here almost a month. All the staff is awesome!!! They are very helpful, patient and polite. I am not familiar with the apartment system, and they are helping me go through every step by step. Another, I put the noticed for maintenance on the fist day I moved in, they came and fix in about a week later (not an emergenc). Totally, this is a very nice place to live. And I really like it!!
Shirlington House is hands-down the best bang for your buck apartment complex in this and surrounding neighborhoods of Arlington. Updated and open-floor-plans; extremely clean and pleasant common areas, including the trash room which is cleared out consistently. Even the outdoor premises are clean and well-groomed, considering there are multiple dog owners in the building. Most importantly though, the staff are extremely accommodating. I have had multiple interactions with Troy, specifically, who is constantly a pleasure to talk to and is always helpful, above and beyond.
Excellent Customer Service!!!!!!!!Troy Thomas was such a pleasure to meet and work with as I was transitioning to prospective tenant all the way to my apartment keys being placed into my hand by Troy himself. He made me feel very comfortable and right at home from the very start while touring the building. He made the process very easy and painless (which means a lot to me because this is my first apartment). Troy truly went the extra mile and is sooooo genuine. These qualities are such a rarity in customer service, but especially in hospitality and commercial settings. I am beyond pleased with Troy’s service in helping to make my moving experience so seamless and pleasant. If you are looking to go on a tour or looking to move to Shirlington House, request Troy and he will exceed your expectations! I’m so grateful!!!!!
I recently moved into Shirlington House and I only have good things to say. Troy was helpful every step of the way and made sure we were taken care of. The apartments are updated and very clean upon move in. Hands down the best moving experience I have ever had.
I had searched for apartments for over a month and nothing compares to the experience I received when working with Shirlington House! Theresa Black worked with me and I can easily say her customer service was the best service I had received out of the 20+ apartments I had toured. She was able to accommodate on the spot and give me real time answers with real time quotes to make sure that this was the apartment I wanted. After touring I can say it is extremely clean and well put together with all modern appliances and a really up to date apartment aesthetic!
My mother is moving here in a few weeks. Troy has done a great job helping her navigate the application process and answering her questions. He also gave me a terrific tour. Hopefully the rental will be as positive as the application process.
I would not recommend living here. There was a plumbing situation in the unit above mine (which fine, these these things happen), and so my ceiling was opened up, and left open with a piece of plywood over it to seal it for five days. During those five days, mold began to grow on my belongings- a pretty good indication that the lack of urgency on the part of Management directly impacted my living conditions and damaged my property. The prices are good but not worth the conditions. They also frequency lose packages, in the few months Ive lived here theyve lost three of my packages, and I know other residents have had the same problem with lost mail. Keep looking, this place does not care about its residents.
From the time I walked into Shirlington House, Troy was amazing! He took me on a tour, worked with me with me to apply and get approved, and answered all questions along the way. This was the easiest process Ive every experienced when it comes to applying and getting approved for an apartment. I am looking forward to moving in and living in my new home!
We had a great experience at from the moment we walked into the Shirlington House! Troy Thomas was extremely helpful from the tour, answering all our questions and guiding us through the application process. He knew I was very nervous due to my current situation and made us feel very peaceful. Thank you all for a great experience and I cannot wait to live at the Shirlington House!
Great Place! My wife and I moved back into Shirlington House after moving away out of state for a few years. A few highlights:- New renovations are really nice- apts are upgraded, gym, pool, dog park, etc. Really high quality for price- Staff has been great! Troy helped us a ton during transition, and Clarence from maintenance is awesome also. Really good folks here that are willing to help out any time- Location is awesome- walk right down a sidewalk and entrance right into Shirlington.Highly recommend!
Was unable to stay myself, but visited friends very frequently. Place is beautiful, staff was friendly beyond expectation, and the place was extremely dog friendly. I did price them out and they’re are very affordable and all basic utilities are included, so you can actually use the central heating/cooling without a 150+ electric bill! The shirlington area is beautiful and full of small eateries! If I ever move back into the area this is going to be my go to!
