Great Carwash... The results are Great at very good price. Free vaccums not necessary to have car washed to use. Plus... again, Results!! Great wash.

The car wash does a great job and with the loaner towels and glass cleaner, it is easy to get you truck clean. But they dont have an area to wash you MUDDY RUBBER FLOOR MATS. It is ashamed that you pay $8 and get everything done EXCEPT your mats and they wont spray them off for you like some of the other car washes in town. Guess I am going elsewhere to get er done.

Decided to try out pirates cove 25 dollar wash on super Tuesday. My front bumper was still covered in bugs and so was my windshield. My only positive was my rims and tire shine. I wouldnt recommend this to anyone.

During my first visit, the manager (William) took the time to answer all of my many questions. I got the purple haze wash and really liked it. The ceramics made a difference.Great customer service!

I go here probably too often because Im obsessed with keeping my car as clean as possible. Staff is always helpful, its very clean and well maintained, this is my primary carwash in town. Its extremely convenient if youre on this side of town.

Kind of expensive but it does a good job Cleaning your vehicle

I use this car wash and one of their other car washes that is located on Firetower Rd.I have been driving my car for 4 years with new looking wheels, since Ive started using these car wash locations for roughly 3 months, 3 of my 4 wheels have these circular scratches on the outer edge of them.The scratches are very noticeable and when I showed an employee on 10th St he claimed that there was no way they came from their tunnel. If they didnt appear from their wash tunnel then where did they come from?All of a sudden Im driving in a way to cause damage to them. Im 42 years old, I learned to drive without rubbing curbs decades ago.Im curious if any other people have experienced circular scratches on their wheels or if they recognized a problem and have made adjustments to correct the equipment from causing the scratches?

Simply a great place to have your vehicle washed they use the proper amount of cleaning solutions they are clean and no loud music when you are detailing your own vehicle great place to go😊👍

Best place to get a car wash in greenville. Great prices and fantastic customer service. Spoke with the manager, William, and he took great care of me.But most importantly, my truck was sparkling clean every time I left.

I used this car wash everyday most days twice a day.I noticed the machines were malfunctioning and informed the manager.I was blown off.My new car has been damaged on the drivers side rear door on my last visit.I recommend washing your own car by hand unless you prefer to have the paint on your car and car handle scraped off.

I recently washed my car and then after vacuuming, I locked my keys inside. William the manager helped me get back into my car. The customer service there is the best!

Pirates cove is really great, paying the monthly rate is really affordable and well worth the money. The only thing that sucks at pirates cove are the vacuums, which is a good thing.

I love all of the locations but I am more in touch with my usual guys over at Memorial but I have been using 10 th st and it’s an amazing new location. I love the blowers they really dry your car really good. Take care. I usually go daily.

So today was my first time ever using this car wash I had no problems with my car at all but apparently the pressure of the water is high that my computer sensor was damaged by the water when cleaning the underbody of the car . I wanted to try something new now $25 is going to cost me about $1000 I will not recommend this place to NOONE!!!!!!

This being the newest facility this is by far the nicest. All 3 in Greenville are very comparable and you can get vehicle maintenance at the firetower location. The wash pass allows you to bounce between all 3 locations in Greenville. Probably more locations as well. Ive been washing here for 4+ years.

Good wash and good vacuums.. However towels are damp and not dry, this needs to be fixed!

The wash was great, no scratches in my paint and great employee interaction. It’s a little loud once you get inside the tunnel so make sure to put your car in Neutral and keep your foot off the break at all times.

Twice Ive been through and received no bug prep which is only available but the attendant( you can do it yourself at the Red Banks location) and got black grease on my car. Will keep to the Red Banks location

At the drive in the guy didnt tell us anything about what the difference in price would get us and only talked about a monthly plan even though we told him we werent interested. Went through and it didnt even manage to clean the windshield of bugs or dirt. Highly disappointed and dissatisfied.
