45 minutes late, no one answered the phone and couldnt even provide a tow. Now Im broken down on the side of the road waiting for another company. Not to mention they left without telling me if another truck would come and call me an hour later to see if I need a tow. RIDICULOUS.My advice: just check if your insurance will cover a tow and use another company.