Shirlington House has a pretty noticeable issue with mice. The rent is also a bit overpriced considering the age of the building. Other than that, its a decent location to live and is close to several restaurants and bars.
To Whom It May Concern:Just a quick note to let you know that your colleague, Troy Thomas, is truly representing Shirlington House well.Troy is extremely responsive, polite and courteous; Troy is an excellent ambassador for your property! All my best,Ron
The staff is lazy and not helpful at all. They keep the covered locked garage door open allowing sketchy individuals to come and go as the please. My bike got stolen the 1st week of moving in. The whole bike rack was emptied and cut chains were everywhere. One of managers told me there is nothing they can do. Why dont you put a camera out there? If you like a place where the staff will do absolutely nothing, then this is your place.
I moved from PR and Rachel was AWESOME!! She helped me since the beginning and made my dream come true. Love the area everything is walking distance and the community has GREAT amenities. I’m in love with my new home! Thank you Shirlington House!
I lived in Shirlington House Apartments from 2013-2016. I left because of a drastic increase in rent (hundreds of dollars) for upcoming renovations, paired with my job moving farther out. I had a Studio apartment, which was very spacious IMO, if you know how to organize your belongings. I was coming from owning a fully furnished 3 bedroom townhome, so I was used to much more room, but the layout of the studio was lovely. At the time, the best I can say was the location was great, however if youre going into DC the 14th street bridge traffic is perhaps the worst in the country. There is also no metro train stop, BUT there is a metro bus stop right there at the apartments. You could walk easily into Shirlington Village, though the ample free parking also was nice. There are no real shops to buy regular things at there, the Harris Teeter comes closest for if you need a basic item. The park along the 4 Mile was nice, and the trails were easy and nice especially with a Peets Coffee or a smoothie in hand. For the premises, I enjoyed the pool, my apartment was always clean and never smelled bad, it was very dry and the air filtration systems seemed to work well. Lighting was good. The apartment was carpeted, which Im not a fan of, but it worked. Maintenance was generally able to fix things within a couple days, the laundry facilities were reliable, the minimart was reliable, parking was included in rent, and I liked the small events the lobby put on. It was also nice that there were so many doggy depot facilities for pet owners. I really liked that we could use the maintenance elevators for move in and out, that made things much easier. At the time I was leaving they were just opening the gym. My favorite things about my apartment were 1) the soundproof walls 2) the huge windows, my plants loved them 3) the walk in closet. Also, I never saw a single insect in my apartment the entire time I was there. There was some not so great: packages were never announced to tenants and you basically had to know you were getting one. Parking was always a mess and I sometimes had to park on the street, and the garage doors would often break down. Front desk help was friendly but not altogether helpful, only one or two people seemed to care about the individual tenants needs. The trash chute area did get overwhelmed at times. The maintenance, although efficient, would come in without warning. I did not like coming home and noticing someone had been there, oftentimes not leaving a note as to why; this gave me a feeling of invasiveness and lack of privacy.Overall, I loved my apartment, though. I had no problems with move-out, I cleaned everything very well, left my forwarding information, and never heard from them again (at a time when many people were complaining about false allegations of damages etc upon move out). I miss the apartment itself, I do miss Shirlington, too, its a lovely little area especially at Christmastime.
Moving to Shirlington house has been one of the best moves I could have made. I love all the amenities and having a store in the building is a big convince
APARTMENT HAS MICE!!! UPDATE: 10/2/21:i pay 1380 for this apartment i keep my house completely in order (come from a military background) TWO times i have seen a MOUSE scurry across my floor climb into the ac unit never to be seen again. i told the staff this a week ago and NOTHING has been done about it!not to mention the mold and the ac unit leaking a month ago causing my floor to raise up and be reinstalled.typically landlord paint over everything to fix the problem.multiple water leaks throughout the buildingand they take months to turn on heat/ turn on ac in attempts to save, money, expect to sweat during spring and freeze late fallall i have to say is the gym is great besides that its overpriced.they doubled the price of parking and raised rent 10% despite all the issues they had this year.looks good on the surface not so much once you live here
Really great and helpful staff. I just moved in and I can definitely see myself being here for a while.
