I was in an accident and needed to get repairs done on my vehicle. My insurance listed Bergstrom as a recommend provider, so I brought my vehicle in and unfortunately didnt have the greatest experience here.Upon bringing in my car, I was greeted warmly by a service advisor who told me he would be checking in regularly and often to tell me how my vehicle was progressing. He really put my mind at ease and I felt great about the whole exchange. He contacted me again a few days later to tell me the estimate, and that was the last time I ever heard from him.About three weeks later, I had not been contacted or updated by Bergstrom as to the status of my vehicle at all, so I decided to call and check in on how things were progressing. After being transferred to the Body Shop, I was told by the lady on the phone that my car would likely be ready the next day for pickup. I didnt receive a call the next day, or the day after, so I called back. She then told me I had called just in time and my car was now ready, so I went in the next day to pick it up.I had a lot of work done under the hood, including replacement of some air conditioning parts, and immediately upon driving I noticed the AC was not working. So I had to take it back to the shop for additional repairs that should have been fixed the first time around. I get it - things happen - not a huge deal. I picked up it again soon after and then everything was working smoothly.Everything being said, the work they did on my car was excellent (with the exception of the one AC issue), and dealing with my insurance was seamless. However, they set an expectation about communication that they didnt uphold. Given that the whole situation took about a month to resolve, the lack of communication, and the mishap with the AC, I wouldnt really recommend them, nor will I plan on going back.
The best Customer Service. I definitely recommend Bergstrom. Craig was great to work with, he kept us updated and helped us resolve something quickly.
Hopefully all will proceed smoothly with my cars restoration.

I had to call and get a time to get the mirror replaced. My paper work said it was a one hour job but it took only about twenty minutes. It took two weeks to get the part. No one called an said the part was in.
Dave was pleasant and professional to work with. He was willing to listen to our concern and take our case to GM. After a few calls and some clarification, we had the trouble spot on our SRX hood prepped, repainted, and clear-coated. The work done was top notch, it looks great. I find Bergstrom easy to work with and always willing to show their appreciation for repeat customers. We are very pleased with our experience and highly recommend Dave and Bergstrom.
