I will not recommend this place to anyone. I bought a vehicle 9 days ago. It was ceramic coated to protect the vehicle. I washed it today at kwik trip touch free in appleton. The paint chipped from the car wash. Bergstrom is refusing to do anything about it. The ECP company is tell us that is was not applied properly. Bergstrom up sold me on this product and wont stand behind them and the ECP company is blaming Bergstrom.... either way. Not worth your hard earned money. Take your money else where....

I did not go to the body shop. But I have had very good service when I have had to go there. I went to the oil change at Bergsyroms

Greeted by really nice guys in the body shop area. Was made to feel really comfortable and fully informed about the repair I want done. Sat down had a cookie and a soda and a few minutes later Mitch had a good estimate and approximate date when the repair could be done and that was that. Really happy with the service, truck will be repaired in just a couple weeks when parts and my schedule permit. Great service !

Bought a new truck from Bergstrom GMC, then got a scratch within a few months. Bergstrom auto body right next door took great care of me and fixed it no charge! Thanks to Mitch Fowler for the exemplary service!

Avoid taking your vehicle here. I have only $3500 damage from an accident but repairs keep getting put off because of vehicles ahead of me are taking longer. i will be without a car for over a month, not acceptable! Asked about a loaner but they dont offer that, funny other Bergstrom dealerships have loaners?

Craig and the team were professional and prompt with the repairs I needed after a hit and run. Updated me on the status throughout the repair and brought the car back up to form. Wouldnt want to have my car hit again, but should it happen, Ill be bringing it here.