People responsible for showing the apartments are not nice, I had scheduled and when I got there they said it was not the right time, very rude.
This place is truly amazing. It is conveniently located in Arlington. The amenities the community has to offer are unbeatable. The fitness center is my favorite! The maintenance and leasing office staff is very helpful and professional. Hanna from the leasing office handles everything very professionally and with excellent communication. I am proud to call this place my home and my family and I would not want to live anywhere else.
I made an appointment to the tour when I was looking for an apartment and when I got there no one could find my appointment and I had to go back in the other day. Also they weren’t friendly at all while I was in the tour, not answering all the questions. A little bit rude
If youre looking to live to in the Shirlington area then look no further! Recently renovated and the location is fantastic which enables you to have easy access to shops, restaurants, local/national businesses with many in walking distance and an easy 10 minute drive to DC. The amenities provide you with an on-site convenience store, gym, large swimming pool, and a dog park! The management team is the best Ive ever experienced and Ive been through many apartments over the years. I highly recommend recommend living here. I cant say enough with how pleased I am with this place. 5-Stars all around!
Me and my wife love these apartments. The gym helped a lot especially since we don’t want to go to a public gym with COVID this year. The staff is very nice and accommodating and have responded quickly when we’ve needed to reach out for something. The price point may be a little expensive but we think it’s worth it because of how quiet and well kept the apartments are. We’ll be sad when we leave.
Current resident since 2018 and I can say that I’ve seen many changes while living here! Shirlington House has improved dramatically! They have definitely improved their staff over the years. Before COVID, the current staff would host nice events for residents. But even with the pandemic happening they still manage to make Shirlington House a great place to live! Super pet friendly and a great atmosphere! Extra shoutout to maintenance for always being so friendly and always helping out when needed!
I am very impressed with the new Community Manager Samantha Mejia and the whole staff on how the building has been running. They are courteous and attentive to residents needs and concern. I would also like to shout out the Assistant Community Manager Rachel for being awesome!
I’ve live at Shirlington House for 3 years. I’ve lived in 3 different style apartments; premium 1 bedroom with washer dryer, bigger studio and 1 bedroom no washer dryer. I’ve moved in towards the end of the building renovation which wasn’t easy but worth it. During my time here the management office has had a lot of turn over but overall everyone is knowledgeable and friendly. Any issue I’ve had has been address immediately. The maintenance team is amazing it’s been the same team since I’ve been her with maybe 1 addition person. The cleaning staff is very nice and since COVID they have provided even more piece of mind with the constant cleaning. It is worth mentioning that last year there was an issue with mice; the community next to us has mice issues (I know this because when I walk my dog you seem them running through the grass). I even seen a mouse in my apartment, I reported it to the office the exterminator came two days later but the maintenance team came and laid down traps once I reported it. They filled any holes and added a door sweep. Since then I haven’t seen a mouse nor have any of my neighbors. They have put in the effort to correct this issue.I’ve chosen to say here because of the location but also because of the on-site team. They go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable. Overall I would continue to live at Shirlington House until I purchase my house.
I’ve been a resident for about 2 years now and have enjoyed living here. The price is great for the location (a short walk from shirlington village and right off of 395 for easy commuting), the area is safe, and management works hard to make improvements and resolve resident issues. The renovations are nice, but it is an older building so that comes with some challenges (temperature control in unit can be tough). Overall I would recommend living here.
I moved back to the property a few months ago and see significant changes. I had an issue the other day with a neighbor and went down to speak with the Community Manager, Mrs. Samantha Thomas. She was extremely professional and assisted me with all of my issues. She took the time to listen to my concerns, and addressed this issue fast and to my expectation. Kudos to the management team. I enjoy living here and will refer friends looking.
