This is the second time we have utilized David Taylor HVAC, really I cannot day enough about the team and company. They arrived on time, explained what they were going to be doing. We were having one of our three systems completely replaced. The team put down drop cloths and very very careful in our home as the unit was in the attic. We purchased a new system from Davids company. About a week later the house was very hot when I got home from work. It was late in the evening and didnt think anybody was coming until the next day. David called me later that evening and came out personally to help fix the problem. Turns out that the problem was caused by a electrical contractor who at our house earlier that day. He didnt leave our house until almost 9:00 p.m. outstanding customer service! If you dont choose him for your new a/c unit, youre making a big mistake. I made the right choice.

We have been using David for years with a new AC units in our business in Seneca and Servicing our units in our home in Anderson. He is very dependable, reliable and extremely fair in his service charges and installation of new units

I had a different company come out first, and the tech was completely wrong about why the air handler was collecting condensation. I called David Taylor, explained what was going on and they pretty much diagnosed the issue correctly before even appearing. They got a 5 year old defective fan covered under warranty and quickly replaced it.

This was the first time we’ve had to have our unit serviced. We called on a Saturday not knowing what the problem with our air was, and Mr. Taylor was at our home within 1.5 hours and fixed the problem in 15 minutes, and only charged $140 for the call out and repair. He had also previously replaced my parents’ entire system several months earlier and they were extremely satisfied. We’ll definitely be using him for all future heating and air needs!

David performed a solid inspection and gave sound advice for the issues I was having.

We have purchased 3 units from him. Warranty was not honored on 2 faulty units. We paid for services we didnt get. 2 yrs on unit is not acceptable. He still owes us for work not completed. Blame placed on Mfg. Simply switch. Great for those who get excellent service. Im glad you havent paid him $$$ we did. I have the receipts. I have changed phone numbers. David knows very well that we were a customer and he should recall how he denied us the warranty and we had water in drain pan from faulty unit under warranty. My invoices show the truth. He knew he had faulty units from Trane and they had serious issues. They installed no problem. It is when warranty needs to be honored 2 yrs that they failed to honor. . This needs to be known. Perhaps he will honor with this reminder of failure. He took no responsibility for Tranes serious issues. No I wont call. I just wanted others to know our experience. We have found a reliable company who gave us further information on Tranes problems a few years ago. I would never purchase another Trane unit.

We called at 8:00 this morning right when they opened. Because it’s been hot and it’s a Monday the lady answering the phone didn’t promise that they would be able to get here today. She called a bit later and said they would be able to work us in and gave us a time to expect the service person. They arrived on time. They quickly identified the problem, explained the charges, and made the repair. By 12:30 they were done. Couldn’t be more happy. Quick, excellent service, and reasonably priced.

Called David this afternoon because our furnace stopped working. He sent out two techs within 20 minutes. They were very polite and went straight to work under our crawl space. It took about 15 minutes for the problem to be diagnosed. The part was on their truck and they repaired it right away. The two techs cleaned up the work area and left everything in great shape. We would highly recommend them to anyone needing fast, professional and courteous service at a very reasonable price.

The best hands down my family and i was out of air for a month we had purchased a home warrenty which is a scam and a joke. My wife found David Taylor heating and air on the internet my wife called and told them our problem and they came to the rescue fast Mr Eddie check out our problem priced our parts and their labor and we were happy with the price. He won the bid for the job out of a few local businesses we checked with and we are happy about making the decision to go with him. He is very professional in presenting the information regarding the type/size of the unit his technicians would install, along with all the details for what to expect with the installation process. The day of the install, David showed up with the crew, introduced his lead technician (Travis), and assured us they would finish up a little after lunch. Travis was easy to talk with and you could tell he cared about his workmanship. They finished up on time and left us with a cool house! There were a few minor concerns I had after the fact, but when David came back after the install to look the unit over a few days later he sorted it all out very quickly! Andy was extremely knowlegdeable and professional, he was able to get our system back up and running quicklly and a t a very fair price. Especially given that it was done on Saturday. Yesterday we called about our broken heater. They said they would come either today or tomorrow. Then they called today and basically said nah, we dont wanna help you and are no longer interested in even LOOKING at our heater to help us figure out what is wrong. I dont know how a company can stay in business long with that type of attitude.
