I wish I could give them zero stars. Will not ever come back here

Im only putting 1 stars because I have to put something. I was extremely overcharged. I took my daughter and myself and it was $100. When I questioned her about the charges she moved the calculator so that I couldnt see what she was doing. They did a good job but I will not be returning. Very very shady.

Manicure quality was very poor .. used a fan to dry nails.. which did not do the job. Polish job was awful. 20.00 dollars .. never again will I go there...

I went to get nails removed. Left with almost all of my cuticles bleeding from getting nicked by the grinding tool. Terrible experience I would never go back.

I was referred by a friend and loved the service. I would love to have had a television to view. Without a television(s), you rely on your phones and none of the chairs have power supply ports for recharging electronics. Of course you could enjoy the view of people passing by on the trail.

This was my first nail salon experience because I live in Florida but I am visiting my boyfriend and I cant say enough great things about this salon. My lady was so sweet and helped me make the decision to get dip for the first time. She got my color spot on to what I described and we chatted the whole time about life! Very pleasant experience!!

I love how this is one of the places that really values cleanliness and sterility. They autoclave and sterilize all their tools and you see them take them out of the plastic. The pedicure tubs are lined with plastic, they wear gloves while performing pedicures. Most of the time I make an appointment but when I walk in I dont wait too long so thats a plus. Clean place with nice staff!

I would prefer no Stars but it wont allow it. The only good thing I can say is the wait wasnt long. But everything else was thumbs down. The service was not friendly at all. The prices are very high. The quality of the work was extremely poor and I will not return to have anything done again. I asked for full set white tips and after declining other options numerous times the man started my nails and was done within 30 min. They are very thin. Very crooked and have stuff under them and all around sides and cuticles. Unhappy customer. Ive been getting my nails done for over 15 yrs. And this was by far the worst ever

Awful.Awful, awful, awful.I went in for a pedicure and full set and stopped at the pedicure. 5 minutes in to that I wanted to ask her to stop and just charge me for what had been done. INSTANT attitude when I said I didn’t want the $45 dollar pedicure (they have other options but only show you the most expensive on the sheet they show you). Had the day off from work and wanted to pamper myself and it was everything but relaxing. Her massage technique was awful, my toes bled from her chopping at my cuticles...overall just an awful experience. Plus, went to the dryer for my toes and noticed dry wax all on the back of my legs. It’s almost comical how awful my experience was. They’re lucky I have to give 1 star.

GREAT experience!! The salon is clean and spaced out. The lady who did my gel mani and regular pedi was really good. A lot of attention to detail. And super friendly!

Came here to get a pedicure with my girlfriend. It was my first time and I really enjoyed it. A lot better than I expected. I would definitely recommend coming here.

After many Years Im not getting my nails done. I was looking on Google for reviews of nail salons, and I found nails and more. They had excellent reviews. Today was my first visit, and I brought my daughter along with me for her first visit. It was amazing doing a full set on me, and doing a gel French manicure. Other lady was excellent with my daughter getting her a gel manicure and doing a nail design on her nails. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a friendly and clean Salon. Will definitely be back. Thank you to the staff for making our experience memorable.

The owners and staff are very personable. Great service! great collection and very clean and hygienic compared to any other place I have been. The massage chairs were great !I would definitely recommend this nail salon because they offer great service at a reasonable price.

It is immaculately clean and very fresh, no strong chemical smells or tacky decor. It is very affordable prices! The service is great, all the staff was friendly and clean. I appreciated that they all spoke English to both the customers and each other. I cant say enough great things about my experience here. Come and you wont be disappointed.

The deluxe pedicure is the way to go! The staff is so nice and welcome you from the second you walk in. Lots of good colors to pick from and excellent service. This one included a mask for your legs and longer massage for your feet. My feet are so soft and it was very relaxing. I just moved to town and have found my nail place!

Hands down the BEST nail salon in town. Ive gone here for a while. They are So talented. Great service, great prices, online booking and close to everything. Not going to go any place else!

Lied to me about price. I got to register & was expecting to pay 40$ for a pedicure...charge was 60$

From the moment you walk in, you can feel the great atmosphere and energy in there. I had a manicure and pedicure done, and it was the best I ever had. The service was top notch for me and my sisters. I didnt feel trapped in a small room, and it didnt smell either. I will be coming back with friends.

When they say that they can do lashes WrONG they dont do lashes that good went there two-time still got it wrong next day they where falling off it was the crazy

It was incredibly busy, a sign of a good place in my mind. . I was seen immediately and my nail tech did a fabulous job. She did it exactly how I asked and she even made sure I was satisfied. Definitely will be going back. I found my new salon for the area.

I absolutely love getting my pedicure done here. I HIGHLY recommend booking an appointment(they can do same day). The application is flawless, theyre reasonably priced and have lots options to choose from. They have the best pedicure. If you want the best pedicure I would say youve found your shop!

The ladies who work here are so incredibly nice! And the facility is clean and doesnt have all the tacky decor that you see in some salons. Not sure what any of those bad reviews were about. I experienced none of that. Didnt break the bank either! Will definitely be back!

They rushed one hand is longer than the other and my toes aren’t even with what I paid the polish came off and it’s all over my toes

Great service, friendly staff, comfortable chairs, and easy to get a same day appointment. They have a wonderful selection and many pedicure options and services. I love that they dont try and push extras on you.

I love this place! It is always clean and the staff is always very friendly. I get acrylic nails and usually have a problem finding someone who can get them thin like I like them. They do an amazing job.

