They had a fancy camera to see inside my furnace that the other two guys I asked didnt have.

Anthony was our technician. He came out and found the capacitor and fan motor were no good. He had it fixed and working in 5 hrs. Very professional and very knowledgeable. Very appreciative that they showed up on time when they said they would be here. Also another technician brought him the part that he needed. I will recommend Aerco to anyone needing this kind of service.

I have difficulty breathing in hot, humid conditions. My air conditioning wasnt keeping up, so I called Aerco. It was nearly 7 p.m. when I called. I got the answering service and was then called by Aerco Tech Anthony in less than 20 min. He was on another call, but was very professional and helpful. Anthony was very respectful and professional. He answered all my questions and concerns, and could not have been any nicer. I would definitely call Aerco again if the need arises and would highly recommend them to friends and family.

Anthony at Aerco was excellent with fixing a difficult to diagnos issue with our heater. Did a great job and helped me understand what he was doing and looking for during the process. I definitely appreciate the effort and he got the jump done, which is the most important part since I was getting rather cold.

Sure takes his time cleaning properly! Very friendly with you as he is working.(To me that is good quality, and shows he likes his job). Our air had gone out the night before a 90 degree day, I was so relieved when I called Aerco and she said we would be their second call of the day and that a tech would call me on his way. Around 1pm a tech called me said he was just a few minutes out. So polite on the phone and very polite and professional when he showed up. Anthony, our tech was wonderful. Went right out to unit and detected the problem and came back and explained to me thoroughly of the issue, explained pricing and what he would need to do to fix it. Scam???I called Aerco for furnace repair. The Aerco tech ignored the error codes my furnace provided. He instead suggested the heat exchanger could be bad based on the color and flickering of the flame when my furnace tried to run. He proceeded to look at the heat exchanger using a camera. He pointed out a pinhole. I honestly did not see what he was pointing out, but hey Im not a furnace tech. He explained that due to the cost of replacing the heat exchanger that I would most likely want to replace my 14-year-old furnace. He did no further examination. Never looked at the pressure switch or limit switch as the diagnostic code suggested, rather left me with the impression that a new furnace was my only option. He even said he would submit the paperwork to the estimate guy so he could call me later for an install estimate.Reluctant to spend $3,000 on a new furnace, and suspicious of the diagnosis, especially considering there was no explanation from the tech about how the faulty heat exchanger was causing the problem, I opted to get a second opinion. Simpson Heating came out the next day. Mr. Simpson was at my house two hours after I called, and within 30 minutes my furnace was repaired. He did a great job of problem-solving the issue. Turns out it was a clogged line on the pressure switch. He was honest, and fantastic at explaining what he was doing. For a mere $75, I had a functioning furnace.Aerco, on the other hand, charged me $89 to tell that my furnace wasnt worth fixing. Cant help but wonder if this is the advice most frequently given by Aerco. All I have left to say is consumer beware and always get a second opinion if Aerco tells you to buy a new furnace.

I would give a negative star if available. I called first thing in morning as we had no heat and it was -4 outside. Was told 10 or 11 ish. At 1 pm I called asking what was up as I received no call that they were running behind. Office had no idea what was up with tech. I called back at 5 pm still no show. They lost business as I needed a fix for heat and place order for new furnace and a/c units. I guess they dont want my money.Regardless of their response Id be happy to show anyone my call log and time on phone with rude lady at office.Save ur money and time. Give your business to another company that values you as a customer and cares by means of communication.

Beware: if you have a Bryant furnance and your 2nd Heat Exchanger goes out. It is covered parts n labor. The job is not as hard as they want you to believe. They will want to charge you wsy over for labor.Reliability was not good at all. I would not reccommend. Know your facts, call bryant customer service and get the facts before any service.

Anthony is an amazing worker and an amazing individual! He is very knowledgeable about how to diagnose and repair HVAC systems, and is very honest about fixing your broken AC. He will not try to upsell you on unnecessary services or mislead you! Anthony made it a point to walk me through every step of the repair process, and even offered helpful suggestions on how to improve my existing system. He got my system fixed for cheap, whereas One Hour tried to charge a grand to replace a couple of cheap parts.. Anythony is THE MAN!!
