Account is in my husbands name. We pay weekly. We have completely bought fridge, washer and dryer. Now left paying on broken tv and current roku tv. Mike the manager at RAC in Anderson has called me once and told me that he was not going to talk to me . He claimed was rude. However he has continued go call right before closing or an employee calls the day it was due.This week new employee calls stating we had not paid. Told her we pay on Fridays when he gets paid. .like called today and said payment is late and is my husband going to get payment caught up. He claims on Friday that we will be a week behind. We paid double payment last Friday. After tvs are paid off, we are done with this store. The other employees have bern fantastic...Debbie, Mi hale and guys who have had to send my washer and dryer back to be repaired.

Very accommodating

They will charge you more steal your money call you 6 tines a day then text you they hurass people. Then they charge you to much for broken stuff then when you send stuff back they dont apply that amount you spend to your accoung they are jokes.they even threathen they will come in your home when yhey want then they get there ny neighbor said ge tryed getting in my house tryed opening my door they need new people

The store is pretty clean. The staff is ok. But renting to own you will always pay way more than you should.Could be bad for credit if you get something and dont pay the payments on time.A better suggestion for those on a budget would be for you to walk next door for used furniture.Simply more affordable to buy used.But if you really want to gut newer nicer stuff it is an option for you.

Everything worked out good they were polite and courteous

They tried scamming my grandfather with a washer and dryer that was way over priced, and lie about the original pricing. $130 a month for 25 months, for a 2006 washer and dryer.

Awful they are hateful, rude and unprofessional. They call u they day ur stuff is due at 9 am even when u ask them not to. Payments are a lot higher than others. They give u fake names when they are rude to you. Hate this place go to Aaron’s!!
