I had Bergstrom Collision Center repair the damages on my vehicle from an accident recently. I am very impressed with the professionalism, the quality of the work completed, and the communication throughout the whole process. I absolutely love taking my car to Bergstrom and very happy with my work that is always completed on my vehicle.Thank you to ALL at Bergstrom helping make the vehicle repair process seamless and as delightful as the situation could be.

Zack C sold me a bogus vehicle. Of course at the time I wasn’t aware of the issues wrong with the vehicle I trusted him and the company that they were selling me a reliable vehicle. 30 days after purchase, the muffler and catalytic converter needed to be replaced. I assumed because it was 30 days old it would be covered, but being the swindlers they are the bill was $1500. I was told by the service lady, Megan, that I wouldn’t have to pay a cent. Mike H, the manager told me that wasn’t the case. He told me I needed to have common sense to buy a vehicle??? Never was treated so poorly by any manager or staff. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

My car was hit at the grocery store about a week ago and the person ran. Unfortunately cameras weren’t able to see my car so I brought it in for a quote and chose to run it through my insurance. They worked seamlessly with my insurance to get everything scheduled and taken care of quickly and efficiently. My car was supposed to be in the shop for about a week and instead it only took 3 days! They did great work and you can’t even tell my car was hit! I received multiple calls during the process with updates on my car and the work being done. I also received a call today to make sure everything was good with the work completed. The follow up through out the process and after was extremely appreciated. They helped make a stressful situation much easier. I couldn’t recommend them more! Everyone was friendly, professional and timely in helping me get my car back! They even returned my rental to enterprise so I didn’t have to take the extra time to!

Ive been meaning to write this for a while but time got away from me. Earlier this year when we had those severe icy roads, my son was driving my Pathfinder and at an intersection, slid while turning, bounced off the median curb and ended up with a busted front suspension. Luckily no one was hurt and no other vehicles were involved. Clinton and his crew were amazing to say the least. Due to the insurance company, bad weather holding up parts on the east coast, and the time it took to actually fix my vehicle-my vehicle was at their shop longer than any of us had hoped for. Clinton and the folks at Bergstrom kept me updated every step of the way. I was never left wondering what was going on. On top of that, a week after getting my vehicle back, a service manager and a technician stopped by my home to make sure everything was going good with my vehicle. My vehicle was clean and looked brand new inside and out when I picked it up. Thats service! Im a long time Bergstrom customer and the great service is one of the main reasons why.

Brought my car to the Bergstrom body shop for some accident damage. Clint E. immediately got an estimate squared away and had everything rolling by the time my insurance got back to me. The Bergstrom team had everything set up from start to finish to make this a super simple process. I was absolutely worried about dealing with insurance but the way to team got my car repaired was so seamless. Even got her all cleaned up and detailed for pickup! Repair time was great! And most importantly the communication every step of the process was hands down one of the best I’ve had! Highly recommend for your body shop repairs!

I had an extremely unprofessional experience with an Autobody consultant named Eric M. I called to get a quote for some underbody vehicle damage on my Chrysler Pacifica and after being transferred around multiple times they were able to fit me in at this Victory Lane location for an estimate.Upon arrival Eric took one look at my van and was arrogant, rude, and condescending. He said he couldnt help me due to the type of damage I had and was unwilling to even look at my vehicle. He dismissed me completely, and instead of helping me, he simply wrote out a generic phone number on the back of a business card, threw across his desk, and gave me the youre not my problem, get out of my office look.Its really unfortunate, Im planning on buying another vehicle this weekend and due to the poor image Eric presented, Ill steer clear of all the Bergstrom locations. Im disappointed by this experience and would recommend avoiding working with him at all costs.Note, I had a very pleasant experience working with Jess on their admin call center side. She with very empathetic, kind, and was able helped me get in contact with the right team of people.

Jerry did a fantastic job and I had my car back the same week. Very reasonable prices and high quality work. I would take my car back without hesitation. Everyone was easy to work with and helpful.

