I was able to get an appointment same day on a Saturday. Alex was awesome. She had great customer service and I’m very happy with my haircut. I’ll come back to see her again.

This Salon is Great, they always do what I ask. I have never had a bad cut from this salon. I refer my friends here.

Theres an older gentleman by the name of Rick fast but very sloppy ill be sure to ask who is working next time if I ever go back

While I appreciate the affect covid-19 has had on businesses, that is not an excuse for poor service. Following the proper requirements for booking online for a same day appointment, we proceeded to wait in our car for the call that we were ready to go in. We waited 30 minutes past our appointment time. They would not answer the phone and door was locked. Upon standing at the door waiting, they finally acknowledged me and said they were very busy but could take me now. Funny, they never even asked who I was nor did they even apologize.

Love the atmosphere of this salon!! Super nice staff!!! Loved the experience! On top of that, Veronica did an amazing job on waxing my eyebrows!! Love how they turned out!! Definitely will come back and request for her!

I went in and asked for long but semi dramatic layers.. I didn’t say anything because I’m a baby but.. my layers are too short and super choppy, I went home and cried... it looks so bad..

Got eyebrows waxed by Veronica recently she was polite and listened to how I wanted them. Very satisfied with the service I recieved.I love the atmosphere, and all the staff is always friendly.

Couldn’t take the time to figure out why my confirmed appointment didn’t show up. Kept saying there’s nothing they could do. Then gave me a very rushed hair and shampoo. They couldn’t even dry my hair. Then after confirming my card went through I left and they called saying that it hadn’t and that I needed to come back immediately.

Hair Emergency with child...self styling with a scissor! They were able to help, pointed out a few stargles and was met with a tad snarkiness...This morning showed more issues, you get what you pay for, low end salon, low end cuts....

Standard chain barbershop- Have had to return to fix their cuts and wont go back. Staff however was friendly and prices consistent with comparable shops.
