So, I was supposed to start work for this company next week. I had orientation on March 17th 2021. Im not sure if I was talking to maybe an HR part or a third party for the hiring process but its been like pulling teeth to get any and all information to me. I was told today that I was not selected for my position because I had failed to take a drug screen and a back ground check well I had never received any information to the correct email that was given to them. They had went off an entirely different email and continously called my wife to inform her about my hiring process which I had never given them her number. It seems kind of unprofessional I know but I wont hold it to personally against them. I will leave this negative review for them and hopefully someone with great talent will see this and avoid this company at all costs.

This company is a joke, my refrigerator stopped working December 14th 2020 (LG compressor) and they have still not fixed the issue. The first technician “fixed” the issue on February 4th 2021 My next scheduled appt is April 13th 2021. If I could rate them a zero I would. Customer service didn’t help with anything either.

We scheduled an appointment and we called by the Tech saying he couldnt make it. Got a call later telling us our appointment had been move 10 FLIPPING DAYS IN THE future! The Tech said to call and maybe get an earlier appointment. We did and got an earlier one. But, lo and behold the new Tech was a no show. Called service number and was told the Tech was on her way. 10 minutes away. Never showed. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!

Scheduled an appointment on a Friday for the following Tuesday. My wife took the day off work. The appointment time was a 9 hour window and 30 minutes before the 9 hours was up we got an email that we had been rescheduled. When we called and complained, we were give 20% off the repair fee. This does nothing when you loose 2 days worth of pay. When they did show up it cost over 400$ for a 75$ heating element to be put into my dryer. Worst part to go with that is the tech left the trash and told my wife it was our responsibility to dispose of it. This is why sears and kmart went out of business. Piss poor customer service.

They dont even deserve one star, schedule my appointment and they where a no show and made me late for work. So I rescheduled my appointment and they said I would be there first appointment and I would be a priority. They where scheduled to be here to today between 8am and 12pm, so 12:30 I called them to check on my appointment and they said that service person was running behind and told me that he would be there no later then 1:30pm. So at 2:00pm still one has show up. So I call them back to find out what is going on, and i ask to talk to a supervisor and she did nothing but lie to me. Would not recommend them to anyone, they are the worse ever. The will just give you the run around. NEVER USE THIS SERVICE.