I finally found the apartment I was looking for! Shirlington house apartment is impeccably clean, safe, comfortable and very spacious! Plenty of parking space, huge pool, a gym, and close to supermarkets. It was also recently renovated and the staff is absolutely wonderful! I must thank Rachel and Hanna for making the moving in process quick and smooth.
Very punctual. Once a maintenance issue was addressed to Rachel and Alex for service repair, Mr. Earl and contractor Jose follow-up to complete the job the next day. Office Team and Maintenance Team very courteous and respectful of the residents, at least for me. Samantha, Abush, Hanna, Romeo and clearance always ready to help. I really appreciate everyone. Thank you!
Very dog friendly complex with great amenities. Maintenance is very responsive and does clean work. Abush is always my go-to for assistance because he’s great with pets and addresses the issue quickly. Alex at the front desk is so friendly and always makes me feel welcome. He is such a great staff member and has made my experience here very enjoyable.
Incredibly happy with Shirlington House. Have never had an issue in my entire time here. Wonderful community for both us and our furry friend! Such a great location being so close to the village & have always had great interactions with everybody from MGMT, to maintenance & beyond! Always excited to invite friends over to visit our wonderful home
Rachel the assistant manager has been very helpful. I had a negative experience the day I viewed the apartment. The person that arrived first rudely told me that their staff meeting started at 9or 9:30 and i showed him the appointment i booked online and he apologized.I requested a tour of the building and i was shown the trash receptacle and laundromat. When i moved in There was no other instruction given. I didn’t know that it was a keyless building. I moved from a garden style apartment, so this was new to me. It was very frustrating the first week of move in because i had to ask about the mailbox location, the gym and the convenient store. My biggest issue is the neighbors not following the community guidelines. I’m on the 9th floor and when the weather started to warm up ppl started to use the grill area past midnight. My next big issue is the laundry room, it’s the worse. The drier almost caught fire whilst my clothes were spinning. I went back to add fabric softener and the machine was smoking. I had to go to another floor to rewash my clothes. There was already a washer out of service for the same issue. I do not overload the machine because I want my clothes to wash properly. The washers are always leaking. The building is old so the plumbing is poor.I’ve been here close to 4 months and my toilet was stopped up, the dishwasher that I never use has standing water inside and my kitchen sink is slow to drain. The water pressure in the sink bathroom was a stream and the shower knob was stripped so I would have to spin the knob to turn it off and on. My deadbolt lock screws were near falling out last month and maintenance had to come and patch the screw holes before reattaching the lock again. It took 5 minutes to get my blinds up or down and they were replaced last week, although i reported damage to the blinds before i moved in. My first night I had to call the emergency line because the toilet was stopped up. I should’ve been dealing with these issues the first week I move in. I filled out the checklist when I did my walk through and I was told it would be taken care of but it wasn’t. I had to request maintenance when I moved in.The system that you pay for to receive your packages is a very flawed system and I would rate it poor. I receive my packages 50% of the time. So, if there’s no locker space or the package is bulky they get stored in a room vs lockers. I was told that the office doesn’t have the staff to do daily audits so although you get a delivery notification from the shipping company you may not receive your items until days later. Last week I paid for express shipping. I got a delivery notification so I waited and went to the rental office the next day. I explained that I paid for 2 day shipping and this is when I was informed that they don’t have the staff to do daily audits. She did walk away me to the storage room to get the package but not without giving attitude.
Everything here at shirlington house has been a breeze. The leasing consultant Hannah is incredible. The amenities are great the apartment are specious and bright. I have been very pleased thus far with the experience and would recommend these apartments to anyone!
