Let me just tell you the management is bad. before you go and lease an apartment there, you need to know that the apartments really aren’t that pretty. the rent is definitely not cheap and the management is not the greatest. when we left, we were supposed to get $200 of our deposit back, but when we hadn’t gotten it we went to check to see what was going on. they said we had already received and cashed in the deposit when we hadn’t. then they showed us who had deposited the check and we saw it was a former employee there. she was the one who told us we would receive $200 of our deposit back, but then she cashed it in to herself. we told them that we had never received the check and they said they would do whatever possible to make it right. but we haven’t heard back from them ever since so .. but other than that, it’s nice because you don’t have to deal with dogs and cats all over since there is literally NO SPACE to do anything. the neighborhood is also nice because you never see almost any of them. so yea 😁

The parking is horrible. the spaces arent marked so so can still get towed even though the spot says not reserved.bno running water for a week. no hot water for a month. i feel very unsafe here due to me having to walk from the other side of the apartment at night.

Under new management. Very unprofessional. When asked to renew contract on time they did not do it on time. 2 months later and they are finally doing all the paperwork to renew it. Because they lacked in renewing the contract they gave my parking spot to someone else. Keep in mined Ive been living in the same apartment for more then 5 years with same parking spot. When speaking with Michelle she got upset when I asked for her name and she sat her phone down. They also take a long time to repare stuff and can never give you correct water and light bill. When you pay the amount shown due they later ask for the difference.

The first day that I moved in my car was towed along with the vehicles of 10 other families who moved in the same day we did. Everything seemed okay for the 5-6 months that I lived there until my car was shot 6 times. The BEST thing that ever happened to me was getting out of the lease.Ps: That incident happened back in October of 2019.

I lived there for 8 years but i live in a house now, I missed that place🥺🥺🥺🥺I did not saw any roaches when i moved in 2012

I have been leaving here for almost 2 years. My girlfriend cars has gotten broken in to and also towed. The worst thing is that my truck has broken into and stole all my working tools. Before we call the police we call the office to ask if the cameras are working the office said they are. When we fill a report with the police. The officer told me that the cameras are not working.

Honestly, I’m not happy at all. 😢They told me the apartment is ready and I can move in. I go to the apartment light in closet not working switch of the fan not working, the carpet is very dirty and dish washer is very dirty and they have one Maintenance guy only..On top of all that there is no parking I bagged them to give me one finally they did. I haven’t moved in yet, and I’m ready to move out.

Worst place to live my car has been towed twice within a year. 1st time for backing in the parking spot. When my lease is up i am out.

I’ve lived in Mercer Park Apartments almost one year and one month and Rosa have always been so helpful! From the start, Rosa went above and beyond to assist me, going so far as to go in person to my old residence to acquire the rental history for my application. Beside I have a lots of friends who lives in the Mercer Park apartment and everybody talks nice about Rosa, everyone is happy to have someone like Rosa. Maintenance has always been fast and efficient. I have never seen a single roach in my unit, so perhaps all the complaints about roaches are from people who brought them with them from their old place. This unit has always been clean. The owner of the property should be proud to have, Rosa in the office.Mahdi hirsi

I have lived here at Mercer Park for 11 years when it was Cimmaron Crossing. I have seen management change hands several times. I almost moved but Im so spoiled with living here Im afraid Ill get a place that doesnt treat me like Family, but just a tenant that pays rent. Rosa was a wonderful assistant manager and now she is an awesome manager. I love her like shes a sister from another mother. Im warming up to the assistant manager. She always has a smile to great you and is willing to help in any way she can. I miss Greg as our maintenance manager but we still have Dumas. Thank you Rosa for continuing to make living here feel like home away from home.

Things keeps getting worse in this apartment. Lord help me complete my lease agreement.

Parking is horrible. First no running water then no hot water and it is going on for over a month. Call office back to back and no one answers. Leave work and go in office and they are just sitting there letting phones ring.

90 percent of the people on here say the roaches is bad, why take people money when they not comfortable living in their own home.

I dont recommend this apartment, they did not refund my money, i told them ill be moving in middle of the month,they agree but told me i must move in on the 8th when i already pay for registration. very rude set of people

Ive been here a couple months, and its been a while since Ive lived in an apartment, so my only complaint would be the PARKING, Ive lived in apts that had assigned parking ( to your apt #) but Ive never had to or heard of paying extra to park at my own apt. ( thats new for me) other than that Ive had a pleasant experience here so far.

