Me and my sister came in for pedi and full sets. They were pretty busy upon arrival but got me and my sister situated within 5 minutes!!! David did my pedicure, made me feel comfortable and also helped me pick the perfect color for my toes! He also recommended dip powder for my full set which I never had before but I must say I LOVE it! Awesome experience, amazing pricing…quiet atmosphere…clean and amazing staff!! My sister and I have found our go to local nail salon!!! Can’t wait to come back in a couple of weeks!!

Ive been here several times and NEVER had a bad experience. The prices are the best Ive found and the care they put into each client is wonderful. I met John P for the first time today and I will be coming back again and again to have him make my nails beautiful 😍❤️ Im very happy!

My experience here was absolutely awful. When I asked for a correction on one of my finger nails all the technicians ignored me. I waited for 30 minutes before one of the techs finally came to help me. As far as my pedicure, the nail polish kept rubbing onto other toe nails and I told the tech that and they completely ignored me again. I had to wait for another 30 minutes to get helped. Won’t be coming here again…..

My daughter and I came to get our nails done as a last minute decision. They were very friendly and got us right in. I am very picky when it comes to getting my nails done but the guy who did them was great! I like the French manicure and he did a wonderful job. I didn’t get the white tips like most places do but he painted on the tips which l like better so that was a plus. My daughter got a full gel set. Overall we are very pleased and will be back even though it’s about a 30 minute drive.

Pros:Relaxing and comfortable environment.Service was as long and thorough as expected and my nails look great.Cons:Cuticle trimming and buffing the skin off to tops of my toes left me bleeding and scabbed when I got home. :(

This was my second time going to Luxor Nail. Their services are wonderful. Ive had a great experience each visit. Not only do they provide great service but its so nice to relax and have Christian worship music playing through the salon. Its not often you find places like this but I love it!

It was my first time here. Vin gave me a great pedicure and i appreciated her attention to detail. I didnt feel rushed and it was the perfect amount of conversation that i was able to truly relax. I will go back for Vin!One major downside (that they have no control over) was that the restaurant next door triggered the fire alarm twice. They said it happens all the time, but it certainly jerks you out of the calm state I was in.

This place is my happy place!!!! I come here every 2 weeks to see April religiously. I get the powder dip for my nails and I always leave feeling relaxed, happy, and my nails look amazing! I always get so many compliments at work. I have also gotten the gel polish as well as a pedicure there from other nail techs and everyone there is amazingly kind and wonderful at their jobs. Best nail place in the triangle HANDS DOWN!

I had a gel polish manicure done and the whole experience was wonderful. I called the same day to make an appointment and they were able to get me in. The gentleman who did my manicure took his time and was very precise. My nails came out beautiful. The price was fair as well. I will definitely be back!

Ive been going here for years. They always fit me in. Prices are fair. Polish lasts 3+ weeks on feet and 2 weeks (gel) on hands (and Im very hard on my hands). If a nail gets nicked while drying, they fix it perfectly. Decent nail art. If you dont like something, all you have to do is speak up and tell them what you want. Water too hot? Say something. Tickly feet? Say something. I liked my French really thin and it usually takes 2-3 iterations to get there but theyd rather be conservative than to start over. I had an expired gift card and they still honored it. I love these nail techs and this salon!

Just got my eyebrows waxed and the service was poor. I wanted thinner brows than she liked. When I politely pointed to areas I wanted thinner she slapped my hand away 3x and said she knows whats best. Plus when she tweeted she kept pinching my skin and never apologized when Id wince. After taking much longer than needed to wax brows, I paid. She stood right there waiting to see how much I would put for a tip (leaning over the counter to see). So instead i wrote no tip due to poor service. When she saw this instead of apologizing to me she turned to someone in the shop and said something in another language while pointing right at me. I dont know what she said but Im sure it was disrespectful. I will not return. There are dozens of other places that treat customers better.

Always a good pedicure

First time to frequent here and the male that met us and showed us to the pedicure chairs was pretty friendly, and about 10 minutes later the female sat in front of me to do my feet did say hi. Then the only other thing she said was to move my phone, so it doesnt fall into the water. NOT what pedicure would you like . She done the fastest pedicure I have ever had, and I have had a few.I felt like we were hurried kinda like on a conveyor belt. I would have spent more for a relaxing pedicure if she would have asked me.

This place is seriously amazing. They take their time with you, they have the best chairs with awesome massage settings, and for the pedicures they offer is hot stone treatment that is the best thing ever. As pregnant mom with an 8 mo at home, best hour of relaxation ever. Worth every penny.

I have been here twice and it is my new favorite place to go! The staff is so friendly, and they all do a great job

My mom introduced me to this salon several years ago. Throughout college I would come back here for the occasional pedicure when I was home. I also had my nails done here some in high school. I am now home finishing school and have come in more frequently and my mom is a regular so they usually recognize me. I have always had a good experience but I came in yesterday with a friend for two pedicures, a gel manicure for me, and an eyebrow wax for her. We waited for a little bit but when finally seen we felt we were rushed through. I had one of the men do my pedicure and manicure. Instead of using tools to remove excess nail polish from my skin on my toes, he would dig his nails into the skin around my nails to pick up the polish. Not only was this extremely painful, but there was still nail polish on my skin when I left. After being rushed through the pedicure, I sat to get my manicure. The manicure went out of order than Ive typically experienced with certain steps not happening like usual. I have short fingernails but this was the worst manicure Ive ever had. I ended up leaving and having one of the finger polishes peel right off because it was stuck around my skin. I went back to show April and she refused to refund me but told me to sit and wait for it to get fixed. At this point, I just wanted to leave because having my nails done was turning miserable. I am going back today to get a new manicure (hopefully done by someone else) and I will not be back again. They never even gave my friend her wax because they were busy so we have her business to another salon. I have talked to other people who have better salons they visit with better prices and service. I wish this experience didnt happen but it was extremely frustrating and disappointing.

I always see April every 2 weeks for a gel manicure. She is amazing and I love going here. So relaxing and such a happy environment!

I would never ever ever get my eyebrows done at this place again. She was the absolute worst. It was my fault though because I didn’t review this place before going.

This is an okay place to get your nails done, every time I go here my hands hurt after they are done and the lines are not as clean as they could be for a French Manicure. Would not recommend as a first choice.