Our 2006 Mini Cooper S convertible is our pride and joy. We baby her and maintain her to a T. In August we, unfortunately, had a turkey fly across our path that caved in the front hood and scoop. She was completely drivable, just ugly - we thought. When the guys at the body shop managed to pry open the hood, it showed a lot more damage. Long story short - our insurance company totaled our beloved little car. We were shocked! We were left with two choices: take the settlement and look for another car (with new car payments, of course) or accept a lesser settlement and buy our Mini back. We chose the latter. We couldn’t ever replace our customized baby. That’s where Clint and the staff came to the rescue. Though it took a bit longer to get everything perfect, Clint worked closely with us to minimize costs, communicated with us almost daily, coordinated the repair effort and kept us abreast of status. He even sent us pictures of the finished job just before the Labor Day weekend to make us feel better (the paint still had to cure before release). The finished result was outstanding. These guys in the body shop know what they are doing. They do it professionally. And the customer service is top flight

My husband hit a deer with our 2016 Town and Country. Our insurance worked with Bergstrom, and since it was close to home we decided to take it there for the body repair work that was necessary after the accident. We dropped off the van on a Monday, and picked up the rental car that Bergstrom helped us out with on our lunch break. It was quick and easy - and with COVID-19, everyone we encountered was fully masked.The next morning we received our estimate from both Bergstrom and our insurance. Bergstrom estimated it would take 33 hours to repair once all the parts were in. I anticipated it taking a good week and a half at least to get everything together - even though Robbie indicated they were running good that week, and thought it wouldn’t take that long at all to get it back to us. I wasn’t hopeful.Bergstrom was AWESOME at giving me almost daily updates on the progress of the work on our van. They wouldn’t however promise me when they’d have it done, just in case something unexpected came up with the repairs. I respected this quite a bit! I don’t like getting the run around and false promises.On Friday mid-morning I received a call from Bergstrom indicating that the work on the van was completed and it was on the way to “wash” to prepare it to return to us that very day! Wow! I was impressed!! Within the hour I received a call from Robbie indicating I could come pick up the van anytime before 6:00 pm that night.The work was completed to our satisfaction - and I was excited to get back into my own vehicle. The rental was great, and I appreciated it beyond words - however there is nothing like driving your own vehicle!!Thank you Bergstrom for completing the work before I even anticipated getting it done. It was done perfectly! The service with a mask was completely appreciated due to Covid as well. A huge thank you goes out to everyone that had a hand in getting this done for us!I will continue to recommend Bergstrom!

I got my oil changed there. I always wait for my car. I was warned it is taking longer because of COVID & their cleaning protocols. It took more of an extended period of time. My serviceman compted my oil change. I was blown away with this kind gesture. Thank you Bergstrom for practicing safe protocols & being aware of customers time. Sent 2 separate correspondences to the location after I found they had failed to put in 2 screws on the bottom of my vehicle. Never heard back from them concerning this. In terms of the actual appointment itself they did a great job. But im very upset that they are failing to respond to me concerning work they did not complete on my vehicle.

I got into my 1st accident and I wasn’t really sure of the process to get my vehicle repaired. The Bergstrom body shop was amazing to work with. They took care of everything and made it so easy! From getting me in for my estimate the day of the accident -to the day I picked my vehicle up I felt the customer service was top notch. Thank you to Robbie and your team for a job well done! I would recommend anyone bring their vehicle to this body shop for repair.

I have a 2014 VW Passat with low milage that had some issues when starting up, it sounded horrible.I mentioned those issue to the person I spoke to on the phone, and scheduled an appointment. They had said it was my oil, so they changed it apparently and I paid $90. Come to find out the the oil was very dark, and also the filter wasnt changed. Regarding the noise, it appeared once more. So I called again and scheduled another appointment, letting them know that the car was still making the noise. After doing searching around, Ive heard from other agencies that the VW Passat has PCV valve disfunction that could be the cause of the noise. So I let them know to PLEASE check the PCV valve. I brought in my vehicle and they said that the PCV valve was fine and not clogged, they said that the noise could just be a recall that needed to be done. I got my car back and noise was still there, I just gave up hope on them. My father ended up changing the PCV valve and sure enough it was clogged and dirty but most importantly the noise did not come back. I appreciate their minor attempt to fix the problem, but I surely would not refer anyone to them or would go back. This was just my experience, could be different for someone else.

