They were all very nice to me...the guy who hooked up my washer and dryer..very sweet..even stopped by to see how it was working the next day..same day delivery...i cant think of anything they could have done better ..i give them 5 stars!!

Not nice people at all very rude and disrespectful to me and my husband we have stuff through them and explain that we having a hard time out of work they harasse us 247 .I have explained I will pay them when I got my check

The staff was very friendly my tv went out in my living room at 1 pm and by 5:30 pm they had me a brand new tv fresh out the box set up in my living room highly recommend and it also helps that the staff is friendly and professional 😊😊

Me and wife came in today, and got the best service that we have had in a very long time. We got great customer service, with great prices on iteams. Lower prices than what we had searched for online from other rental companys. We will be back to do more bussiness.

They kept changing my payoff amount on me so I brought back the TV I was leasing and went to Aarons, leased a larger TV with a sound bar and stand for the same price. It has been paid off for a couple of years now.5 Star has lost my business as they have no agreements to protect BOTH them and their customers, do not call other locations to look for a specific item, and get it to you the same day.

Dont use them they used my credit card and charged without my authorization credit card company says they committed fraud,ordered new card have fun in court

How do you pick up and drop off furniture in bedroom shoes. That guys Chris wears bedroom shoes all the time. I’ve witness this with my own eyes. The are very unprofessional and lazy. And very rude as hell. I turned my stuff back in to their ratchet butts

This was the worst place to go and rent something from, when we first went we rented a dryer, they let us take right then, then they gave us nothing but problems the whole month in a half we had it sent it back early didnt get any money back went in there yesterday and tried to rent a dryer for a week or two becuz ours quit and told him they owed us back one week and the man was so rude I just turned around and left worst experience every I would go with out before going there again