There is a terrible roach Infestation here that I’ve mentioned to Management multiple times. They tell you they will send pest control. Pest control comes and tells you 1) they don’t see any roaches and/or 2) that they will spray and to wait two weeks and the roaches will be gone. They constantly say there are no roaches but we have pictures for every roach encountered. The management refuses to look at them. We wait the allotted treatment time and still have roaches coming out of every crack and crevices. We go back to the office and they act as if it is a problem that we are complaining about the issue or that we are asking to see the treatment plans. We spend hard earned money to not be comfortable in our own apartment. Every time we come home, we have to do roach patrol and every time we find some. Every time we leave the house, we have to shake out our clothes and bags to make sure there aren’t any in there. It’s really disgusting and uncomfortable to live like this. It’s also discouraging to be treated as less of a person by your management staff because they simply do not care.

I live here for a year and I was a pretty decent experience. I never had any issues, office and maintenance where always helpful to me. Thank you guys! I recommend this place anytime.

Celeinna, the new leasing consultant, was so sweet to me when I was locked out of my apartment. I felt really silly and she was very kind and reassuring when she let me back in. I really enjoyed her personality! Shes definitely an asset to this apartment complex.

Terrible place to live infested of roaches..

Been here for about 4 months...its quiet, very comfortable place to live. The young, beautiful ladies in the office are very sweet and nice to their tenants. I recommend it to my friends and coworkers.

Lots of roaches. They sprayed but it didnt help. I had to get a professional exterminator and pay out of pocket myself. If not for that, Id give it a 4. Maintenance fixes things fast, easy to pay rent online, they keep the pool open all summer, they keep the grounds neat and clean. The upgrades are really nice. The apartments are big. Very limited parking though.

Ok so we got approved for these apartments paid everything we were supposed pay. We were set to go.. So exciting... Right?We were given our move in date. Were set!I hired a moving company all our belongings are on the moving truck. We go to Mercer park to our new apartment and only to be told the same day that our apartment is still not ready.No phone call. No heads up. No warning.Talking about being mad. Management was unorganized but friendly.Most recent thing that happen. I just had a newborn baby she was only a couple of days old. My folk are here from out of town and been complaining about a weird smell coming from the stove. I havent noticed it or paid attention to it. So I come home and the place is smoking with horrible chemical smell.We lifted the stove top to find electric tapeBurning to a crisp. Get this our stove was worked on over a week ago with mercer park maintenance men and he left it there risking my Newborn life, my other kids life and all my family. He comes over apologize and new management comes over dont kno what her actual position is but her attitude and concern was that they dont have to buy us a new stove because it still works. Never apologize or offered free parking for a month or just go above or beyond. I requested for them to come clean the smoke damage she replied that she would have to ask her manager. Never came back to see if we were ok or have anyone come up to clean.Mercer park Aptments itself is great! The management itself. Halfstar. :(

I moved in here and they have a multitude of roaches. Someone broke in both my vehicles within a month..also management is rude and mean as hell especially Rosa..I guess they thought since I didnt speak Spanish that I didnt understand them but I did and I will be making a call to whomever is over management as well as Housing Authorities..and the parking is terrible..DO NOT MOVE HERE..there are better all Bills paid apartments..

A car always blocking my dawn door

Parking is a joke. Not going to spend 20 a month just to park at my apartment. Sometimes theres no parking near my apartment and have to park on the other side of the apartments. Roach problem is getting better though havent seen much lately of I do Ill see 1 or 2 half dead. The staff are really nice.

Staff seems very competent and responsive to residents when needed. The new management and partnership looks to be taking a very proactive approach to making this one run down apartment complex into a totally renovated and very well maintained and vibrant community.

I am happy that I found this place stuff is very nice every time I have a problem theyre always taking care of the problem on the same day or the day after I never have a problem with them. Ill recommend this place the the price is good people at the office Arbor responsible people professional and respectfu the units are very clean its close to everything you need food gas Im happy here and I will renew my contract in a few few months its going to be a gated so its going to be even safer. As soon as my lease was over I ran away. Roach problem never ended and we started to have bed bug problems. This apartments need a better pest control.

This place is ridiculous I cant wait to move. There is a roach and rodent problem but management has a guy who takes care of it so you cant seek outside help which is dumb. Dont live here with your family you will regret it

I have lived in Mercer Park for almost 6 years . I love the apartments and have just had a few minor issues . Have a great staff who see to your needs !! Rosa and Celeinna are the best and very professional .