This is what great customer service looks like! A deer ran into my SUV and created a lot of damage making my vehicle un-driveable. Since there was not an Infinity dealer in our area I reached out to Bergstrom Body Shop. I worked with Josh Thompson there and it could not have been any easier to get my vehicle fixed. He worked with the insurance adjuster and kept me in the loop throughout the whole process. The vehicle was even completed sooner than expected and looked amazing when I picked it up. Bought my Jetta from them last July and at first was impressed by how well they treated me. They said they’d fix all the little dings and scratches along with a big scratch on the rear passenger side quarter panel and door. So they scheduled me a date in August and gave me a rental for the week. A year goes by and now the paint is cracking under the rear passenger door handle. So I give them a call and bring it in to have it looked at. They repainted it and put me in another rental free of charge. Overall the customer care they showed was great.

Had my truck hit in the back. They fixed my truck and later after looking the truck over I found the taillight was cracked, and the bumper was not straight. Was told they put a used taillight on (was never told this before picking up my truck) and the bumper had to be replaced and that was missed. Later on I had the paint start to chip off on the tailgate. Was told they would only repaint this if I paid $1000 for a new tailgate because they think it was from the truck being rusted on the inside. in my mind this is something that should have been replaced before it was painted in the 1st place. Would give a lower rating but the workers did try hard to make things right. Just wish they would have looked the truck over a little better on the 1st run.

Excellent workmanship, whole crew worked their tails off getting our 2018 equinox back out on the road. Very please with Cole’s passion and hard work making sure everything was absolutely back to manufactures specs. Not a lot of people know what goes on behind the scenes and a lot of people will never understand it until they get a chance to see it all for them selves from start to finish, insurances are normally the cause of hiccups with any repair because they are the ones cutting the checks. Overall really happy. Robby borrowed us a vehicle for a couple days at the end without charge and that really helped us out! Thank you again!

Horrible experience. I brought my car in for body damage and I have more scratches on it now than when I brought it in. I had requested additional service when I brought it in and was not done. I pick it up and the emblems are in the wrong spot, so now I have to bring it back in. A PART OF THE BODY THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE REPAIRED, LITERALLY FELL OFF IN MY HAND. ANOTHER BODY PART IS READY TO COME OFF. I AM AFRAID TO DRIVE IT. There are minor dents still in the area of repair. I will be contacting Nissan in the near future. I wouldnt give it ANY stars, but I HATE TO HAVE to give it 1.Update: I had to bring it back in 4 more times because the same parts kept popping off. Actually 3, because I refused to take one of the times because it was missing a screw where they repaired it after telling me it was ready. After the last time, I took it to a different repair shop. He took one look at it and said that it was obviously not repaired right. My car will now have been in the shop almost a month. Thank god insurance was involved, otherwise I probably would be out a lot of money.

We brought our truck to bergstrom to get a large scratch fixed even though we did not purchase it at bergstrom. The staff did a beautiful job fixing the scratch and was done in a very timely manner. We chose Bergstrom Auto Body when our vehicle was in a accident in December 2017. The repair process has been a complete headache. After picking our car up after it being in the repair shop for about three weeks, we had to take the vehicle back another two times!The steering wheel was not straight (very noticeable as I noticed in the dark it was not straight). I was told by the Bergstrom Representative that the aligment sheet was in front of him and it looked fine. The rocker in front of the back driver rear tire was still crushed (even though the rim and tire had to both be replaced in the same place). We also told them there was a humming and vibration in the rear after we picked it up the first time. (This also was not fixed on the second visit)On the third trip back to the repair shop we made the Bergstrom Representative ride with us. After returning to the shop they kept our car again and we had another rental. Later that day we were called from our Progressive Representative that wheel bearing where the tire and rim were replaced was junk because of the impact of the accident.The follow up from the management of the body shop is poor. We should of not had to take our car back two additional times for repairs that should of been completed the first time. We were not compensated for our time in having to deal with the body shops neglect on fixing our vehicle, nor a direct apology from any of the management staff.I would highly recommend anyone to look at other auto body repair shops before taking your vehicle to Bergstrom.We purchased this vehicle from Bergstrom, and our next purchases will be a different dealer.