I do not recommend. I keep giving this shop a chance, but at my own expense. I’ve experienced bad customer service, poor quality products and/or lack of experience of the nail tech, roaches in the spa chair, the staff pressuring me to purchase additional services, after me already declining several times. Only positive is that I’ve never had to wait to be serviced.

Loved my experience here! I am not a big manicure person because I am pretty hard on my nails and they never last more than a day or two. It has been four days and it looks like I just had them done. I never felt rushed and the whole experience felt like I was at a spa. The pricing is very good for the quality and the atmosphere.

AMAZING PLACE. Ive been coming here for years now. I came to get my eyebrows waxed and shaped, by Wendy and she did AMAZING! I came back two days later and Wendy took the time to come do my nails and even stated after closing hours. Everyone was so sweet. It was really good Customer service. The inside was renovated so its BEAUTIFUL inside. Did exactly what I wanted with my nails and everything came out better than I imagined. Will definitely be back next week for a pedicure. 😄

Ive been coming here for the past 2 years since I moved here and Ive had the best experience every time. Ive had several different nail techs work on my pedicure and they are all great! Ive tried several of other nail salons in the area and they are nowhere near the quality of this place and the prices here are also the best in the area! Highly recommend!

Went here today for the first time. Im not from the area so i looked on Google for the best salons. I really liked how my nails were done, Im normally really picky with them but she did a great job! The place was super clean which is always a good thing. I will deff come back here again for pedicure.

Everyone that works there knows what theyre doing, very professional and kind. I never had a bad experience here. Theyre gentle while doing my nails, I been cut lots of times in other places but never here. Ask for anyone, they are amazing and sweet people!

Ive been going here since they opened. Previously I hadnt found a salon with as much care for their customers or attention to detail as this one! I went in on a whim and now Im hooked. They dont try to push extra services on you, but they are willing to educate you on them. The care they give and the options in color are worth every penny!

They have the MOST and BEST selection of choices Ive ever seen. My tech was fabulous. she was fast, paid attention to detail, and made my pedicure amazing! I have really small feet with deep cuticles that techs usually mess up, but they are perfect! Thank you!!

Im always treated like a king! Ask for Tina she will treat you like royalty! always takes her time and does a wonderful job. I have never disclosed that I am a cosmetologist, every time that I have visited, they follow all the state board requirements for sanitation.

I got my nails done there on Friday and two of them literally broke on Monday ... the man who did my nails was moving way too fast and he needs to focus more on his work than blasting music through his ears, very unprofessional . I will not go there again to get my nails done but I will make them fix my nails because this is ridiculous . Their pedicures are not worth their price and the manicures aren’t either !! The only thing good about them is their eyebrows .

This place is pretty sanitary! Make an appointment before you go, I have seen walk-ins get turned away because they were too busy. But if you have an appointment they will definitely take their time and make sure youre taken care of!

Ive had a lot of different nail techs but unlike other places that Ive been to Im never worried who I may get as Ive always had a good experience in the past. Location is very clean and surprisingly well ventilated considering how many pedi/mani stations they have.

They were amazing! I got my nails, toes, and eyelashe extensions for prom there. The service was great and the staff was extremely friendly. I will definitely be going back!

Another great experience yesterday for a pedicure. I highly recomnend this place. Its not as fancy as some of the other places Ive been but its clean, the ladies are friendly, there are tons of polish choices, the price is reasonable and mostly they do a great job!

Thus far, Ive only been in twice and had different nail technicians but both women were extremely good at what they do. I am extremely picky about my nails (as I am sure most women are) but having done nails before myself in the past, I know immediately if they are cutting corners or cheapening the product/service. This is definitely not the case here.

Horrible service, even worse manners of employees. The lady was rough, didn’t care what we asked for and gave us something totally different then charged us for what SHE wanted to do! My fingers aren’t painted all the way and the toes on one foot are a different shade due to lack of coats! When she was questioned about why I was charged for what SHE to do even I asked her for NORMAL polish more than three times; she said shellac lasts longer. 😤

RUN!! Idk why the heck i tried coming here again! The rudest people ever! There were a few ladies very nice and apologetic after a few of the guys were extremely rude and laughing. This is the 3rd time!! Ive had a horrible experience here every single time..thinking maybe MAYBE they have changed and MAYBE things will be different. NOPE! NEVER AGAIN

This nail salon is beautiful with lots of friendly staff. They have an assortment of colors including products from Essie, OPI, Orly, and Bio. They offer you an assortment of beverages with your service. They also have special deals, great place to come for mani/pedi.

I am SO happy with my experience at this so ! My manicure and pedicure are seriously flawless, I have no idea how its possible to be so detail oriented when it comes to my tiny bitty nails because I have nail biting problems, but they look amazing, Im still in shock.

Very rude workers, treated me like an inconvenience and lied about pricing. I wanted to have a nice relaxing day after mourning the death of my brother and they made me feel awful. I hope they see this and learn to treat everyone with kindness because you never know what they’re going through. I have never felt so disrespected and belittled..

By far the best mani pedi Ive ever had, as a perfectionist I was blown away at the quality of work they do. They are meticulous and very professional. Made an appointment and once I arrived I was seated within seconds getting both my mani and pedi done. Love love love this place. New to town and I was afraid I wouldnt find a great place but I am very happy to have found this place.

The lady that did my pedicure.. Older lady with glasses..Cut me twice while using the callus remover and she didnt use the toe separeter.. Which caused my big toe polish to mess up..

I didnt need an appointment and the technician did a good job, considering one of my toenails is cracked and she used glue - you cant even see it! I come to this part of town every February and will be back next year.
