AC went out and everyone I called couldnt help for a few days. I called Cascade late in the afternoon and they were able to schedule next day. Arlene came out and I can not say enough about how awesome she is!!! She was extremely knowledgeable and her customer service skills were a breath of fresh air! Thank you Cascade and Arlene for going above and beyond for your customers! Beyond satisfied!

We needed maintenance done on our air conditioner. Cascade was highly recommended. Technician Arlene came and did a great job. She was highly trained and professional. From now on we wont call any other company to service our heating/cooling unit!!

I used Cascade Comfort for over 10 years, until recently. We had problems with our AC compressor making a VERY loud noise. After the second time it happened, Cascade replaced the compressor and said if it happens again, let us know, and we’ll replace the entire unit. Well, it happened again and, as you can guess from my rating, THEY LIED! I was told the unit wasn’t making the noise when the tech arrived so there was nothing they could do.I am SO disappointed in the owner Andrew Dempsey. I called twice to complain and express my concerns about the integrity of his company and his technicians lying to customers. I never received a call back.

My AC quit working on a Sunday evening when the temp was over 105 degrees. I called Cascade Comfort the next day and they sent a technician to diagnose the problem. Their technician, Arlene, ran a few tests and determined my unit was low on refrigerant. I learned that Arlene was college trained on HVAC repair and was very knowledgeable, on both AC and heating systems. She had my AC unit working again quickly. I was impressed.As a local home builder and home owner, I have used Cascade Comfort Services for over 30 years. I will continue to use their services and recommend them to my friends.

The few times our unit has gone out havent been that bad because of Cascade! Theyve been able to get to us within a few days of reaching out, even in the middle of a heatwave. The techs have been so professional and pleasant. I definitely recommend them!

We scheduled air duct cleaning after we had completed some remodeling work on our home. John was very professional, brought all the right tools for the job, and used negative air pressure methods. We have experienced a few scams in the air duct cleaning industry in the past. It was truly refreshing to see our ducts cleaned properly and thoroughly.

The first guys showed up, said you need a new valve. Almost two weeks go by, I finally call, oh that guy quit. Dont you think you should have called? They send a second guy, same thing you need a valve. Again I have to call, oh we cant get a valve.I get a bill for almost $200.00, they cut to $89.00 service fee they need to look up the word service $89.00 For nothing. He left the valve dangling under the free-standing gas fireplace. Is it dangerous? I dont know that why I call them. Enjoy the $89 bucks it the last dollar youll see from us. Is it legal the pay the $89 in pennys? I think yes.🤑

Ive had two experiences with Glen and crew. The first was when they installed a mini split in the historical building that houses my business, in Red Bluff. Great communication, efficient service, pricing was much more reasonable than any of the other quotes given (according to the property management company). based on that experience I had Glen come out and give me a quote on mini splits for my home. after determining my needs and inspecting my home, I was given 3 quotes; one for a 4 head mini-split, and two for traditional HVAC packages to replace my 42 year old original-to-the-home unit. I opted for the larger of the rooftop packages. the quote included, installation of the new unit, a bit of repair to my existing ducts, removal and disposal of the old unit. they were able to schedule the installation within a few days, they showed up promptly, Chris (the tech) and his co-worker (who name I forgot) were polite and communicative. they cleaned everything up as though nothing was done. I am beyond delighted with the entire experience, and I can genuinely and enthusiastically recommend their services.

New home build and our contractor hired Cascade to install everything new.There was a small issue which our contractor scheduled an appointment for Cascade to take a look.There was an issue of payment addressed before anything was started. When I called to see what the issue was the tech passed me along to one of the owners.The owner accused me of “pulling a fast one” which I’m not sure what that means because I didn’t even schedule the appointment our contractor did.The phone call with the owner wasn’t at all what I expected he was rude, short, and extremely disrespectful.If customer support and experience is important to you I would never hire them.

We used Cascade to troubleshoot what we thought was a serious issue with the a/c in a rental at the RV park that I manage. Their office was friendly and quick to schedule an appointment even as all companies are busy during this hot time of year. The technician, Gabriel, was on time, even early as well as knowledgeable and professional but friendly. He was thorough and patient explaining the issue only turned out to be that it needed a charge. I recommend Cascade Comfort Services to anyone in need of a/c! Thank you for a job well done!!!

Unfortunately, our experience with this company was nothing short of disappointment. They told us a time frame and let it lapse with us just waiting. A courtesy call would have been appreciated. Everyones time is valuable. We had to call them to find out they werent coming. I get things happen, but a call would have been nice.

I had a new (replacement) HVAC system installed in my 1930s home. I got all my questions answered when I reviewed the bid. The price was fair. I had to wait for installation because my old header was still working and others around the area had a real crisis, with no heat during the extreme cold. I was OK with that. The install team did a great job and was very thorough. They answered all my questions. They had to crawl around in tight dusty spaces and maintained good humor facing each challenge that the job presented (and there were quite a few). I am happy each morning when the new heater warms up the house! Thank you for the good work!

Cascade was called to repair the heating unit in one of my apartments. The tech came out. He fumbled and bumbled around for a while, replaced a part that did not need to be replaced and left. It worked when he left because the real problem was a cracked circuit board. The heater worked when the unit was cool but the crack in the board expanded and power was lost when the heater ran for a short time. Within minutes of the Cascade tech departing, the furnace had again stopped working. This tech didnt have a clue. His incompetence left a young couple, with a 4 week old child, without heat for a winter night.The next day, Mike from Air Pro came out to make the repair. He had the problem analyzed within minutes and replaced the NEEDED part. The unit has worked perfectly since.Cascade has told me their work has a 30 day guarantee. A person would have to be a complete idiot to have them out a second time. They would just guess again, throw some new parts at the heater in the hopes that something might work and send an additional bill.

Scacade heating and air arrived over a half hour late and didn’t call to let us know. I have a busy business and this was very inconvenient. I also had to call Scacade to see if they were even coming. Then the election got here at 8:20am. The work they did was very superior to other service work I have had done. Giving them a bit of grace in being a little late because the service was great..

Great Tech (Riley) made a fast after hours service call on a hot day. But, be prepared to PAY DEARLY!!! He quickly diagnosed a bad fan motor on the compressor/condenser and replaced it with a new one from his truck. Total bill was $530 ($130 for after hours service all + $400 for fan motor). Normal retail for that fan motor is about $100. Now, I dont begrudge anyone a good wage - but 400% mark-up on parts is EXCESSIVE by any standard!!!!!! Based on this, I cant ever (in good conscience) recommend Cascade to anyone. A+ on service, F- for price gouging.