I purchased my 2016 Chevy Cruze from the Bergstrom in Neenah Memorial Day weekend of 2018, I also bought the fancy warranty for an extra $2,500.00ish to “protect all stock parts and labor for three years from any malfunctions with a $100.00 deductible. I was involved in an accident on May 13th, 2019 with full coverage on both parties ends (it was the other persons fault). This being my first accident, not quite knowing what to expect, will never return to Bergstrom ever again. My car was, at the time of the accident, under 1 year of ownership under me. I brought my car into Bergstrom because Progressive works with them on May 21, 2019 and given a rental car from Enterprise (via my insurance). The work that needed to be done on my car was replacing the front bumper on the passenger side and was told they would call me after Memorial Day weekend because they still needed to order parts. Fast-forward to May 28, 2019, I go to pick up my car, pay my own deductible (because the insurance companies couldn’t communicate in a decent amount of time to pay my deductible) and leave (mind you, not a single employee came out with me to inspect my car, they put me in an office that had no lights on and told to “wait while they finish washing the car” and was just handed the keys. I’m not incompetent to realize that a front bumper is fixed, but still would be that hospitality factor to let me know what they exactly did). On June 3, 2019, while driving home from work, for the first time owning my car for a year, my check engine light turned on. I brought it into an Auto Zone on June 4, 2019 and had a Code Sensor read the codes. The code came up as “Mass Air Flow Sensor”. The guy at Auto Zone suggested maybe that the sensor got bump in the accident, since it was located directly where I was hit and to bring it back in for inspection. I brought my car back in on June 5th or 6th, 2019 and was given a rental via Bergstrom. I was called back to Bergstrom on June 7th, 2019 that my car had a loose clamp where the Mass Air Flow Sensor was located and they tightened back up. Drove back to Bergstrom, went inside to grab my keys, got in my car, drove 10 feet (not even out of the parking lot) and my check engine light came back on. I went back inside and asked to speak to someone, no one knew what was happening with my car, the person who was handling my claim was no longer in or just not wanting to speak and they told me to just take the rental again for the weekend and they would look into it. On June 10th, 2019 my Progressive agent called and told me that “gas and air are not mixing properly in the engine and he would inform me later on what the final verdict is”. Later that day, Bergstrom called me and told me that my Valve Cover needs to be replaced, its not accident related and it would be around $500.00 to fix it. CLEARLY, this is accident related as never has my car had a problem until after this accident. I mention the fancy warranty that I opt in when I bought my car and got a response of “uhhhhhhh…well…uhhh….I didn’t know that….uhh…hmm….let me look into that”. Erika then calls me later that day on June 10th, 2019 to inform me that she “submitted a request for approval that my warranty would cover this and all I would have to pay is the deductible which is $100.00”. Now, today, June 11th, 2019, my warranty will be covering it, I will be out another $100.00 from an accident that was 100% not my fault, on top of gas driving back and forth from Green Bay to Appleton/Grand Chute three times, time off of work to drive to make their ridiculous 6:00pm closing of the body shop and filing up an SUV as my rental car instead of the usual gas mileage I am used to with my Chevy Cruze. Again, as mentioned above, my accident was on May 13th. It is currently June 11th with still no car. Never will I recommend Bergstrom to anyone. The lack of communication, respect and common courtesy from every Bergstrom employee I came into contact with is quite frightening.

We brought my wifes car in for some body work on the passenger door. In a parking lot someone opened their door and dented/scratched our door. It took a full business week to get the car back. When we got the car back the first time, the scratches were fixed, but the dents were still there. Also there were at least 6 dust particles in the finish. I honestly expected more from them as I thought Bergstrom would have top quality work. I called them back immediately after seeing the poor work, and their response was bring it back in so we can check it out. No apology, nothing. So we brought the car back to be worked on again. This was a huge inconvenience because we had a rental car covered in our claim the first time...but we returned the rental when we picked the car up the first time. We dropped the car off for the second repair on a Sunday night so they could get at it right away Monday. No phone call or anything until Friday about an hour before they closed, so it was impossible to get in to pick it up. Fast forward to Monday when we got the car back, and it has a huge dust particle in the clear coat, and also theres a hair in the clear coat. Im honestly at a loss at what to even do. Theres no way Im giving this shop a 3rd try, but I dont know if I should even try another bergstrom body shop. If I live with the defects, at least one of them will likely turn into rust at some point (the dust isnt even fully sealed). Hugely disappointed in Bergstrom. No follow up, and barely an apology. That wouldnt be a problem if the work was even decent, which its not

It took them 3 weeks to repair my car that had front end damage. There was almost no communication from the shop on updates about my car. I received a phone call from the office wondering why I hadn’t picked up my car yet, but no one told me it was finished until that phone call. What a nightmare.