This apartment is a joke people who work in the office act like they proffectional NOT I apply for apartment there toke my 299 deposit and told me the apartment will be ready by may 1st They have a month to check whatever they need to check I gave them all my info 3 week later told me They cant approvel me when they told me everything look good This apartment they lie make any reason not for me to rent there and parking is 20 a month I wont recomment no one to rent there there rent is like high as a house rent I have friends live there and they cant wait to leave 940 for a 537 sq feet small small thank GOD I had already change my mind not to rent there My friend who live there even thou they make it look nice inside but still have roaches ant bug fly maquito flea that what my friend said I wanted to rent there for a reason to be close to my friend her kids and my kids go school together and we pick ride so never mind I guess those girls in the office pick who ever they want to rent to I found 710 sq feet for 695 all bill paid and they also remodeling

This place is a ripoff!!!They try to hold back our holding fee after not being approved. They later gave us our money back after so much arguments.The ladies in the office all need to stay in school. They have no idea what the terms in their application reads. For the love of God,STAY AWAY FROM THESE UNPROFESSIONAL FOLKS!!!

Hell yea. New management and cleaning it up. Renovation taking place and thats what its about. It dont happen over night but guess what there strpping up and making progress. Bad reviews are mostly bad mad tenants. Give it a rest. Let the people work. Good job. By by fope fiends

First time ever writing a review, and would have to admit- hated their customer service. Lady By the name of Estalla was not qualified enough. The apartment is cheap- will have to admit that - but customer service quality sucks.

I have been here for 3 years and have not any problems except for parking. This is a great apartment complex to live in. I love it here!!!!!!

To be totally honest these apartments do not even warent one star. The worst place Ive ever lived in my life. So many altercation with management & staff on them doing there job. While living there my apartment & the entire building had become infested with rats, roaches, wasp nest & worst of all flees & bed bugs. Causing myself & household to throw away all our clothing, mattresses & some furniture I had to call the property owners to get them to act on fumigation after I fumigate the best I could. They will tell you theyll come spray every Wednesday but its more like every three months. In addition to that all the garbage dumpster located on site are constantly overflowing for days several times I had to call the city of Arlington.Another issue & concerning matter all living & future residents should have is parking & the lack of security. While living there i witness several cars being either broken into or defaced. There is never any parking & no towing enforcement. They will tell you We tow after 6:00pm at management request but management is close & depending on where you stay you may have to park on the other side of the complex every night.I can also testify on a few events where police had to close & search entire property for suspects no way in or out. According to a few neighbours there homes were also being watched broken into while either away or some being overpowered during home invasion while the wives or teens are home.Im not being bitter and mean. I could have resigned my lease for another year but after all of that & raising 4 children myself & my wife said no more thinking of our children safety.Now for the same price they wanted in rent increase I found a 3bedroom 2bathroom 2car garage house to rent.Yes Im glad to be away from there & just want to warn others from making the same mistake I made by renting here.P.S. if you do move in & or have just moved in please ask for a reseat & keep track of every water bill you get because if you decide to move out the will not give you any of your deposit back on count of the water bill. Charging you for the month before you moved in & the month after you moved out taking it out of your deposits... for some I understand needing the deposit after you moved out & for some its not important but its better to have the knowledge than not to.

THEY WILL ONLY TOW IF THE MANAGER CALLS IT IN BUT YET THEY ARE NOT UP ALL NIGHT LOOKING AT VISITORS PARKING IN THE RESIDENTS PARKING AND I HAVE TO PARK IN VISITORS PARKING! MEN OUT IN THE PARKING LOT DRINKING AWAY WHEN OUR CONTRACT STATES NO DRINKING OUT IN THE PARKING LOT OR HOW ABOUT ME AND MY KIDS HAVING TO WALK BY PEOPLE OUT THERE SMOKING WEED AND YOU CAN SMELL THE STRONG ODOR. PEST CONTROL IS A JOKE, I HAVE TO TREAT MY OWN DAMN APARTMENT CAUSE THEY WANT TO WAIT 4-5 DAYS TO GET SOMEONE OUT THERE FOR BED BUGS LOL AM NOT THE ONE TO WAIT AROUND ESPECIALLY WITH THOSE NASTY ASS BUGS, YOU THINK I GOT REIMBURSED NOPE WHEN IT WAS OUR NEIGHBORS FAULT!! Applied for these apartments while viewing the apartments the lady that showed me around was very nice and as I applied and gotten approved the manager that I spoke with was very rude and unprofessional I been trying to get in contact with the owners to let them know how rude and unprofessional that the manager was I don’t recommend these apartment to anyone 👎👎👎

I lived there for a year and they broke the glass of the troka, they stole everything inside and there were some neighbors who had parties every weekend, music until late at night, drink and men drinking, tall children Night hours there wrapped up in that life, we complained to those in the office and never did anything .... We needed some arrangement in the apartment and they almost didnt go and when they went they didnt fix it well ... It was a horrible experience there ... Thirty months became eternal .....