Moving in the middle of a pandemic has been quite memorable for variety of reasons, but never did I think it would be such a breeze. I must say that the whole process starting with the application initiation, processing and finally moving in has been remarkable. The staff has been very helpful with every questions. Hanna and Racheal have been amazing with making sure everything was in order and have gone out of their way multiple times to ensure that I was accommodated and settled in. Couldn’t be any more pleased with the level of professionalism. The apartment has great amenities, convenient neighborhood with 5 min walk to Shirlington village, the metro station and harris teeter. This makes my life easy and I highly recommended it.
LOVED this apartment building; the dog park is great...the pool is huge. The apartments are huge and beautiful! You can not beat the location...the restaurants, access to 395 and public transportation is AWESOME!
Very nice apartments. The staff is great and friendly. The assistant manager Rachael is amazing. She welcomes everyone with open arms, is very helpful and has the best interest of the residents.
I love it here, the office and maintenance team have really stepped up their game. I would definitely recommend it to friends and co- workers.Extremely convenient and well priced for the area.
Ive lived here almost 2 years and have enjoyed my experience so far. The community management is extremely professional and maintenance is highly responsive. Shoutout to Rachael for keeping everything at SH in order. My wife Is having twins and if one is a girl, I want her name to be Rachael.
Samantha was the only reason why I renewed my lease. She helped me when I brought my issue over to her despite the delicacy of my issue. Not only did she help me but she called back 2 weeks after to ensure I was satisfied. Thanks samantha.
My car was shot in the parking lot while living in this building and it shattered my back windshield. The incident was kept under wraps and, contrary to my request, there was no email sent out to the rest of the building informing people of the incident or asking if anyone had any helpful information to find out who did this. Despite there being multiple cameras on the outside of the building, I was told by the leasing office that the incident was not caught on camera. After incurring $400 of damages, the best the property manager could offer me was a $20 discount on a garage parking space. This felt insulting and frustrating, and I just wish I could feel safe again in this complex. I also want to prevent any current or future residents from having the same false sense of security that I did before this incident.
Good building with a committed management team. Samantha has been helpful to make sure issues in the building are resolved. Appreciate the place and community
Just recently had to get something fixed and had Ramiro one of the maintenance workers fix it for me. He did the work efficiently and did a great job. Overall staff here is nice.
I lived here for two years and was overall happy with it. The building is old and has maintenance issues from time to time but those issues are fairly minor and the maintenance staff was always efficient and responsive. My unit is a renovated unit so it felt nice regardless (I believe they have renovated most units in the building). There are three maintenance managers and they are all very kind. One of them helped me jumpstart my car once! I would say I used to have issues with the community management staff at the beginning of my stay, but they have changed staff a few times since then, and the new people have been nice, reliable and professional (Rachael as assistant community manager, and Alex and Hanna as leasing specialists). So I would say my experience living there has definitely improved over the years! The big trees in the big front lot gave my apartment on the 8th floor a green nice view. I had to move to another state due to my new job and they completed all the moving out paperwork and my associated requests in a timely and professional manner (they did not charge any damage fee and sent me a paycheck to return my deposit). Miss this place!
Samantha, thank you for seeing us on such short notice. We really enjoyed the tour and the amenities were very nice! Location is perfect!!
Ive lived at Shirlington House for over 4 years now, and just recently moved into a bigger apartment in the building. While Ive had issues in the past here (as one would expect when living in a place for so long) the staff in the Leasing office and the Maintenence team have always been pleasant and helpful. Racheal and Alex were incredibly helpful with my recent move, talking me through every step of the process and addressing all of my many questions!
I live with my husband Flávio T .Apartment with rats, rude office staff, only the maintenance and cleaning staff are kind, very expensive garage and with a lot of leaks..
The gym is amazing. The dog park is perfect and management is excellent I love it here.! Great apartment complex
Excellent location! Shirlington Village is right down the hill - and there is a convenient store on site! How can you beat that.
What a beautiful, calm, caring apartment complex. The price and amenities are reasonable and very sufficient. Also, with maintenance issues, the help is effective and immediate.
