My SUV had over heated. They towed it to there shop for $60. I Told them I was super low on cash and to please call me after they diagnosed the problem so I could see if I had enough cash to fix what was wrong. They didnt call and proceeded to replace the water pump, thermostat, air filter, timing belt and hose clamps. Costing over $500. Angry and frustrated I paid them and drove 3 miles from there shop before my SUV overheated again on the road!!! I called them and told them to fix it. They towed it back to there shop. I was on an understanding with them that they were going to fix there mistake and fix it right. They replaced the electric fan and charged me $300 on top of the $500. You would think that they would have diagnosed everything before fixing the SUV the first time. All 3 of the things didnt go out at once. But I sure paid for it.They didnt offer or want to barter to take any price off at all. What a rip off. Horrible attitude and service. There mechanic talked to me like I was not worth his time. I would never recommend this place to anyone I cared about.

I dont recommend anyone to do business with this company for multiple reasons. They quoted me on price and said oh we screwed up on the quote when I went to pay. They did not honor the original quote and after that they only accept cash for towing. I had to run all the way across town for the extra fifty dollars and come back. Very disappointed with this business, never doing business with them again.

Got a tow from this guy on 01/25/2015 and he was GREAT! He was cheapest towe in Appleton area by $70 and was at my location within 20 minutes of calling him. He accepts Visa/MC and has great rates and gets the job done. Would recommend to anyone who needs a tow in appleton area! He even towed my car on a Sunday for a low rate! 5 stars!

This company is a joke. Their prices are outrageous, they only accept cash, have horrible customer service and bad attitudes.

This guy is something else. Hangs up on you when your trying to discuss options for getting your car. Charges his daily fee twice even if the car has been there less than twenty four hours (towed late Friday and picked up early Saturday morning). Absolutely rude while communicating both on the phone and in person. Not flexible in anyway. Prices are absurdly high. Steer clear from this place! I would not trust him for towing or any type of mechanical service. I am in the process of filing a complaint to the city of Appleton because he is on the call list for towing.

Christys towed my car during the night and charged me $250 - as much as you’d see in LA or Chicago. I had arranged to pick up my car the next day and had to wait 45 minutes for them to show up. Once the individual arrived to let me in the shop to pay, he was very rude and unpleasant to deal with. I could not recommend Christy’s to anyone unless you’re in a desperate pinch.

Completely blew past the estimate they gave me. Absoltely zero information or details on the receipt. Unfriendly and uninformative. Few less Christmas presents under our tree. Do yourself a favor and go to one of the other 10 repair shops on Wisconsin Ave.
