Ive only been here once, but they are very friendly, and quick with repairs, and no worries about stolen items either! I would highly recommend. My only issue was that their system didnt recognize that we had a previous visit to look over everything before the repair and get an estimate, but it happens, so it was no big deal (to me).

I had a great experience at Meyers motors

What a terrible joke of a business had an appointment to get work performed on Wednesday April 6th. i dropped vehicle off on Tuesday April 5th. i called them 2 days later and they said i had not made appointment. they said they could not get to it because they apparently overbooked. on Friday i called again and they said they could get to it on Monday. Monday comes along and they say they cant get to it for at least 3 days. if they couldnt handle the job dont take the work and leave me sitting for almost 2 weeks. Terrible way to run a business and treat a former customer.

Don’t bother going here they’ll do a hard inquiry on your credit just to sell the vehicle from right out under you even though you got approved and not even call you back.

So I chose Meiers motors based off the reviews were ‘mainly positive’. I dropped off my vehicle originally for an oil leak. They had my car for a a full _week_, and failed to call me at all to update me regarding the status of my vehicle of why they even had it that long in the first place. When I did call, they told me they would have to keep it another day for XYZ reason, and you couldn’t follow up with the customer at all to update me? Is it really that difficult? (Rhetorical) So they fail at communication. Not to mention, that’s extremely excessive to have my vehicle that long for a simple oil leak, not to mention, every time I asked what was taking so long, they couldn’t give me a straight answer.So there’s three employees who work their, Matt, Nathan and the owner Lucas. The owner Lucas, needs to work on his communication skills. When you ask a question/or are trying to understand about what’s wrong with vehicle, he literally answers it with a few words as possible, and doesn’t seemingly care one way or the other if he has your business or not. (Literally, talking to Lucas is like talking to a brick wall, it’s _that_ bad.) If The customer has questions, you need to be thorough in answering them and actually act like you care about their vehicle, that’s how you accrue business and receive recommendations.For The record, I never complain and I’m extremely outgoing individual. With those two issues with communication and the owner Lucas who doesnt seem like he knows how to run a business appropriately for customer service, I would _not_ recommend this place just based off that experience alone. It makes perfect sense why they have so many openings for appointments when all the other shops are busy in Appleton are booked two weeks out in advance.

Lucas is very knowledgeable and gets the job done right. May not be the cheapest around and I think they are pretty average as far as price goes. However wouldnt you rather pay a bit more to have it done right? Would highly recommend Meiers Motors as they have not steered me wrong with the several repairs I have gotten here.

Most reputable establishment I have ever been to!! Lucas and Matt are the greatest guys and there is absolutely nothing bad to say about this place. Stellar work, unbelievably fast, completely honest and EXPLAINS what’s wrong and teaches you so you learn how and why this is the solution. I was referred by a family friend and now won’t send my family anywhere else. They drive from out of town to come here!! Lucas is the man and I highly highly recommend Meier Motors.

We were sent here by another dealer. Sales people were fun and helpful. Not big on negotiation but we still feel we got a fair price. Because of time constraints and where we live (Hour North) they agreed to deliver the vehicle to our house at no charge. The vehicle arrived, papers were signed money exchanged. The delivery driver left so we went for a quick ride in the new van, and the gas light comes on. Tank is almost empty. First stop the gas station, $41 to fill the tank. NOT HAPPY. Had it had a half a tank or even a quarter tank of gas I would have been just fine. Over all I would go back but a full tank of gas will be included in the next deal.

I had a transmission fluid leak in my car and Earl (the owner) worked on my car for 2 hours straight, found, and fixed the leak. He explained everything he did and the bill was very reasonable!!! I will definitely be going back! :) Matt, the other guy there, was so easy to talk to, very friendly!

Great place to get your vehicle serviced! The staff is very friendly and professional. I received a great price for a new exhaust system. On another occasion, I was trying to change my rear speakers when I came across a stubborn bolt holding the back seat frame down. After breaking my ratchet on it, I stopped in to see if they could help me get the bolt out. The owner, who is super nice, went out of his way to help me get that bolt out. It took a few attemtps and 2 different impact wrenches to get it out but after he got it out he refused to charge me and wished me good luck. Id recommend Meiers Motors to anyone.

Here is my experience with this dealership:Found a vehicle on their website which was good. Called & spoke to a sales person about the vehicle & set up a test drive. Got to the dealership, no one approached me when I was outside looking at the car. After looking over the car I walked inside to see if I could test drive it. The sales person I had spoke to on the phone was there so he was helping me. He pretty much threw the keys at me & said have at her. So I backed the vehicle out of the spot on the lot by myself, drove off & took it for a test drive. Loved the car. Wanted to buy it on the spot. A few things fell through that night so the sales associate I was working with the whole time told me that he would call me the next day with more details/to finalize the deal. No call.. Next day.. no call.. Next day, I called & asked for the sales person & had to leave a message.. no call. Very very very poor service. And two days later I went & spent $29k at a different dealership that was willing to work with me & follow up. Do NOT waste your time at this dealership. Very unprofessional staff.
