Used to be a 5 star company but since the new owners took over not anymore. I called for a seasonal check up and the receptionist was extremely rude.

Customer service is not very good, tell you 30 minutes, more like 3 hrs. The do not seem to back up their installation, wish I would have chosen someone else, not the service group they used to be.

Carolina heating and air bought them out.

Paul Hagan is a blessing to the heating/air business. He is extremely knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to fill his costumers needs. His prices are very reasonable and he can be trusted!Our heat pump went out on a Saturday and Paul was actually taking calls! As luck would have it, our 30 yo system could not be repaired and his team started a new system on Monday morning.We now have a system that is super quiet and whole house comfortable!

A life-saver! Our A/C died on one of the hottest Friday mornings in June. We called Hagen Heating and Air early in the afternoon, thinking it would be Monday before anyone could see us. By Friday evening, we were cool again. The phone contact was very friendly and sympathetic, and Mr. Hagen himself came out to repair our a/c. His work was fast and accurate, his charge was very reasonable, and he was kind and personable. His customer service is second to none. I cannot stress highly enough how impressed we were with the service we received, and we will recommend Hagen to any and all.

Hagan technicians came to my home twice, charged me $288 and then told me they couldnt find the leak. I called a competitor who found the leak in 10 minutes, explained to me that the leak was in a very common part (condenser), and that the other technicians should have found the leak without problem.Hagan has since ignored my calls but had no problem cashing my check. BTW, the competitor didnt charge me a dime since everything was under warranty.

Always have in stock the parts needed and at a Cheaper price than any other competitor from my perspective of calling around

Our builders HVAC contractor did a shoddy, non-code approved installation in our new home. We knew something wasnt right even before moving into the house. After giving the builders HVAC contractor multiple opportunities to adequately address multiple issues, many that were in direct violation with the building code, I reached out to Hagan Heating and Air. Paul Hagan was honest, up-front, and spent the time to figure out what was incorrect and how to correct it. I ended up having the builder pay Hagan to correct the errors at our house and am glad we did. Paul has always stood behind his work, and his workmen are very knowledgeable and polite. I would recommend Hagan Heating and Air to anyone looking for a trustworthy HVAC contractor.

Claim they are in business to help people… However when they discovered that it was a unit they did not install .... they wouldn’t come… I believe these people have been in business a little too long… It has become about the money and not customer care