Beautiful place to live! The staff is super attentive and friendly. Definitely feels like home! 😊
I toured with Rachel and it was amazing. She was very helpful and nice. Greatly appreciated.
Great place, amenities are a plus. Location is the best in town. Highly recommend!
Nice community and lovely apartments overall. Samantha is wonderful! Rent here!
Samantha gave a great tour, I really appreciated all of the information she provided about the apartment. Great amenities, and loved the floors.
The location is great! Management team is friendly, professional and very responsive. Great place to live!
I have lived here for a little over 3 years. You cant beat the location. Literally 3 blocks from I-95, 2 walking/biking trails, and a variety of restaurants.Though I dont own a pet, the building is very pet friendly and there are many residents with dogs. The grounds are kept clean and I have yet to step in poop or be annoyed by unrestrained animals. The management staff is friendly and professional for the most part. The Assistant Manager remarkably so. Always on point with process and policy. There is one particular maintenance person who is a standout as he is always courteous and skilled in his craft. When you have locked yourself out as often as I have you learn to appreciate professionalism and courtesy.I believe the cleaning services are outsourced. The regular crew who takes care of the public areas are very nice people who are thorough in thier efforts. Every morning save for the weekend, they can be seen keeping the main lobby clean. This is particularly appreciated since were living under the COVID-19 siege. The cons? I live on what is the ground floor and have trapped several mice over my time here. On occasion I have had to ask for follow up on a maintenance request. It is an older building and there moisture in the atmosphere. I dont think this is a health issue unless it is your health issue, but it can do a number on your clothes. The parking system they have implemented for guests I hate. Why should I have to pay for my overnight guests to visit? Its embarrassing and discourages invitations which may be part of the plan.Overall this is a very good place to live in a highly walkable neighborhood that is close to downtown DC, Regan-National Airport, and highway access. If you have pets the building environment is inviting for pet owners. Though everything isnt perfect, when issues arise management is responsive and courteous. The building is clean and has a lot of conveniences including a store/cleaners on premises. If you are a loner great, if you are accustomed to overnight guests it will be a downer to come out in the morning and find that their car has been towed away but they can get it back by paying $165. The gym could use a little more equipment but is adequate and finally, I dont like having to pay water usage based on the building as a whole as opposed to individual usage. In consideration of all of the above, I would recommend living here as a viable option and a good value if you want to be close to DC.
I just moved into Shirlington House fall (September 2020) and I am so thankful I did. To start with my apartment search in Shirlington, Hanna in the office was wonderful. The tour was safe during Covid, professional, and really welcoming. I appreciated the personal attention I was afforded while applying and signing my lease. I made a clerical error on my application and the office had to fix it (my own error) and they were quick to help and resolve my typo. On my tour I was also correctly given the advice to apply for my current apartment based on view and location and Hanna was so right: great view. So our office staff are wonderful: Alex, Rachel, Samantha and Hanna. The facilities are great. Its an older building so small fixes are needed and the rest of the Shirlington house crew is amazing! Mr. Earl, Abush, Ramero, & Clarence keep our building clean and safe and functioning. I have had VERY fast responses to two needs for my apartment. My home is cozy while being spacious and full of light with all of the windows. For the square footage and the price it is unbeatable. The amenities are all great and parking is affordable, completely. Some of the other complexes in the area you pay $50 or more for garage parking than SH. I think there used to be a problem with packages, but the staff has made a huge effort to fix it and I have no trouble at all.I wouldnt hesitate to join this community. It is worth the money for space and location!
Great community and team. The apartment and amenities are top notch!
The place is gorgeous with amazing views and I couldn’t seem to keep a smile off my face from how nice everything is. Everyone is so nice too.
It is an amazing place we loved the staff, the manager Samantha Mejía attends me and I appreciate her help!
I have enjoyed my stay at Shirlington House, the team has worked very hard every day to meet the needs of the community.
