Fairly easy to get an appointment and Im always satisfied with the results

Set an appointment for 10:45. Arrived 5 minutes early and was told it would be around 10:45. At 10:55 I was told 10 more minutes. 5 minutes later, I hear them take another customer back because she has an 11:00 appointment, even though I was technically first, but she just has a trim. At 11:15 I walked out. Completely unprofessional and would not recommend. This was supposed to be my first post-COVID hair cut, but I guess I will stick with my buzz cut or find somewhere that understands appointments.

Michelle did an amazing job on my hair and was super friendly! Made me feel comfortable and did such a fabulous job touching up my roots and toning them.

Set an appt for 5pm and ended up sitting until 5:25 before I decided to leave because if I wanted to get my haircut a half hour or more later, I would have set an appt for that time.

The hair stylist was very friendly and cut my hair the way I asked for. The salon was very clean great place to go.

Went and got my eyebrows done by Michelle and she did a good job until I came home and realized she nicked part of my skin in between my eyebrows

I purchased a product from them a little over a week ago and the product applicator was broken, they told me they wont exchange the (still full) bottle because I purchased more than 7 days ago(7 days? Come on). Poor customer service, if the bottle is still completely full and I have my receipt from a very recent purchase, there should be no reason why they cannot make it right considering they sold me faulty product. Dont waste your time, go to Sallys next door!

I had my hair highlighted at another salon it had a yellow tone to it. I set up a appointment with Bree she toned it and it looks amazing. I will definitely go back to this location for highlights and cut.

The ladies that work at this location are incredible. I have been a customer for years and enjoy the atmosphere in this salon... and Amber, Amanda and Laura Lee can cut some hair!! My go to!

New manager Jamie Was wonderful very kind and compassionate very knowledgeable I had my eyebrows wax and a perm. Both appointments went swimmingly!

Amanda G is great. She makes sure you are happy and satisfied with your hair. One of the best customer service I have ever seen and had in a hair salon. 🙂

We were able to get in a later appointment and Amanda G. Was our stylist. My daughter(12yrs) had very long hair, past her butt and wanted a trim Amanda G. Did such an amazing job listening to her, talking to her like an adult and explaining things to her she didnt understand and was even able to show her what she meant by using her own hair style as an example. Over all, Im typically wary of places attached to Walmarts from past experiences, but Amanda G. Was exceptional all the way around and I will be going back for sure and requesting her.

All the employees do a fantastic job! 🤗 Ive never had a bad experience with any of them. They have all been exceptional in their customer service skills. I will have to tip my hat to Brenda for the best shampoo job Ive EVER had period!! Ladies.... Skip the spa and just go in and have Brenda shampoo & condition your hair, best massage 💆 hands down!

Walked in, and there was about 35 minute wait for a beautician so I did some shopping. Amanda clocked in and did a great job on my hair cut. I didnt do a shampoo due to personal allergies, but she rinsed my hair and asked me what style I wanted. I had only had my hair done by 4 other people before her ever, and so I was skeptical, but she gave great suggestions and cut and styled it so well that I will definitely go back to her in the future! Amanda is great and super happy with my new hair cut and style!

Megan did a nice job trimming my hair and then styling it just how I asked her.

Absolutely amazing hair stylists, I felt at home there everytime I got my haircut, they supply u with any drinks and candy u want while there, fair prices, stylists treat u like family...

The worst haircut Ive had in decades.I even brought a picture. These people do not know ANYTHING about fine/dense hair. They dont know how to texturize, & I dont think theyve ever been to a hair show or ever even used a razor. What is it with Appleton & stylists that seem to be from the backwoods small towns in ability & trying to charge prices even beyond supercuts or any of the other generic places. I do not recommend this place for people that care about how they want their hair cut, or expect them to look at a picture or yourself (not some other person) with a haircut you want & even come close. I would have been better taking a knife to it myself.....

Today my First appt with Amanda G.As it was there are two Amandas & my stylistwasnt the original Amanda who I had talked to.This gal was a dream come true for me.🤩Never meeting me before today her work was professional. And I left with a very nice hair style & future appt. Thx Amanda G for a terrific expierence.

I have gone online at least 3 different times and scheduled an appointment and within 5 to 10 minutes after scheduling, I would get a call telling me they are booked for that time slot and I need to reschedule for a different time. Why does the web site show availability when there is none? When I do get in, I frequently end up waiting because the people there are chit-chatting and just standing around. It is so bad that Ill text my wife and tell her to call the salon just to get them to stop talking.

Didnt get to go in due to high client volumes but they were very kind on the phone.

Went there one time and the woman did a great job and was quick. Went there yesterday and got someone else bc the first lady wasnt there and not only did she give me the wrong style but my sideburns are...i cant even describe them without referencing something like spock from star trek. Not only that but they arent even the same! I wish i wouldve noticed while I was there instead of relying on the instructions i provided before she did it. I dont usually mind haircuts that arent exactly what i want (which is why i didnt say anyhting when i noticed the main style was not what i wanted) but who cuts sideburns with only 1 corner!? Now ill have to shave the left one up to where the right one is and then wait at least 3 weeks for the inside edges to grow down before i can take the outside edges up to make them square again. Very disappointing to have this kind of mistake considering how simple my haircut is overall.

Laura Lee is amazing and listen to what I want, offers solutions and suggestions. She does amazing work, I think of her as a friend

Everytime I’ve come in here to try and get a haircut they say it’s gonna take x amount of hours yet there will be stylists just standing around talking. On top of it they are rude af

DO NOT BUY PRODUCT FROM HERE! They charge you salon pricing for their products but it is definitely NOT salon quality - huge waste of money.

You make appointments to avoid a long wait. When you make an appointment its curtious to show up 5-10 minutes early. I had an appointment for 10:45 today. Walked out a few past 11 after I have been sitting for 20-25 minutes. Its not like its uncommon to spend ages waiting here to be seen if you have an appointment. No warning that they were a little backed up. No apology. Nothing. Its disrespectful. I will go somewhere else and make an appointment where I wont have to wait 20 minutes like a walkin. I would give this place a 0/5 if it was a choice.

I have been going there for over 5 years they always cut my hair just the way I like it and they have Tuesday specials for mens haircuts very reasonable the staff is also very friendly and very professional

I have gone to this smartstyle for many years I had a retouch done..and instead of doing the way that it was done..and all because they didnt want to take the time to do it right. I doubt I will go back.