Really nice apartments and common areas. Conveniently located near shopping, public transportation, and access to highways. Staff is friendly, helpful and professional.
Unfortunately this is my second apartment this year this is the best place to live, especially the Maintenance groups are wonderful thanks for Asmamaw.
Great place! Great people! Best experience I’ve ever had, EVERRR!
The facilities, the apartments and the grounds are wonderful! The location cant be beat...whether its the ability to walk down to Shirlington or the proximity to 395 and the buses, it cant be beat! I cant say enough good things about Shirlington House!
Awesome location! Office team is super helpful. Racheal and Samantha are always quick to respond!!!
The management staff here is amazing my tour experience with Ms Rachel was very informative thoughtful
A really great place to live, full of great neighbors and really helpful office team, great location and good maintenance team.
Stay away from this place! Absolutely obnoxious and insensitive management, especially manger Linda. Linda speaks down to you, make assumptions and generalization about your personality. Absolutely unprofessional! Our leasing contract supposed to end on May 17, but they forced us to pay until June 11, even though we moved out on April 31st and have not lived there since then. After multiple attempts to resolve this and even us covering a whole month of May, they still asked us to pay until June 11. In addition, they found a new tenant for our appartment who moved there in June, and still asked us to pay for June. We decliend to pay June as we simply were unable to cover 4 month in total between new and this place, and they sent us to collection . All this during COVID-19 pandemic! Horrible management!
Great customer service and perfect location! I love this place!
Nice and quite place to live and helpful staff from leasing to meintenace thank you.
I love the management team here especially Racheal Hailey it was great experience.
Nice place to live. The gym and pool are awesome.
I love it here. All the team members are so sweet.
I have lived at Shirlington House for many years and love the spaciousness of my apartment, the views and light. The location is wonderful, within walking distance of public transportation, shops and restaurants. Indoor parking is available and not too many buildings have that. However, this is a very old building with problems. The apartments were modernized recently, but the basic infrastructure of the building is crumbling. Staff is excellent and responds to complaints immediately.
Good maintenance team Abush has been helpful every time.
Great place, nice location. Thanks Samantha for the overview.
Very neat place. Would recommend to anybody.
This the best choice to live . Thanks all the maintenance cruise
Nice safe property. Thank you Samantha Mejia for the tour.
I lived here since 1988, and I love the building and management team.
Love the dog park it’s so spacious and nice!
Great property, nice location. Thanks Samantha for the tour.
The Shirlington House Apartment building has given me a great deal of pleasure living here. The office staff and maintenance are extremely helpful and professional. My maintenance problems are dealt with very quickly. The common areas (hallways, gym, common areas) are immaculate, and the management communications thorough and timely. The location is fantastic in every way and my neighbors are very civil. Since the renovations are finished it has been a pleasure living here.
Great location and Sam has been SO helpful.
Excellent staff!
I loved the team collaboration. Thank you!
Really nice fitness center for an apartment community.
Is someone getting paid to post the positive reviews??
Contacted the leasing office and they were unable to communicate their own pricing information with any guarantee or certainty over the phone. I have never had this experience at any other complex.I have found communicating with landlords and smaller complexes to be more fluid and found them to have a greater desire to earn your business.Dont get stuck in a complex that forget who you are the day after you sign with them.
I love the Sherrington Apartments. Beautiful property.
I really appreciated the professionalism from the community manager Samantha !!
Rachael is very professional and patience and understanding she always make sure everything is all right. shes the BOMB!!!!
I love the upgrades this apartment has now!
Efficient Maintenance and staff office.I requested for a maintenance service, it was very professional, fast, effective, friendly and care. Also the staff office respond efficiently to my request. They all made my day! Thank you .
A really nice place to live 👌🏿👌🏿
Great location and plenty of stuff around to do
We had the pleasure of having Ted giving us a tour of the complex and he was really great. He was helpful and was able to answer any questions we had. The renovations looks great! The complex was well maintained as well.
